Beautiful hotel! Downtown Izmir (Ephesus). Right across the street from Roman aqueduct, and Roman ruins. Very nice and cozy. Mountian views, in the heart of the city. Shops right below hotel.

Great hotel for visiting Selçuk and Efes. I was looking for something with quiet atmosphere in the center and that was the right place. I slept there better than in all the cities and villages during our trip from Izmir to Cirali and back. The owner Fahri gave us a room with an extra bed for our daughter, though the bed was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was always good, substantial, the woman who prepared it always gave us enough Turkish coffee and çay:-)) we felt really at home in the hotel. The staff and mr. Fahri made us feel really comfortable. The administrator advised us a good restaurant for dinner, we really enjoyed the food. In general Selena Hotel was a good combination of quality, location and price which was important for us. And my personal thanks to good beds, blackout curtains which help me sleep well. We will definitely return to Selena.

Very cozy hotel. The room is comfortable and new. There was everything needed in the room: towels, toiletries, AC, TV. Beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Very strategic location, only 4 minutes of walking distance from St. John Basilica and Isa Bey Mosque. Superb hospitality of the owner.

Wonderful Budget Hotel, and close to all what is needed for a Lovely stay in Selcuk!!! It has a Walking Distance to the following:
1- Very Lovely Cafe (Kalinos Cafe).
2- Saint John Basilica and Tomb as well as the Huge Castle!!!
3- All types of restaurants!!!
4- Bus Station
5- Train Station (esp Izban)
Etc...

We had a wonderful night
Although we came very late at night
The receptionist was very hospitable and helped us carry all the bags. The room was big and modern and clean.
Absolutely would go for another stay and recommend it.

The worst little motel I have stayed in my 3 times visiting Turkey. Firstly the parking is on a very tight street and if you come at night you may have to drive around a while to find parking. When we entered the room there was no water available and the manager told us to go buy some ! The breakfast was just a bunch of old packaged cheeses and bread, definitely the saddest Turkish breakfast I have seen. The room was old and not well maintained. The lamp didn't work, the floor was dusty. The towels and sheets crusty from being so old. Way below average for a not so cheap price to stay here. I would definitely not recommend. And if you see my other reviews I almost always am satisfied but this place has no charm nor comfort in a country where hospitality is always amazing.
