We stayed in this hotel for about three nights. Looking at the reviews and suggestions of tour company, we thought it would be worth the money. However, after few horrible experiences, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that it’s not the best choice. We literally found a mice moving around in our room. Upon informing the reception, staff were laughing on hearing this. Following which we were transferred to another room, and were offered no assistance in moving our luggage. As the night approached, we realised that there’s no cover on the ceiling window. We informed the staff, and we were straight away told it can’t be fixed, you will have to sleep like that. Poor customer service. Please look for other options in the area.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean and good service (hotel staff also understand Arabic and English). The view from the hotel is very nice and even the hotel itself has a gorgeous garden. Good facilities as well, I would recommend.

We had a great time in this hotel, I booked for two nights in a beautiful cottage comfortable with a nice garden, the food was delicious, the staff was great especially Mr ENES DEMIRBAS was very helpful, Mr MURTEZA , and Ms NURTEN , they really made us feel like home.

This is our second time in this hotel and my family and I love it. The staff are all very nice and polite. They are helpful. The rooms are always clean and are beautifully designed. This is the perfect substitute for a bungalow with a better service.

Didn’t use the hotel as we spend a day trip to Uzungöl but our guide suggested we eat at the restaurant as it’s the best. He was not wrong. The restaurant was tastefully constructed, the wood burner made the whole place feel homely. The service was friendly and professional. The trout was beautifully cooked and reasonably priced.

300 $ a night. Limited items in breakfast. Omelette or fried egg was available for extra payment. Water in rooms was for extra payment.
The chairs were broken, curtain was torn from the rail and not sliding to cover the balcony, no mirror or dresser in the room but just one mirror in the bathroom. Cobwebs all around the balcony railing.
They would not do room service if not requested. A few members of staff were polite and the others not... Most do not speak English.

The service is very poor, they lied to us about cleaning the room, and when we got back the room was not touched and they didn't want to clean it after, saying it is late!! And they answer in a rude way!!
Food is disgusting and there are no variety of options!!
The room has only one plug, and the rest aren't working, and the air conditioner stopped working the night after!!
Not worth the price, and low quality!! Should be 2-star Hotel

Room is clean , location is near to services but service is horrible.
There are no Tea or coffee as shown in pictures , I called reception twice to bring me just a cup as I brought my Tea & coffee with me but unfortunately without any response.
I am not sure why they are charging 150€ per night.
Disappointed!!

I had lunch in the open restaurant. The views were amazing. Good was good in bits and pieces.
I didn't like the taste of Humus.. something was lacking and I couldn't tell what the missing ingredient was...

Nice hotel the room, the looby, the garden is beautifully. But small details make some difference as you have to ask the reception for the room cleaning although no mirror in the room. The buffet is not as expected of 4 star Hotel
