Only 4 of the Selçuk hotel yilsizli Pearl.Large sparkling pool, immaculately renovated rooms, great food at the buffet..
Hitit hotel ,friendly staff, delicious food, clean and tidy room service you can enjoy time with. beauties is the perfect place to visit historical places in the shortest distance
A place where everyone can come and be happy
The room is quite small if compare other 4 stars hotel. But is quite clean and tidy. The double bed is not as big as other 4 star hotel. Location a little bit far from Kusadasi. The food is just average
The only drawback for this hotel is that it is right across the street from a wedding venue and if there is a wedding party it is super loud and there is no chance you are likely to fall asleep until the party is over
There are lots of ridiculous reviews on here that make the hotel sound like a death trap. The rooms are clean the food is good. The staff of the hotel are kind and try to help any way they can

Centrally located in Selçuk, my bed/room/shower were extremely comfortable, breakfast was well-spread and the hospitality extended to us by our front desk staff, Ozgun, was the best! He’s so helpful and made us feel so welcomed
He even made us some hot tea and muffin while we waited for our very late transit out, so sweet of him
The hotel was beautiful and the swimming pool in the courtyard was so pretty. Our room was wonderful and comfortable. We had a small balcony for fresh air and AC as well
Probably the best hotel I have stayed at in Turkiye, mostly because of the friendly and wonderful staff! The pool was great to cool off after a hot day of sightseeing
The bed was super nice and provided a very good night's rest. Truly the highlight though, was the staff and the people who run this place. From the very start, we were welcomed in and everyone was immediately helpful
Slept like a baby, enjoyed the most incredible breakfast (seriously, heaven - I had tiramisu for breakfast, and no one stopped me) Ozgun is such an amazing host, and he was so lovely when taking care of us

The bungalow-style rooms are adorable, and the garden and pool are magical with expansive views of the countryside. The breakfast included fresh eggs from their chickens and homemade jams and marmalade
Always ready to answer all your questions and having many useful tips for the area, makes him the perfect host! My friend and I are most grateful to the whole Ipek family for the pleasant stay! Will definitely come back!
Great place to stay when visiting Ephesus - Good accommodation option in Sirince - easy drive to No Frills Ephesus Tour Office (6. No Frills Ephesus Tours rated excellent on Tripadvisor and Top Choice on Lonely Planet
From the small details, through the delicious home made food to the mountain scenery around, Stonehouse Byipek hotel is the right place for your getaway. You can work, train, relax and a lot more here
We stayed an extra day and will be back in the future. The village of Şirince itself is really charming – convenient to Ephesus with a minibus that runs to Selçuk every 20 minutes and costs only 8
A most interesting place to stay in Sirence , with most friendly and helpful hosts. A very calming place, with its many nooks and crannies, wooden chalets, shrouded in trees

Wow wow wow I'm stunned how beautiful everything was, the ambience of the restaurant and the wine cellars downstairs and the menu with outstanding delicious food just reminded me like I was in new Zealand, I did not expected this in Turkey to have this stunning award winning wines and accompanying by everything you can imagine
This winery/hotel/restaurant is in a lovely setting. The restaurant is delightful and romantic. Food is first class and delicious. Make sure to try the award-winning wines they produce.
If you are interested in wine, I strongly recommend trying Yedi Bilgeler wines. I stayed at their hotel for the weekend. I tried different wines and they were all very good
I had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant and both were very delicious
We were only half way through our starters when the waiter wanted to bring our mains. He ended up putting them back in the oven, which was a shame because it dried out the food we ordered
Excellent contemporary food which is very reasonably priced compared to numerous, overpriced and mediocre "kebab" and varieties, which is not even the local cuisine

And the beds were so comfortable, it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning and we probably wouldn't have if not for the delectable breakfast spread! And after a long day of sightseeing around Ephesus you'll be daydreaming about spending the afternoon soaking in the inviting pool with stunning views of the town
Very nice courtyard with pool and view overlooking valley below. Were received warmly and given water upon arrival. Checkout time was left flexible up to 1 pm. Breakfast buffet was outstanding
ate poolside along with a few other guests
First class accommodation in every respect. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and the hotel exceeded our expectations. This has to be your first choice when visiting Ephesus.
The entire staff was always incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is beautiful - the rooms are modern but with authentic touches like intricate rugs and handmade bed covers
We had absolutely the most amazing 3-night stay at Ayasoluk Hotel! The staff are amazing - we loved sitting in the lovely outdoor gardens drinking tea and chatting with Murselin and Samil

The hotel owner, Erdem, showed us hospitality by providing us a free upgrade to a luxurious room. In the room we stayed, it contained a king size bed, a traditional indoor Turkish balcony, and a huge shower
Erdem was fantastic when it came to giving out tourist tips around the area. He even offered us a map that was easy to navigate throughout the area. Breakfast was included, but dinner was priced in Euros
A benchmark to define what a perfect boutique Hotel is. Clean, comfortable and a nice warm welcoming hospitality that you will never forget. Thanks to the manager Mr Erdem and all staff.
From A to Z, this hotel and the owner Mr. Erdem are real gems in this lovely small town of Selçuk. Although we stayed only one night, we really loved the place and the hospitality
We loved our stay! The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owner has thought of everything to make sure you feel at home. Nothing to complain about.
We had a pleasant stay at the Livia Garden Hotel. The location is beautiful and easy to walk through. There is also free street parking if you have a rental vehicle

public bus into the town run every 20mins or so and cost 5tl per adult. We stayed for 7 nights and used the hotel as a base to travel to Ephesus, Izmir (1 hour away and 800tl on taxi meter) and Kusadasi (20mins away)
The rooms are clean, the amenities were comfortable, and you can't beat the view! The hotel serves a traditional Turkish breakfast & the dinner menu is large (pasta, chicken, steak, pizza, etc) - despite other reviews stating dinner was not served at the hotel
ideal for a romantic getaway but also adequate for families (we travelled as a couple with a 3 month old baby and a 3 year old) if you prefer a small quiet hotel rather than a resort. Staff were friendly and helpful
Beautiful accommodations with stunning views over selçuk. Very friendly staff, eager to help with all our requests. Delicious and abundant breakfast. High quality food from the restaurant at a very reasonable price
The room with the spa bath is huge. we ended up not booking the room due to travelling with young children, but it would be worth the upgrade if travelling as a couple. Cons: no English language restaurant menu
Excellent small family run hotel up in the hill of Selçuk. The view up to the sea is very nice. The rooms have a perfect size and their decoration is beautiful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

Very cozy hotel. The room is comfortable and new. There was everything needed in the room: towels, toiletries, AC, TV. Beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly.
I slept there better than in all the cities and villages during our trip from Izmir to Cirali and back. The owner Fahri gave us a room with an extra bed for our daughter, though the bed was big enough for 3 people
The breakfast was always good, substantial, the woman who prepared it always gave us enough Turkish coffee and çay:-)) we felt really at home in the hotel. Fahri made us feel really comfortable
The administrator advised us a good restaurant for dinner, we really enjoyed the food. In general Selena Hotel was a good combination of quality, location and price which was important for us
We had a wonderful night Although we came very late at night The receptionist was very hospitable and helped us carry all the bags. The room was big and modern and clean
Very strategic location, only 4 minutes of walking distance from St. John Basilica and Isa Bey Mosque. Superb hospitality of the owner.

We stayed at the Livia Hotel for 2 nights with our 2 daughters and can't tell enough how much we enjoyed it: super clean hotel and sparkling rooms; beautiful embroidered bed linens and towels; nice bathroom with shower and a turkish bath option (this was specific to our room); an amazing feast for breakfast, served to our table, with salad, local cheeses and homemade jams, muffins, eggs ordered to...
He was the friendliest host that we came across on our entire trip (which is saying something as we have had many!) We loved that we could explore the city and come back and lounge by the pool to the little garden oasis! We would highly recommend this little gem in Selcuk
And the rooms, ambience, and pool we’re all first rate (10/10). We also love the breakfast in the morning and great drinks during the day. We will be back, and you should definitely check it out when you go to Ephesus
The snacks were super 👍🏼 Breakfast was a whole buffet spread right at our table! We were clearly very spoiled! Everything was handmade/homemade! We even tried to cancel our hotel in Izmir to stay another night but we couldn’t
Honestly the best customer service my family and I have ever had…and we’ve traveled the world. The staff is so incredibly warm and inviting. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we felt like we were family
We have been travelling around Turkey for the past three weeks and this was by far the best stay! Upon arrival we were greeted by Erdem who went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable, and unforgettable stay

This Hotel run with old age family, grandpapa over 83 years old, owner about 66 years old, very lovely family, take care guest, room comfortable and clean, breakfast very nice, they speak a little bit English, but very helpful
It is a nice family run hotel for a reasonable price with breakfast. The room was spacious enough, with air conditioning. The interior is like you visit grandmother's house - very nostalgic
The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I totally recommend the place
Our room was a little small for 2 people but it was priced right and was good value. It is also in a great location - just minutes from the bus station and the pedestrian shopping area
Very nice family who run the place. Surprisingly good English for old people. Location great: very close to the bus station, train station, and a few of Selçuk's main attractions
The family running it is very friendly. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the deck was nice (accessed from multiple rooms)

Only stayed for one night but throughly enjoyed it the host's were lovely nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was plentiful and was presented lovely. The rooms had everything you needed and were spotless
Plus, their hospitality is out of this world as they will treat everyone like they're part of their family! We loved everything about the hotel, the city, and its people. The only downside is that our stay was too short
Although there’s no elevator, the staff were so willing to help, and they also helped me book and confirm the airport shuttle. Breakfast was also amazing🙌 I really enjoyed the stay:)
The owner is a really nice guy, helps in every way and speaks fluent English, which is a rare thing in Turkey. The breakfast is good and hearty. And it's not at all expensive
Situated close to everything that matters, has enough parking places around, the rooms are clean, airy, with balconies overlooking the castle and the old town
This nice little cozy hotel is in an excellent location since it's very close to the train/metro station and within walking distance of the bus terminal

As a celiac, I found many suitable options each morning. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, even bringing us fresh sliced fruit while we were at the pool
Everything was clean, including the pool, and the hotel's location was fantastic. It's within walking distance of almost everything, including Ephesus
Enjoyed our stay while exploring the ancient ruins of Ephesus! It's quite close to the Basilica of St. and be aware: hotel is uphill from restaurant row and the train station. Staff were kind and attentive
The hotel breakfast was delicious, offering many options to try, including fresh seasonal fruit, baked goods, cheeses, nuts and jams. The options changed everyday as well which was lovely
Our room had plenty of space for three adult women and a charming patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. The room also had a fridge which was useful as someone with dietary restrictions
Grounds and rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Good water pressure, too! Only issue was room layout (L-shape) so the A/C only cooled down half the room, but not unbearable

My favourite hotel in Izmir. Location is full of trees and natural views. Near historic attractions such Ephesus ruins. Small pool for relaxing. Recommended
She was so lovely, caring and outgoing. We checked in with ease and she showed us to our room. We had a slight hiccup with the room we were staying at and she easily switched us to a new suite with also had the best view
Our choice of this hotel was indeed fitting. The room boasted a charming small balcony offering stunning views of lush farmland or greenery, complemented by a spacious king-sized bed and essential amenities
I also saw that the place had won many awards but that had trailed off quite a bit of the past few years. With the toilet trouble we were able to swap rooms to a west facing room with the a balcony
The only inconvenience was the need to ascend around 5-10 steps after exiting the elevator to reach our fourth-floor room, which could pose difficulty for guests with large luggage
The room was a bit strange as the toilet had no door and your pillow is about six feet away meaning you will see, hear and smell everything your partner does

What’s more, there is a nice buffet breakfast which is early so that you can get to the ruins early, and it is so near everything… The bus station is a short block and a half away, the popular restaurant streets near the aqueducts are about three blocks away, as is the Ephesus museum
There are TV, mini fridge, air conditioner, hair dryer, towel set, even 3-4 hangers in the closet to hang clothes in the rooms
It can be a little busy at check-in and check-out times. In summary; It is an affordable hotel where you can get up in the morning and have an open buffet breakfast, come at night and have a good sleep
We appreciated the secure on-site parking. Saadet, the evening receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful. The daytime receptionist was also very accommodating despite the language barrier
00 (brown bread is in small quantity, if you are late for breakfast, white bread is available, you can buy your own brown bread from nearby bakeries). Check-in to the hotel is made until 14
The location is convenient, being within a reasonable distance of Ephesus without being right in the hustle and bustle of the city. The room and the entire hotel were impeccably clean

Great breakfast waiting for us when we got up. Nice quiet garden with nice pool. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to stay at for your visit to the fortress
Our kids told us this was the best hotel we've EVER stayed in! They esp. liked the pool, Lokum the very cute westie and all the cats
With it's pretty swimming pool and very friendly and proffessional staff it deserves 10 points 5 stars
Much of it comes from the family's orchards and fields. Comfy rooms, quiet courtyard, nice pool
Advised us where to visit in the local area and at what time and even booked the taxis for us. where was the best restaurants to go to and ones to avoid. Nice room in this traditional style hotel
Perfect! The host is always there to recommend a good restaurant or dolmus route. The breakfast is simply absolutely decadent: bread, cheese, yoghurt, egg, fruit, veg, olives, cake
