From the first day i gave 5 stars because of this guy muhamet in the reception

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was bad smell which I believe was from the cottage woods after it gots rain, cottage was very small which is enough for couples only.

I didn't stay in the hotel. This rating is only for the restaurant, which offered a below average overpriced food.

The food was slightly above average. They've served us a bottle of water, which we didn't order and paid for. Worth visiting though.

Place is great and located across the street from the mosque. Hamza and Nura are very helpful and made our lives easy. Hamza helped mw with the stay and carrying luggage. Nura helped me with where I should go in the area and made me a discount. I mean what more can I ask for. 10/10

Stayed here for one night as travelling through. Was offered a choice of 2 rooms and taken to see them, very good customer service. The Syrian staff treated more than wonderful, serviced by everything, the location is distinctly close to the mosque, the lake, the balcony, spacious and with chairs, the beds are very clean.

The ac in some rooms is the definition of useless it’s more of a speaker than a ac it dosent make the room even a bit colder

It was an excellent experience from check in to check out… the staff are very friendly and helpful. Tea and water are offered with no charges for hotel guests. Our room was nice but bit small. I spent one night with family. I took 3 rooms. The hotel is clean. The rooms are nice. It's quite. The location near the river but far from the lake by 5km.

The location is good it's around 4 KM from Uzungol (you'll need a car). The hotel is clean and the rooms are good. Breakfast is ok. However, the air condition is really bad, I have talked to the receptionist about it twice and nothing changed.

Didn’t use the hotel as we spend a day trip to Uzungöl but our guide suggested we eat at the restaurant as it’s the best. He was not wrong. The restaurant was tastefully constructed, the wood burner made the whole place feel homely. The service was friendly and professional. The trout was beautifully cooked and reasonably priced.

A wonderful wooden mosque, it has apartments close to it, sweet and spacious, suitable for families, and close to it are small supplies that contain Arabic bread and renting rotors

The hotel location is good close to the lake. The reciptionist was very nice and helpful. There is no restaurant at the hotel. So you have to go to other restaurants to have food and the area is full of restaurants and shops. The room was too small and the cieling is too low. But the view is amazing and thats what makes it up for the hotel.
