It is an absolutely Beautiful hotel, Great reception, the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was simply delicious. Best stay I have had in Cappadocia.

Beautiful place! We stayed in the hotel on late July and it was very Confortable. The food is what we appreciated the most xD we had like a family dinner and everything was delicious.

The place looks amazing, so do the rooms. The staff is very kind, helpful and exterting. The looks of the rooms are amazing and magical, but some things need to be mended. Showers are stylish but not very comfortable, there is nothing for placing your shampoo or shower gel which is especially hard if you use organic / natural ones without bottles. This place is absolutely stunning. The rooms are enormous, decked out with exquisite furnishings, wood carved tables, exotic upholstery, not to mention the fact you are in a cave! It was the best hotel in Cappadocia with beautiful view and its made in a cave. The manager Nazim was very good person he helped us a lot. breakfast was good with a variety of pure original honey and so many options of tea coffee.i will always recommend this hotel cuz you can't find such a good hotel with cheap price.

The hotel is maden inside a rock. You may live there as a cave man, but with comfort. Very impressive 👍. Price is reasonable. It's place quite far from the viewpoint, where hot ballon rises, so you need to drive to the point approximately 15 minutes.

The real cave, the waiter was very warm, the dining was delicious, the room was clean and tidy, the toilet was heated, and I was very satisfied.

Spent 2 nights here in April 2019 with Intrepid Travel tour group. We all loved our rooms that were built into caves. Each room was different. The bathrooms were new and beautiful. Great breakfast. Stay here for couple of nights. Breakfast & Dinner Buffet are not bad at all. Lots of cats around restaurant. Friendly staffs. Free and speedy wifi. Too bad that we have to pay to use fitness center as it is in the spa area. Located in Cappadocia but there's nothing around but a small village.

Good is that it has small warm swimming pool. Duty manager is very helping. Good trained staff of spa. But Food is average. You have to carry all your language to room if with family you konw. Washrooms are average and small.

Our room was not cleaned. May be they lack of staff during Eid holiday. But that is not an excuse for 5 star hotel.

We stayed at the Ramada hotel for two nights. It was a very good experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The friendly front desk staff, especially Mr. Emre, the manager of the restaurant, provided very good service. The meals were rich and delicious. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Bathroom is dated. During our 2 night stay, someone lit up a huge bonfire next to the 2000 wing, the rooms were filled smoky smell. Very annoying. Bonfire was still burning when we left

Location wise, this place feels like a bit like in the middle of nowhere. But staffs are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is also standard for a 5 star hotel. Overall, recommended if you're just stopping by.

Small hotel. Kettle is provided without any complimentary coffee sachets or tea in the room..there is no cup or glass in the room. Only basic things are provided (chair, wardrobe, bed). Toilet is ok, clean, shower also good, shower space is small. They clean the room/made the bed without us asking for it next day. The location is relatively close to the town center, with around 10 minute walk. The rooms are decent and basic needs are sufficed. Internet is good, even in the rooms. Breakfast is not often refilled and the drinks are charged extra, which is ridiculous. Too bad the spa and the pool didn't work.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely great; the rooms are big, fancy and really comfortable. The food is good enough; the hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants, local shops and is like 15 minutes to giren which is the most touristic place in the area. I didn’t try the pool however it looks great, the common areas are beautiful.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts. Be careful!!!! Great hotel for the whole family. Game room and pool for the kids. Service was excellent! The spa was very nice, except you can hear the pool area and the game room area while at the Turkish bath. That noise really diminished the relaxation of the Turkish bath experience.
