Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Waverly

Great location! Near a lot of restaurants and spas. Looks fairly new and modern. Plenty of complimentary parking spaces. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the third floor by the elevator and it was really quiet. I ended up sleeping much later than usual. The shower was modern and very nice. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

Room was clean and free from smells.
Staff was friendly. Nearly much perfect from my perspective. Breakfast is not included. The food choices were bit pricey - but the ones I had we're delicious. Note: There is a breakfast café across the parking lot.

Everything went VERY well. This hotel is over the top spectacular. From the efficient, friendly and fun team to the exceptionally clean rooms to the location, it’s a great experience. Russ and everyone I encountered treated me with true hospitality. See you all soon.

My mom and I stayed for 4 nights for the Queen City Stitch Retreat and the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, we were a large group and they put up with our invasion with a smile. The room (a double queen) had plenty of space and was clean. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants easily walkable. We will be back next year and will gladly stay again.

The hotel is in a good location. It's within walking distance to a couple of restaurants for a quick bite.
The hotel itself is clean , the staff is friendly and I liked the small store near the lobby. While they have a nice selection of quick food and snacks to purchase in a pinch, with a handy microwave there to heat your food if necessary, I still would have preferred a microwave to accompany small fridge and coffee maker.
I commented on this in my hotel survey, in which they responded by directing me to some of their other hotel products. Of course, I understood, but they asked!
Outside of this, my experience was a positive one.

I would say 4.5 but 4 wouldn't be fair. My complaint is that the breakfast that you can purchase is just breakfast sandwiches and expensive. No cereal or fruit or anything provided. The pool is small but was fine for kids to play in.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It had a smart tv allowing you to use your own streaming services. The hotel was quiet and the ladies at the desk were very nice. In the parking lot was First Watch (a breakfast restaurant) and the hotel was located in a shopping center with lots of restaurants to choose from. Noon checkout is also very nice.

Great location near all the restaurants and shopping in Waverly. This hotel opened in April 2021. Modern rooms, lobby bar.

This is an excellent hotel. Nice, clean, modern but comfy rooms. Lobby lay out gives lots of personal areas to hang out. Professional, friendly staff. Definitely our future choice in hotels from now on.

Hosted our company event here and it was lovely! The meeting room was a perfect size for 25 people in a U presentation set up. The event manager Christine and her team were great. The Assistant General manager Aaron was very helpful. We had the three days catered the Chef Jo and everything went off without a hitch! Right on time and the food was great! Will definitely be running events here again!

I did not stay here, but was wondering the an event planner setting up the ballroom. Just lovely. Nice new solid furniture to rent. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Beautiful lobby with a Starbucks machine. Very warm environment. Lots to do within walking distance.
