Great experience. Had a blast with my wife. Got a room and spent the night enjoying all the amenities they had to offer. From the table games to the video poker. The restaurant that offered a variety of food to quench any appetite. To the comfortable sleeping arrangements and the above and beyond customer service. As for this parishioners opinion five out of five stars. I will be there again......

The hotel room was nice. We got a complimentary upgrade to a suite when we checked-in. All of the staff we talked with were extremely friendly. There is a pizza place that has the best brick oven pizza. The slot machines don't pay out if you are looking to win. We ended up going to another casino to play and won money there. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. My only issue was not winning money in the casino, but sometimes that happens. I've stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. The only thing I'd like to see is a self-service soda station. I'm almost positive there isn't one here. If I missed it by chance I'll update this review. Thanks.

Good casino in Shreveport area. Personable staff, huge rooms, wide opens hallways, beautiful lobby, and some good restaurants. Room was larger than expected with a nice view of the Red River. The room was also very clean with a large bathroom. The casino was great with plenty of security. We felt very safe during our stay. Parking garage had a walk way to the hotel.

The stay at Sam's Town was pretty good overall. The room was large, the staff is very friendly and there were really no major complaints. However, the hotel/casino as well as the neighborhood still felt like it was 2020 with many things still closed or reduced with the general feeling that things aren't back to normal. It was just a rather sleepy stay at a casino.

Check in went smoothly. Due to some unavoidable delays on the way, I didn't check in until after 1am. A very nice hotel. Spacious bathrooms, and bigger than average tubs. Love the little refrigerator in the room. O my negative is all the extra outlets built in to the tables, don't work, when the light over the bed is not on, the wall outlet doesn't work. Hard to change devices and use needed items that are plugged. I always enjoy my stay here.

Visited the buffet twice. The $9.99 buffett was ok, you get what you pay for. DJ was serving mashed potatoes, pizza, egg rolls, tilapia, corndog nuggets. We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. I felt we got a great deal for the room we got! It had two full size beds with a fridge and micro and a great hot tub with a small TV to watch in there. The room was nice and clean. We only paid $75 per night!! Not the best casino because it was kind dead but maybe that's a great thing too. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I love the comped rooms, king size bed, whirlpool tub big enough for three, and a living area in each room.

Friday evening at the Legends Buffet is great: fried shrimp, poached salmon, fried clams and all you can eat Snow crab legs (just keep the hot butter HOT).

Definitely get a players reward card. All u have to do is earn 15 points during the week (50 on the weekends) to get a free buffet meal! And the buffet is pretty darn good!

This review is only for the hotel because unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy the casino. Very friendly customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The view was nice. Only complaint would be that the room doesn't have a microwave. Highly recommend!

Average casino. Not enough tables open when we were there. Training a new dealer during a peak (Cinco De Mayo @ night). Atmosphere is a little dated. Had one awesome dealer. Hotel accommodations were good. Can't say anything too bad about the place, but nothing differentiating it from any other Shreveport casino.

One of my favorite casinos in Shreveport. The air isn't clogged with smoke like some of the others. Might not pay out as much on the slot machines but the atmosphere is great. The drinks were also mixed to perfection.

This place is the BEST buffet EVER!!!!! The food, the staff, even the guests were all courteous and polite and caring. I had a wonderful time. The snow crabs (with the hot drawn butter) were excellent. I feasted on them until I could eat no more and I topped my meal off with cheesecake and truffles. What a buffet.

I enjoyed the hot tub with the spa jets in the corner of the room. It's surrounded by mirrors and my wife and I spent some quality time together in it. There is also an amazing standing shower!

Boomtown has become my favorite casino in Bossier/Shreveport. I enjoy their selection of slot machines. Usually there during daylight......now to figure out restaurant hours. Boomers served up a good burger however....

I had a amazing stay! The hotel front desk were so friendly and assisted me with all my needs when asked. Mr Charles was extremely polite and professional when checking me in! The housekeeping staff was also amazing! Whenever I needed or asked for anything they were on it. Mr. Torian and Ms. Lashanta (not sure of the correct spelling) were always polite and helpful. You get what you pay for. Somewhat worn down and needs updating. Poor cable channels with no kids channels. With three kids Tha was no good after 3 day the manager and house keeper came to my room to ask why I do t let the house keeper in to clean and that if the room was dirty I would be asked to leave with no refund. The management and staff are the most understanding and caring. I pay monthly and the room attendance is above average. The rooms are big and I have never seen any little guys... lol. Blessed to have a roof over my head with such kind people. Can't forget security he is exceptional!?✝️

I have stayed here previously in my business travel days. Rooms are nice, bathroom dated but spotless. All the staff were terrific and food served was tasty and priced nicely.

I was traveling through the area and had to make a quick stop. The staff was friendly and attentive. Teresa was at the front desk and assisted with my request. I give her 5 stars for Customer service. If you are looking for a Marriott chain hotel conveniently located right off the freeway with a good location to restaurants. As a Titanium elite I stay at a lot Courtyard hotels. Stayed here a couple times. Nice to see they have improved the exterior and the lobby. Rooms are nice but an upgrade I am sure is coming with lack of USB ports at working desks. Staff is very friendly and nice location. I will stay again in months when I come back.

This place is close to the airport. There is awesome southern food nearby. It's just what one might expect of a courtyard: courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I had one with a balcony. A great place to weather a night away prior to flying home.

I stay with these folks 5-6 times a year. This is an older, smaller Courtyard but has all the amenities of a larger one. Staff is attentive and professional. Great location right at the junction of I-20 and i-220. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown and Cross Lake.

This hotel was value for my money. The staff was friendly, check-in was fast and the room was clean with comfy beds.

I have never stayed at this property before and was hesitant, as my usual hotel was booked up. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and especially how soft the bath towels were. The only drawback was the noise of the local train traffic and someone’s car alarm going off.

I have stayed at couple hotels in Bossier City, LA and this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. All the staff was amazing but sweet Shae in the breakfast area, not only she kept her area SPOTLESS but she was friendly and informative about the Bossier City/Shreveport area.

Me and my family came in for a sudden funeral and all the family houses were packed so we were referred here by a friend. The rooms were so clean my grandbaby could crawl around and play the bathroom was very clean and stocked with even a makeup remover towel (A plus for me) coffee maker was stocked and the hot breakfast was DELICIOUS even have a waffle maker. This is a great place for a staycation, a weekend getaway or a business trip. It’s an old building that was converted to a small hotel. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are clean. Get one of the suites! The only downside is they don’t have a parking garage. You can valet, or do like us and park at the casino, down the street, for free. Yes, we will stay here again!

Horrible for accessible needs. All the hangers in the closet are behind the ironing board. Moving them to the right was a chore because they are the kind that attach to a round frame and the space available to the right of the ironing board was very limited - not enough for clothes to fit comfortably. Since the the hotel has been under New Management by GM JEFF, my stays have been more than perfect. Mrs. Mary head of house keeping treats guests as if she's been knowing you since childhood. The entire staff from guest service to housekeeping has bent over backwards and treated my family like family. Thanks to my extended family @ Microhotel see you in a few weeks.

The breakfast recipes, appearance, taste, presentation and creativity were all exceptional. This was, by far, the best breakfast that my husband and I have ever experiened when dining out at any restauratn, let alone, a bed and breakfast establishment.

Owner Jimmy is a southern gentleman, people person, who has some great stories to share as he serves the most delicious breakfast we have ever had at any B & B. We learned about Mayhaw jelly made there along with several other jellies. We bought his Cookbook. The entire home is an Antique museum that Wows you!

I spent my honeymoon at this B & B and it was wonderful. Quite, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We stayed a couple of nights. We were late coming to town so Jimmy and Brian left us alone so we could rest. The breakfast the next day was wonderful the fried pie was the best. Both were polite and very helpful with lunch and dinner suggestions. Enjoyed talking with Jimmy. I read about the beautiful Christmas decorations and can't wait to visit during that time.

Our stay here was just perfect! Bryan and Jimmie were excellent hosts and the room was an eclectic collection of charming history. Breakfast was fresh and the dining area is set up with long and small tables so people get an opportunity to chat with other guests if they want to. I was passing through the area and needed a motel room for the night. I really didn't want to have to try and find somewhere decent in Shreveport, so I started looking around the outskirts for something decent for the night. When I am on the road, I go by the reviews of a place before I choose to do business with them. I don't want a motel that has roaches or blood everywhere, or stinks, or the water...

I stayed at this hotel for a business purposes. I must preface by saying this hotel is by a railroad and it's not very sound fortified. Other than the railroad sound issue, regular road noise can't be heard. The rooms are comfortable, clean, staff are nice, parking is great, and it's right next to a steakhouse. And the hotel is usually priced very well.

Everything about our stay has been awesome. Every staff member I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. The room is larger than I've ever seen and very clean.

Very laid back atmosphere. The rooms were clean so I had to give 2 stars but many things were either not working or damaged. For instance, there was no bathroom light. Hallways were dingy and had spills on floor. Neighbors were friendly, but noisy until about 7am.

I stayed in one of the Suites rather than the hotel room. It's basically a 2-story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment. Clean room. The upstairs bedroom is a loft. There is a pool which is very clean and does have covered tables and chairs along with loungers. Additionally, for a small fee this is a pet-friendly business.

Mainstay is a place you just would not regret spending some time at. Although Mainstay can be on the pricey side, there still are plenty of things to do. For example, there you'll find a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a peaceful environment. Needing a wakeup? They have coffee ready at the office every morning.

It was a ok stay a little overpriced than usual but I guess everything is going up. Ac was out so we got switched to a new room thank God there was one available.
