Harbour View Suites

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. The room was a bit musty at first, but clean. The hotel arranged airport transfer, and it was very smooth though traffic in Dar Es Salaam is especially bad so allow for plenty of time. The hotel was a great spot to explore the city.

OK, the room is clean and the breakfast is rich

The hotel is overall good and satisfactory, located on the 11th to 13th floors. The restaurant is decent, and the location in the city center is quite nice. The rooms are large and spacious, offering good value for money. However, the gym could be a bit more modern, and the pool is relatively small. Otherwise, as mentioned, everything is fine.

The services at the hotel were great, we were well received and catered for. Great location, there is mall nearby so you basically have access to everything you need, good spacious rooms. The only challenged is the facilities look a bit old and need to be upgraded, Because the pictures show new facilities however when you get there its not what is potrayed in the pictures this was a bit dissapointing.

Just back from Daressalaam. Stayed at Harbourview and must say was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service, cuisine and their massive unit sizes with fabulous Harbour views for the pricepoint; not to mention their very central location.
A huge thank you to Hemant the GM who was not only very attentive but remarkably visible on a daily basis interacting with guests and addressing any concerns which we had none.
Thank you Raju the executive chef for making breakfasts truly memorable with a mix of traditional continental cuisine and Indian and Indo-Arabic items which brought back memories of my childhood. Each breakfast (which was included) was ushered in with a whole new extensive menu!
While we leave Dar, the memories of our stay shall endure.

We had a great time at Harbour View. I would definitely recommend. It is centrally located, staff are pleasant and friendly, dining service is supportive of accommodating of allergies. They were making sure of updating my family and myself of what is recommended and not for my allergies.
One day, by mistake had nuts in one of the dishes which they forgot to mention, but before I could start they took it away from me and explained what it had nuts and prepared the dish again and served me in 15-20 minutes whilst I was eating my fruit.
Felt very much at home. It’s clean, supportive, safe and very friendly . Highly highly recommended
