Ayasoluk Hotel & Restaurant

Stayed here 1 night with my wife to see Ephesus. Booked double room through Trivago/Orbitz for $82. This place was VERY nice...very new, updated, upscale furnishings and feel. It was constructed to look historical, and does, although it is new. Very nice courtyard with pool and view overlooking valley below. Were received warmly and given water upon arrival. Checkout time was left flexible up to 1 pm. Breakfast buffet was outstanding...lots of variety and delicious...ate poolside along with a few other guests. My only complaint was that the reception desk host mentioned looking at/considering making a purchase from the hotel's side carpet business, which is apparently in the hotel (we didn't investigate further) saying "no pressure", but we felt some pressure, albeit gentle pressure. He also was a bit too talkative for our taste...too many personal questions, and offering tangential information when asked specific questions (others may not mind this). But overall, a great experience. Do recommend, and would stay again.

First class accommodation in every respect. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and the hotel exceeded our expectations. This has to be your first choice when visiting Ephesus.

We had absolutely the most amazing 3-night stay at Ayasoluk Hotel! The staff are amazing - we loved sitting in the lovely outdoor gardens drinking tea and chatting with Murselin and Samil. The entire staff was always incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is beautiful - the rooms are modern but with authentic touches like intricate rugs and handmade bed covers. And the beds were so comfortable, it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning and we probably wouldn't have if not for the delectable breakfast spread! And after a long day of sightseeing around Ephesus you'll be daydreaming about spending the afternoon soaking in the inviting pool with stunning views of the town. We can't wait to return to Ayasoluk!

Ayasoluk Butik Otel is amazing luxury small hotel. Location is great overlooking to Temple of Artemis valley. Turkish tea is fresh and cake is fresh and delicious. Staff is helpful. Recommended...

The doors at the hotel entrance and antique-style furniture, you sound like Oh my God I'm in heaven! So her purr ; the view from the pool is a boutique hotel from the service to the food everything is definitely a perfect way in the first place that comes to mind, I say thank you Ayasuluk

Ayasoluk Hotel is a gift to all those who stay here. Owner Aydin Can has an amazing life story that brought him to fulfilling his dream-- a luxury hotel that provides the most for his guests. The hotel is clearly inspired by such a desire, that it is well appreciated by guests and locals alike. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to the Aegean region.

Ayasoluk Boutique Hotel was a GREAT experience with a very good service from the very first moment.

Discovered the place by walking around Solguk, we saw the nice patio of the hotel and his owner Aydin invited us to have a look at it. Then we had a tea and had a nice conversation.

Finally we decided to stay there for two nights while visiting Selguk and Ephesus. The facilities were designed with a lot of taste and were very nice. However I would like to highlight the warm service we received.

I would recommend this as the best place to stay while visiting Turkey. We stayed at Ayasoluk Hotel for three nights. It was a wonderful experience. It was relaxing and exciting. We spent our time visiting the ancient cities, then would return to the hotel for a warm dinner by the fire. Each morning we were warmly greeted and had our delicious breakfast overlooking the Isabey Mosque. The hotel is serene, with gardens in each corner, the lush green in the surrounding hills, and the misty sea in the distance. The castle and church, the mosque, the sites of Ephesus surround the hill, (Ayasoluk Hill for which the hotel is named). This makes the neighborhood feel so small and cozy but with such expansive views. The hotel itself is entirely charming yet modern. It has all the conveniences of a modern hotel (hot showers, super clean, USB port next to the bed, ceiling fan, and great WiFi); yet it has all the charm of a small boutique hotel built in an old building. The stone walls are beautiful and blend in with the old neighborhood, the flagstone gardens make the place feel especially cool and cozy. The hosts were likewise fantastic. Each of the staff introduced themselves and asked if we needed anything and how our day had been. It was very friendly to return to such warm warmheartedness. This was the most relaxing three days of our vacation yet we saw the House of the Virgin Mary and Ephesus, the sites on Ayasoluk Hill, the Ephesus Museum and we went to Sirince. The staff offered us help to reach each destination, without pushing tours or Taxis; they provided very helpful information. It truly was a sanctuary during our vacation.
