Great hotel for the whole family. Game room and pool for the kids. Service was excellent! The spa was very nice, except you can hear the pool area and the game room area while at the Turkish bath. That noise really diminished the relaxation of the Turkish bath experience.

Spacious room and bathroom with good internet connection, Modern design with attentive staffs. Various food for breakfast and dinner. Fresh vegetable and good butter. The stair to the buffet area is high to climb . There is no elevator to reach the dinner area. The food for dinner seems the same every day . It should change a bit. I love the in door pool and gym for the enjoyment .

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed, the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious (especially the fresh egg menu ordering) and I could not fault the stay here. Thank you all especially for the room upgrade! The room was out of this world and I cannot believe how relaxing it was.

The architecture of the entire group of buildings is very nice and integrated. The breakfast was good and with many choices. All staff are very supportive and friendly, trving to make things happen to make you comfortable. Room was spacious, carved in the stone as this is zone' specific. You can easily reach the city center (10 minutes walking) and you can find many good restaurants around.

We had great experience staying here. Rooms are fantastic. Service is above and beyond. Daniel was extremely helpful during check in, helping with luggage and guiding us. This is in much more quieter part of Urgup but just 5 min walk to the main town street. Views are absolutely amazing. Best part was availability of elevator and easy access to rooms for people with limited mobility.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely great; the rooms are big, fancy and really comfortable. The food is good enough; the hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants, local shops and is like 15 minutes to giren which is the most touristic place in the area. I didn’t try the pool however it looks great, the common areas are beautiful.

Small hotel. Kettle is provided without any complimentary coffee sachets or tea in the room..there is no cup or glass in the room. Only basic things are provided (chair, wardrobe, bed). Toilet is ok, clean, shower also good, shower space is small. They clean the room/made the bed without us asking for it next day. The location is relatively close to the town center, with around 10 minute walk. The rooms are decent and basic needs are sufficed. Internet is good, even in the rooms. Breakfast is not often refilled and the drinks are charged extra, which is ridiculous. Too bad the spa and the pool didn't work.

My friend got robbed via WiFi in this hotel. She logged in with smartphone and at night she has got several messages: a lot of payments, was written “google”. The owner of the hotel is a super host, takes care, manage tour transfer reasonably. Food is wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super helpful. The owners even drove us to the airport themselves and brought back some souvenirs we left at a nearby restaurant by accident. They even waited for us to check-in at 3am. Overall a great experience.

We received an absolutely heartwarming welcome!! The family running the hotel are very sweet. They also offer to arrange the balloon tour, red/green/other tours of the area and pickup service from the airport. The town itself is tiny and bit far from the main central towns, but staying there was very relaxing and calming for the mind.

We made a reservation without seeing the hotel, looking at its rating, but it was a complete disgrace. They really exaggerated the nostalgic thing, there are hairs on the bed.
