Stopped in for a fabulous lunch, the restaurant is perched on a sandy area overlooking the the Indian Ocean. At low tide the reefs and sand bank islands are visible which provide a lovely scenery when having some drinks or lunch. Lovely stretch of beach for walks and safe swimming area.

The best place to unwind from the hectic life of the city. Free from hustling hawkers, very clean beachfront. Just amazing place to be.

The quilt and pillow have a strange smell. The bathroom is relatively clean. The facilities and equipment are not new, but they can all be used normally

The hotel is really homely as the name. Good location,has very spacious rooms, well lit , clean and well kept. The staff are very professional and charming. My credit to Tatu and Tina. The breakfast was very healthy. One downside is the linen. The management should buy new linen particularly towels.

It is one of the best resorts in Tanga city, Tanzania. The place offers good food and the resort has gym, pool and wide open area for parties. The rooms were spacious and comfy and the location could be conveniently accessed. Overall experience was good and I recommend for family as well

There are renovated rooms, as well as old rooms. Some rooms have a refrigerator, some rooms do not. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed, and the blanket is a sheet. In the old rooms there is no partition between the toilet and shower. The location is great, if not for the "den" on the nearest street, where local drinkers hang out)) You will definitely not be able to pass unnoticed...

Our Safari Sea Adventure Tour was organized by Union Tours Safari. Arrived at the beach early morning, getting in the boat, a capacity of 12 plus 2 crew. Had a half day, watching dolphins, swimming and snorkeling reaching to the sandbank that disappears when tide is rising. Had a great view to Bill Gates Island. Later, back to the beach. As far as I can tell it's the cheapest place that you are looking at the beach off the porch or balcony. I paid 30$ for a room with a fan and an AC room costs 40$. I have peeked at other rooms that are nice but my room is unsophisticated ( no nightstands there is a space for a wardrobe but not one there!) Not dingy though and cleaned every day. Great position on the beach with wonderful pool and plenty of places to relax. I loved that we were on the sand and could also walk up and down the beach easily. The location of this hotel is great. It is right on the beach front and the hotel offers sun beds for its guests. There are many, many bars and restaurants just a short walk away along the beach. I really enjoyed my stay at Baraka Beach Bungalows, very well located in the middle of Nungwi beach. The room is spacious, clean, and well furnished. Everything was fine until we realized our room had another door leading to another room. This meant zero privacy and you can literally hear what’s happening in the next room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful, and the atmosphere was nice. The only disappointing thing was that the only amenity provided was a half-used body cream, and the towels were not changed. I brought my own so it wasn't a problem.

The service is friendly and nice. The hotel rooms are clean and reasonable (corresponding to the description). You can walk to the beach and the center of the village in 8-9 minutes, but the road is very dusty and broken.

We only used the restaurant and it's alright. Reasonable prices (13-20k shillings). They're kind of slow, if you go during football nights or evenings and it's crowded then you'll wait for 1-2 hours like we did(1.45h).

Kipepeo is a lovely and affordable place to stay in Nungwi. The huts are complety build out of natural materials and are simply beautiful to sleep in, toilets and showers are clean. Some will love it, some will hate it. The owner was very friendly but almost too casual for my liking. The beach is a short walk away although not a nice one for swimming. Food was good,average prices. You can book snorkeling trips here. We changed because we didn't like grass Hut being secured by a bicycle lock. There is no security off the main road. Cold water, bucket showers. Very rustic.

The hotel is in good condition and clean. I stayed for one night and wanted to rest after a long trip. I checked in late around 2000hrs and stayed in what looked to be like a new block that was still unfinished. This block did not have power until after 2300hrs. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and restaurant service is good. Only minimal amenities are provided in the room.
