Clean rooms and a beautiful garden and I like the international scale convention center. The pool and breakfast was very good. The staff is also very friendly. There is no kettle in room is uncomfortable

Nice hotel and very kind staff We stayed three nights, all the staff use very well face mask and breakfast is served in a new and hygienic way! (What a new world needs) and very tasty 😋 Staff is really kind and very warm trying to give you the best they have!! I really enjoyed my stay, rooms are very well cleaned, wifi is really bad

Perissia Hotel is a beautiful building, with clean, warm and comfortable rooms, very efficient and polite staff, a splendid view over the valley, good features. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because in November is cold

Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 15 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Overall I had best stay ever in Cappadocia! and definitely will back there and will recommend this place

It seems to be working fine now. There's a decent enough gym that's in the same hall as the sauna. Treadmill,elliptical, resistance machines, and some dumbbells (15lbs up to 40lbs. ) - you can get some moderate work in

Hotel is at walking distance to city centre around 1,2KM, there are 3-4 supermarkets nearby. I have good memories sitting in front of fireplace. Would I stay at Dinler hotel again? Yes!

Dinner buffet was quite good; had quite the spread. Aesthetically, I did dig the vibe of the place. My expectations were a little low after seeing some of the previous reviews

*Edit: I previously said that the wifi sucked. The manager spoke to me and said that there was a regional issue with recent events in the area, and there were YouTube restrictions in place

I didn’t try the pool however it looks great, the common areas are beautiful

As of beginning of 2024, Dinler Hotel is one of the best hotels I can recommend in Urgup. Hotel is currently going under a partial renovation and we stayed in an updated room which was neat and clean

Breakfast is not often refilled and the drinks are charged extra, which is ridiculous. Too bad the spa and the pool didn't work

The thing that I like in this hotel is the optional massage service was good enough that they provided until midnight by request. They also wait for us to return to hotel for dinner after ATV activity at 8-830pm

For Muslim, you can hear Azan nearby the place, but there is no qiblat direction in the hotel. You may use the wifi to check for qiblat direction. Pic: outside our room in fajr

Kettle is provided without any complimentary coffee sachets or tea in the room. there is no cup or glass in the room. Only basic things are provided (chair, wardrobe, bed)

The location is relatively close to the town center, with around 10 minute walk. The rooms are decent and basic needs are sufficed. Internet is good, even in the rooms

Toilet is ok, clean, shower also good, shower space is small. They clean the room/made the bed without us asking for it next day

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”

Some thieves work with this hotel WiFi and steal your money if you have Apple Pay with cards. We blocked cards, but still receive messages about unsuccessful attempts

Be careful!!!! Remove your cards from Apple Pay or better don’t use local unsecured WiFi

Very nice staff, but this hotel has maximum 3*. Rooms should be renovated. Food is ok, room mostly clean. There is no lift. Shop is in the area. Even good location if we have a car or want to take taxi.

We especially enjoyed the privat Hammam & jacuzzi in our room as well as the nice new swimming pool outside :) Thank you very much for making our stay so special and lovely! We hope to come again soon!

Really good hotel, with awesome rooms, great foods & cozy surrounding. The people here were really nice and they helped us to find the best spot to take photos of the air balloon

Not to forget during this covid-19 era, they have a very good protocols, providing us face mask, gloves for breakfast & obligatory hand sanitizer

When we forgot some clothes at our room after check-out, the receptionist called our new hotel (she remembered where we stayed next) which informed us so we could pick it up the next day

The service is excellent, staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help. The breakfast is very rich, there are choices for everyone and the quality of the food is excellent

It is a cave hotel, but is also luxurious and welcoming. The view from our terrace was amazing. We enjoyed a tasting menu that showcased local food and wine - absolutely amazing

The day staff at the pool were also disinterested. The dinner staff were more friendly but did struggle with English. This was unlike any of our other hospitality experiences in Turkey

We highly recommend this hotel. The terrace restaurant had an 8 course tasting menu of local foods that was fabulous. We sat looking over the town as the sun set and the lights came on

We stayed at Kayakapi Premium Caves at Başer Evi room. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip! The place is very luxurious. The staff is friendly and goes above & beyond for the customers

The place was very clean and well maintained. Close enough to the tourist sites but up on a hillside and very quiet and private

The concept is just wonderful, you can catch incredible sights and enjoy a lot. Rooms lack lightning, I get it is inside a cave, but if that's the case, you should then put more than 2 low wattage lamps per room

Everything you would like to see in the town is within walking distance, but you have to wear comfy, sport shoes because everything is either uphill or downhill

We had a unique stay experience. The cave-like rooms, though a bit chilly at night, were equipped with floor heaters. However, the lack of air conditioning may be challenging to some people, especially during warmer days

The best experience in my life. There is no too much luxury, but it has everything you need to sleep comfortably

However, the lack of WiFi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. Mobile data reception was also poor in our room. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique ambiance

The staff there were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been more accomodating. They helped us with airport shuttles and tour bookings which was super convenient

Loved staying at this hotel! Rooms were very nice, beds are so comfy and the doona felt like a cloud! Breakfast was amazing and they have two cute golden retriever dogs who live on site

Incredibly well restored boutique hotel built around old cave dwellings. The rooms are very clean and the entire place is beautifully decorated. Attention to detail in the architecture is really impressive

The room was luxurious, the breakfast was amazing and filling. No need for lunch and the owner, his mum and Tofi the cat are the loveliest. a wonderful boutique hotel with a real personal experience

They give you a great breakfast and at night there is a lovely terrace to sit out on above all the rooms. Overall a fantastic experience

Staying in the cave room was so amazing and looks like won’t let you to go home. Having a comfortable bed with a great services and a good accompany when you’re solo travel will not let you feel alone

Came here from the Washington DC, United States. Host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was fast response time when we needed extra towels, blankets, and an iron board

One of a kind experience, the rooms are literally carved in the mountain. Service was super friendly, the Dr and his crew are very professional. Breakfast at the terrace is an amazing way to start your day.

The hotel is also near a famous local winery (5 mins walk), Turasan, where you can do wine sampling and purchase bottles. Thank you for a cute local stay and showing us great hospitality!

There are a number of room available for selection, rooftop terrace with indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast and hang out, as well as full Turkish breakfast included with stay

The view was fantastic and the food delicious! Everybody was very nice, beautiful nature around the hotel and were looking forward to visit golden cave suits one more time

The only downside is that it is located on the main road into Urgup so if you have a room at the front, as we did, then it is a bit noisy and smells a bit of diesel fumes

The family that own it are great hosts, the location is great for people who want a more unique experience of Cappadocia far from the crowds and fake tourism industry

Whilst it's not far from the Göreme centre at all, it should be warned that buses come once every hour. I highly recommend this place and I will be back

The common terrace is lovely, shaded by vine leaves, and there's a charming upstairs sitting area with balcony as well, shared with all guests. Service was a bit reticent but ultimately friendly

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Loved the view and love the cafe on the 1st floor. They also had the best Nargile. Gym options, indoor pool, Turkish Hamam were all present but paid for services
