We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully furnished and well equipped house with it's very green garden full of flowers and a refreshing pool. Check-in and communication was easy and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

I travel a ton and usually stays at 4 and 5 star hotels….Hotel Mary’s might not have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but the family who owns and runs it are absolutely amazing folks. Very friendly family-feel hotel. location is best of none. it's on a flat ground (avoiding dragging suitcase up hill). it's close to the busy centre of town but also is located on a quiet street. The bus station to Ephesus is just across the street. Some local supermarket on the back side of the bus/taxi park area.

The hotel looks very gorgeous. Dinners and breakfast are quite good but the view from the room is quite disappointing. In the night all the fans from electronic devices are so loud that you get flashbacks from sleeping in the airplane.

The windows are made from paper and there was a wedding on the opposite side of the road. The base was echoing and shaking all the walls and it was difficult to sit in the room, not even thinking about sleeping. Also the WiFi works really poorly. But the food and the rooms were quite nice.

Went to Hitit only for lunch. It was a buffet, pretty large spread. It has a huge dining space to cater for tourist groups. The toilets were not well kept, could be because of the large groups of all nationalities, flooding it. I cannot understand why all restaurants Don't give water?? Cannot fathom this? The hotel had a very nice vibe to it. The staff was super friendly and provided us with assistance in both English and Turkish. They helped us plan our touristic visits around the area and were always available for assistance. There was a pool that looked nice and cool but we did not get a chance to use it. We had an amzing stay here in the top room with the Balcony, place is close to everything and just enough out of the way to be peaceful. Saviliya was an amazing help there with everything we needed, she really puts her heart into her job and is worth more money.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and reasonably priced. They vary in size; look and consider whether you are comfortable in a smaller space. Check in was simple, rooms were fabulous and comfortable (with aircon, a kettle, many towels) and shower was hot. It's been a great experience. Ephesus Place has lovely owners, Mehmet and Handan. You get to see lots of beautiful places around Selçuk. The owners take much care of you in Ephesus Palace.

Obviously doesn't have the 'facilities' of a 5-star but we found the service and location to be really good. Small and basic rooms. Basic breakfast which was started early as we were leaving early with a tour. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom but you need to let the water run a while for it to come through. Very reasonable laundry charge of 150Lt a bag (£7.50)

If you are interested in wine, I strongly recommend trying Yedi Bilgeler wines. I stayed at their hotel for the weekend. I tried different wines and they were all very good. The hotel was clean and cosy. I had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant and both were very delicious.

Excellent contemporary food which is very reasonably priced compared to numerous, overpriced and mediocre "kebab" and varieties, which is not even the local cuisine. In reality we went fir the wine, which was indeed excellent. It was about half the price some local restaurants charge for lower quality alternatives -- we tried only one of the wines but will be back to sample the others.

This winery/hotel/restaurant is in a lovely setting. The restaurant is delightful and romantic. Food is first class and delicious. Make sure to try the award-winning wines they produce.

Overall we had a good experience. We spent one night here after flying into ADB. The room we booked was very nice. The view was great! The only complaint was that the water did not get above luke-warm. Which was a bummer since we specifically booked the room with a big tub.
