The hotel location is good close to the lake.
The reciptionist was very nice and helpful.
There is no restaurant at the hotel. So you have to go to other restaurants to have food and the area is full of restaurants and shops.
The room was too small and the cieling is too low. But the view is amazing and thats what makes it up for the hotel.

Nice clean comfy and big room with a big bed Freshly made breakfast served on the table Courteous & excellent service from owner and staff Good view from window Good WiFi Had some problems with hot water which was immediately looked into & solved Overall I would rate my stay good and would recommend this hotel to all guests coming to UZUNGOL

Our visit to this hotel was not enjoyable for many reasons which can be listed as below;
Rooms very tight
1-Smell of cooking for adjacent restaurants
2-One tiny window in the suite not enough for ventilation
3-No extract fans of any form in the toilets
4-sound transmission between rooms is too much, zero privacy.
5-staff, especially the arabic speakers acted rude and sarcastic when we asked for additional bed sheet, pillow or cover
6-Additional beds or any sheets were NOT available!
7-Stayed 2 nights yet no cleaning or replacement of sheets or towels..
8-insects everywhere due to the lack of insect mesh on window.
9-lots of patches on walls due to lack of repair.
10-Lack of hygiene in toilets, algae can be seen at all corners, same can be seen at toilet outer wall inside the room
The value of money paid was way than what the rooms deserved.
Not rcommended.

The stuff was friendly and so kind .. also the room was clean and the hotel is near to uzungol lake. If is highly recommended 👍🏻😍💕

Room had a decent view, and property is close to the lake and infront of the river. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rare room in Turkey which had clearly marked the qibla direction for prayers so that was very nice. Decent bed.
Disliked · We had booked a King Room with River View as per pictures and details. Neither was the room king sized, or did it have a river view. We were given a side room and were told no such room exists :|
The room was lacking some basic facilities like kettle, tea/coffee, water. They didn't even keep drinking glasses which would have been useful for drinking and for sterilising our baby's bottles in absence of kettle. We had asked for hot water and they didn't bring it either.
Room has no A/C and unfortunately that day and night was very hot so sleeping was really hard the night we stayed.
