Has Cave Konak

We were disappointed with our stay. They had mices, holes in our sheets, the bathroom smelled like mold…
Room was spacious well heated and very good breakfast.
But the place need renovations

Don't believe everything you see as advertised online. İt's clearly need REAL UPDATE.

First of all the hotel appearance and history really appealing us to book, added with some what good review we read fair price so we book for 1 night only standard room to see and if we like we can always extend our stay.

The parking lot is not clear where to park out car as the hotel didn't gave any information or reserved area for parking. No sign or anything. The access to reception is it's for healthy people to walk to.

But reality is the hotel far from our expectations comparing the online review and image posted. The concierge didn't gave us whole information about the water bottle drink that stored in refrigerator ( which is broken) is it free for us or paid? The additional door connecting to bathroom ? No explanation whatsoever, where the qiblat for shalat etc.

Wifi access is poor very poor. We didn't use it. Useless. Not even signal you can get the other hotel wifi signal better than this hotel.

Most importantly that i need to highlight its was dirty, lot of damage and outdated. İt never maintain or clean well. The concierge greet us we'll and confirm our booing then just short information about what we can expect and nearby open rest that we should see, however she failed to give use good tour of the room, or even check to see all work well or not?! we not.anle to find the switch of bathroom lamp and when we finally found it, the lamp not working my husband have the initiative to switch other bulb to out in bathroom! When we found out the room is damp, smelly, full of fine dust, dust and lot of insect from the yarn bamboo which not neat installed in the bed ceiling to the dirty carpet, yellow stain in bedsheets, the open broken jacuzzi bathtub, the black-and-white sc television, the cracking open windows which cannot be closed to door that have wide gaps which is clearly not give us any good night sleep. After see all this we ask the concierge for new room, but the answer is all full booked and we need to upgrade another 100tlfor. New room, what an answer! Without checking and following up what's wrong with out room. İ can list lot more dissatisfaction of the room we have with almost 300tl to pay for 1 night we should have decent CLEAN AND TİDY room standard as 2 stars hotel should be. We end up having sleepless night cause the fine dust is make me sneeze and it really discomfort our eyes and nose.

breakfast very standard, nothing to compliment except the view in rooftops is valuable to see. The manage to give us fruit basket before we checkout however the fruit is not fresh and it's just poorly wraps and give more bad vibes to this hotel service.

Too many steps to climb on arrival.
Family room was decent size but bathroom has 1 glass door for privacy. Bathroom has drain smell. Not suitable for family. Breakfast was very basic. There are much better located cave hotels in the area. Generally communication is a bit of a problem around Turkey. Other than that the place, scenery and natures offerings are excellent.. Beautiful place to visit.
