Petra Inn Cappadocia

I can only give five star to this property! Excellent mansion with real historical caves rooms well kept and well appointed. The staff is very kind and helpful. A great value a ratio quality/price. Stay there and you will be mesmerized! A must try hotel in Cappadocia!!

We stayed here on one of our friends recommendations and what an incredible experience. One of the most friendly and service oriented staff - right from the time we made the reservations on line a couple of months back till the time we checked out. Staff was in touch with us throughout and answered all of our queries and made reservations for us for shuttle service to ballon ride. A special shout out to Seda - she is friendly, warm and helpful. A service with a smile. Well done! Lastly, food is fantastic and breakfast spread is over the top.

The location was a little tricky to get to, but once you are there the view is completely worth it. Very good service and a wonderful breakfast. We had dinner here most night as well with very good service and food.

Stayed there for 2 nights as part of a party group. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the views are stunning.

Great location and everything offered by the hotel is superb. I don’t recommend getting the massage offerings as they are done by outside folks (contractor type deal) and are not up to par with the hotel itself. Overall lovely stay, clean rooms, great views, wonderful staff!

The staff was very nice and were on top of everything. My bags got lost during my transfer to cappadocia and the staff was in top of everything making calls for me etc. The staff took me around in their own personal vehicle and showed me around cappadocia. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, I had no issues. Very satisfied with the Petra Inn!!

Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms with breathtaking views. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they made all the reservations for restaurants they recommended and accommodations with a tour guide and balloon ride. I will be recommending petra inn to everyone!

Home away from home with fantastic money / quality ratio!

1. Location is excellent; quiet yet in the middle of everything. Uchisar castle is at 4 min walking distance; Guvercinlik valley starts right at the door of the hotel- so you can do a fantastic hike to Goreme through the valley.

2. Staff; all of the staff treat you like family, we felt at home every second of the day. Melek Hn and Seda Hn at the reception are exceptionally hands on for all our requests (balloon ride and the Swirling Dervish night; they found a last minute guide for us too!! Incredibly helpful.

3. Food; is home cooked turkish food quality. breakfast served in the morning has incredible variety and is impossible for 2 people to finish. (And we eat a lot) The Pacanga borek is a must for anyone to try. They have a great wine collection both from the region and from other parts of Turkey. The service is impeccable, always with smiley faces and in a way that puts you first!

4. Rooms - are very nice! Authentic experience. Wide selection for your budget and for your taste.

5. Owners- Can Bey and Sanem Hanim are always on the property to check in on you and your comfort / joy. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay; they treat you as a friend and share all the local secrets of the area with you. We got a personal tour from Can Bey around the hotel just at the beginning of the Guvercinlik Valley. Fantastic to have such an experience shared with the passionate local people.

This Hotel was perfect …most beautiful view …. The room was gorgeous, so clean and comfortable … the bathroom was big and the shower with a nice rain shower…bed was huge and the Lightning in the room was marvelous.. breakfast was abundant and so good!!!!! The ONLY TINY COMMENT i would make is they the AC cooled very slowly or maybe it was becase it was so hot outside!!!!! And one last thing… they extended our check out trouble free until the taxi came for us!!!! Soooo wonderful choice!!!
