My husband and I stayed here while spending our honeymoon in Türkiye. We traveled all over the country, but our stay in Kistar in Cappadocia exceeded both of our expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, intimate, and peaceful; the receptionists Nihal and Omar (I apologize for any misspelling!) were so attentive, professional, courteous, and followed up on every detail; in addition to the ladies responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet which made you feel as if you were family. This is not even considering that the room we were placed in was incredibly spacious and had gorgeous views from our own private balcony. Overall, would rate even higher than a 5 if possible and would love to stay here again if we're able to make another trip. Thank you for everything (and also our going away gift of tasty lokum from the owners)!!

This hotel was welcoming, beautiful, comfortable and helpful. The owners live on-site and clearly take pleasure in welcoming guests. Sule on the front desk gave great recommendations for local restaurants, and went out of her way to organise a guide (who was excellent) and inquire about tours that would suit our large family group. The breakfast was delicious and the outdoor patio has a beautiful view. The suites are so roomy. A lovely place to stay.

Loved it. The hosts were so friendly. Breakfast everyday was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Views from the balcony are out of this world.

We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. Firstly, it is an interior design dream; Turkish antiques and furniture have been thoughtfully placed throughout the hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, approachable and accomodating. They went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable: they called taxis for us, arranged airport transfers, and even opened breakfast early for us because we had an early check out. The daily Turkish breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. Whilst it is not located in the more touristic town of Göreme, we preferred this as it felt further away from the crowds. It is also only a 5 minute drive away from Göreme, and all tours include Uçhisar as a pick up/drop off location. We would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone looking for accomodation in the area.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Location is quiet and has a good view of the valley and sunrise. Worth waking up to see it. The service was fantastic - Mehmet and Sule made my stay very pleasant and helped in planning for the activities while in Cappadocia.

It was our first time staying at the hotel and had been recommended by friends. We had one of the cave rooms on the bottom level which was accessed from outside and there were lots of steps to climb back up to the street. The owners were very accommodating and friendly but had abit of trouble understanding our English. We found the receptionist Sule who spoke very good English to be very friendly and she was extremely helpful in booking the hot air balloon ride for us even if it was cancelled on the day due to being too windy. The breakfast selection was very good.

Perfect! My stay here was just wonderful; the hotel looks like a museum, so you can spend hours appreciating every single detail, everyone is so kind and welcoming, the view is marvelous, you can appreciate the hot balloons in the morning, and also the food is delicious.

One of the best experiences. Small boutique family owned hotel. Owner Mehmet and family are extremely friendly. Mehmet knows the local history more than any locals. We had a great time and we will for sure come back and visit them. Thanks!

Wonderful friendly hotel with the most kind staff, would highly recommend it! Our room was perfect for us and our 3 kids, and the view of the valley is spectacular!
