So I have mixed feelings about this resort
To start of with the positives: majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Of course there are exceptions.
The water park is definitely fun and enjoyable.
The staff that is friendly and helpful is also very efficient. There was someone from the staff called Bin yamin and he’s definitely an asset to the hotel. He would do anything and everything. One star is just for him alone.
The lady at the reception with long blonde hair was ok. She needs to learn more English so she can communicate better.

Coming to the cons:
The rooms are not cleaned properly after the initial check in date. For example, I noticed a small piece of tissue paper on the floor and it was there the duration of our trip (we stayed 6 nights)
Same with the bathrooms, they weren’t cleaned very properly. Just a change of towels I suppose and a wipe on the sink.
The bathrooms that are near the restaurant for everyone to use are just horrendous! And in fact I didn’t even see anyone using them which makes me question what people are doing if they need to go 😳.

The breakfast was good, however the same cleanliness problem exists in the restaurant. The floor was never cleaned properly. I understand it’s a resort with lots of people traffic but it shouldn’t be that dirty. The main guy serving the food had a very weird attitude. He wouldn’t smile or anything. What was even weirder was one day when I was waiting to have breakfast, he started putting food on tables that had no people and came to our table last 🤷🏻‍♀️. Made no sense to me.

Generally it’s an ok place for a day or two at most to have fun at the water park, though I’m sure there are better resorts available.
