This was our first time staying at the IP hotel and Casino. We couldn't fault it at all, it was a great price. The lobby and casino are amazing! I love looking at all of the memorabilia. The room was nice and clean but it was a bit worn. The bathroom was impeccable; however, there was a little less privacy than what I prefer, too many glass doors there. The casino play was good. We played for several hours and basically broke even. Great atmosphere! Lots of slots new and old, the variety of games are great. Lots of winnings and the your paid out fairly quick. This casino and hotel were both nice! The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the sky walk across to The Blind Tiger for dinner. It was foggy while we were here, so the views weren't very clear, but I can imagine they were great once the fog lifted. We didn't gamble at the casino, but from looking in, it looked clean and inviting.

My daughter and I (77 yrs. Young) went to Harrah's for a 3 day trip. Hotel was clean, employees polite and pool was beautiful. Although the facilities were older, the place was immaculate. Casino was not very large, but big enough to keep you busy. Restaurants were very good also. Looking forward to my next trip.

We just returned from a 3 night stay with your hotel. The experience was great. Everyone from the front desk to the security personnel were so friendly. Came into town for a quick weekend trip. The smell is amazing as soon as you enter. We didn't come for gambling but did do a little next door. We didn't realize (or care for that matter) that this location didn't have a casino. It does have an awesome game area for kids. Wow..wow.wow... this was the absolute amazing place to spend our Spring Break!! The staff was very nice, especially after my baby got sick, the housekeeper came right in and catered to our every need!! The complimentary coffee and cookies were always fresh. The staff here was great. They really do check the rooms for smoking vs. non-smoking; violate the rules you get charged the $250 fine. Which was nice knowing our room wouldn't stink or be covered in animal dander. Bed was comfy enough, be prepared to get out by 11, because 10:30 they start banging on the door. 4 lamps in the room and only one had a light bulb. Other than that, stay was great.

Bathroom (and especially tub) needed to be remodeled. Room was reasonably clean. I swear the booking site I used advertised free breakfast, but there was none. Hotel advertised HBO but it was not available, also could not connect to the WiFi. Need to offer a heavier blanket if your comforter is the weight of a thin sheet.

Great location, right on the beach. Plenty of parking spaces. Greeted and welcomed and booked straight in without any problems. Had a problem with our first room, we were moved to a better room, with no questions asked. The rooms are dated, but they were clean, and the beds were super comfy. All the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was nice and hot, and the breakfast lady kept it stocked up.

The room needs to be updated. You can see in the photos that the lamps, the safe , and the refrigerator are rusted. The bathtub had cigarette burns on it. The beds were very uncomfortable ( hard mattresses ). The location was great. Close to the casinos and restaurants

The hotel was right across the street from the beach, the had a nice breakfast selection. Room was pretty standard, I've seen people complain about sand on the floor, but you are at a beach hotel, so it's kind of expected. One unexpected thing was the jade ship the have by the check in area, it even has the history behind it.

Directly across the street from the ocean, this place is beautiful inside and out! Rooms were modern with storage. The best part was the incredible fresh breakfast spread and the fact that we had options between disposable or reusable plates and cups. It's a small touch but we appreciate holding real mugs of coffee. The staff kept constant upkeep over the area too.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible with their customer service and knowledge always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious and roomy. Great amenities and breakfast. They had hot breakfast biscuit and gravy, yogurt, fruits and plenty of beverages. We will be back to visit and stay here again!

The morning front desk clerk is very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The coffee downstairs was good. It was very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed for 1 night but it was just what we needed. The ice machine upstairs needs a little TLC. I would stay there again.

INCREDIBLY NICE STAFF. Seriously, they were wonderful and should be recognized and are the sole reason for the 3 stars. The room, however, was disgusting. Blood on the pillow, brown stains on the sofa and the office chair (let’s assume it was coffee), and rust on the cutlery. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The room was great and the staff was very friendly. Everything in the room was clean and well stocked. I gave it 4 stars because the breakfast isn't that good. The food options could be a little better and the setup is inconvenient when there's a large group. If there was a clear start and finish to the line then it would make things easier.
