Service at brunch was excellent (thanks Matt!) and the rooftop pool and bar are so much fun. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic location and property with an amazingly warm and accommodating staff. We got everything we expected (and perhaps more!) from the JW; we are lucky to have this gem so close to home!

They were working so hard to keep everyone at the hotel pleased, and any employee you could genuinely tell they were trying really hard to please their guests

Nice hotel but totally unprepared to be opened. Lack of people working. No ice machine on each floor. Great location. Hopefully will get better in a few months.

It is in a great location within walking distance to the Charlotte Hornets stadium if you don't mind a little hike and lots of restaurants to try. Staff was exceptional and always willing to help

Nice spot right in the middle of things. M lounge was well stocked for breakfast snacks and dessert. The gym was well equipped with plenty of treadmills, free weights and a room for spinning

We did not use the restaurant but it looked nice and had a good menu

You have to Valet your car and you only pay one time which we really liked. If you don't want to valet there are some parking decks close by. The temperature in the room was just not wanting to cooperate

The street down below is so loud. Loud cars revving and fire trucks. I stayed in a hotel in Downtown Detroit they was near the people mover. It’s an elevated train that runs

The room had a small white noise machine that you could run during the night to cut down on street noise. These rooms would benefit from this 100 percent

Very nice hotel, extremely polite and courteous staff. Rooms have been recently remodeled and we're very nice

One minor complaint on the weekends directly across the street there are several outdoor music venues that can be quite loud. On the other hand it's a short walk two lots of interesting eating places and music venues

I was usually up and out by 6:30am, 3 of the 4 morning I was there. On the only morning I didn't have a meeting and slept in late, was awakened to the sound of concrete drilling at 8:10am

Love the morning beverage delivery service in the mornings for their loyalty program members. Would definitely come back in the future

We discovered this hotel chain by chance in Orlando FL. The Omni resort in there is amazing!! We are in a road trip from South Florida and our next stay will be at the Omni Hotel in Washington DC :)

The hotel is under going a major renovation, some sparse decor is certain places, but overall will be very nice

We had a delicious meal at the David Burke restaurant there - highly recommend the salmon! My *only* complaint is that the fitness room is incredibly hot and muggy and there was nothing to wipe equipment down with

We were actual guest at next hotel Le Meridian, but Brianna said she would take care of us… she had us laughing and checked in no time…. Got our Marriott reward points added. Just an awesome experience, nice job!

Spent two nights here last week for a work conference and had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind, the hotel was beautiful & the location was perfect. A quick 5 minute Uber to lots of cute shopping areas

Great location for the concert I came in town for. Water never got hot, just Luke warm. Housekeeping was yelling in between rooms through the hall. There was a large knock at the ac until every time it went off

the staff is great any questions any demand they made it happend the hotel is super clean …even I had a day at spa apoimenr they lady’s were great but there was smelling gas very very strong…aparantly was a city problem

but still was unstable and they did hit evacuate the problem aria’s

The bedroom was typically DoubleTree standards, clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was superb, hot and cold breakfast , good layout, large variety, also available cook to orders

Quiet and beautiful location, conveniently nestled in a office park area. Interior and exterior beautifully designed. The front desk Personnel lived up to the hotel slogan "we make it right "

I always stay at this location. Delise is awesome and always takes good care of me. The housekeeping and other staff are always attentive and asking if you need anything

It was clean. Breakfast was better than normal. For a Sleep Inn it was one of the better ones. Would stay here again if I needed to be close to downtown Charlotte.

I had a great experience with this location, had to stay a night later because of flight. The employees here we're very helpful, with everything from pick up and dropoff at the airport, to helping with breakfast

My only complaint is that the televisions offered Chromecast, but my Chromecast had been stolen. When I contacted the front desk about it, they said they was going to send someone up to replace it

I stay here when i have a flight out if town bevause it is clean and I enjoy the breakfast every morning. The staff are friendly, accommodating and offer great service.

Great hotel, good experience! I took my mother to this hotel and she was very impressed. The rooms were clean, and very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious

I stayed in room 208 regardless what all negative my uber drivers said about this place it was polar opposite. Great customer service, breakfast and room service. It was exceptionally clean & quiet

Despite it's somewhat hard to find the place. Worth it with the money spend. I checked in by myself, then after I got the key i get my family. The guy at the counter call me back and he offer ground floor room

Nice place to stay. Free continental breakfast. Microwaves available and coffee pot.Tv in the rooms. The also have suit with couch for visiting. Leaving you with the comforts of home for people with budgets.

Exceptional customer service and affordable price, however towels and wash clothes provided had stains! Also shower was not cleaned properly

Cheap rooms, great option for a couple of nights. 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room has a TV, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning. Polite staff.

It's what you expect from a hotel that is 60$ a night. Wasn't bad but it wasn't good. I do wish they provided tooth paste in the bathroom and cleaned the office

Room was basic and looked just a little bit run down, but it was cheap. Everything worked except for one of the lights flanking the bed and electrical outlet associated with it

Comfortable rooms, refined and cozy, Heavenly Beds, towels, and robes. Great amenities, 24/7 gym, Southern cuisine, drinks at the bar. Cleanliness, attention to detail, Rooms well-maintained, a pleasure to stay

That's $25 a day, which isn't the end of the world considering inflation and how much parking costs in New York or Boston! Last but not least is the 9 minute walk to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

It was a beautiful and spacious hotel! Parking is confusing, but once you get the hang of it, you're fine! The room was clean and spacious! The lighting in the rooms is good and we loved all the mirrors

I stayed here with my boyfriend for an overnight trip. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen. The housekeeping staff definitely do their jobs well. Super appreciative of them of doing such a great job

The Westin in downtown Charlotte, a great place to stay. With the light rail just a few feet away. Convenient location, attractions aplenty, Restaurants and shops, all within easy reach

The room is huge and comfortable. Right in the center of Charlotte. Lots to walk yo including the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Nice touch - complimentary water and sleep aid to rub on wrists

Clem was just a pleasure to work with and I couldn't have had a better place to have my birthday dinner party! My guests and I had a delicious buffet, desserts with an open bar and just the best staff ever! They were all amazing!! I appreciate all the time and effort that went in to making this a success

What a wonderful experience I had working with Catering Manager, Clem Pascarella! He helped coordinate and put together my birthday dinner at the hotel. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process

The restaurant/bar is very popular, but they need more salad options, and take the blanched tomatoes out of the caesar salad, and have more simple food options on the menu, like (Tuna Sandwiches, BLT, and Hot dogs, and Italian Cold Cuts)

I was very fortunate to have a good experience. Location is in a nice area of downtown within easy walking distance for coffee, restaurants, pharmacies and other shops. Big plus is access to YMCA classes and gym on site

My family has been staying here for years. Just very few issues, and those are always resolved quickly by the hotel. The room service is surprisingly good for not much more than a night at a sit down restaurant

They were very accommodating when I had request. My rooms(I booked a room while I was already there)were clean and beds were comfortable. Location is near lots of shopping and attractions

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The staff was amazing- JJ, Luke, and the other front desk staff went over and above when we arrived to find their pool closed (and had 2 very disappointed kids)

Roof top pool and hot tub offer a chance to relax amongst the skyscrapers of uptown Charlotte. Rooms were decent sized, beds are super comfortable and check in process was a breeze

The location was situated right in the heart of the city so it was easy to walk to a lot of different hotspots. That being said it can also be a little noisy on Saturday night but nothing you can't sleep through

I came last weekend for my cousins wedding. ,The hotel is in a good location and the staff was nice and the wedding was on the top floor. The van driver Marlow took us to the park so we could take pictures

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Only complaints would be the parking situation (you have to walk a bit unless you get valet), the lack of fan in the bathroom, and the lack of a complementary breakfast

Service was wonderful and included extra touches, such as gifts for the baby. We even came back from dinner to a room with re-made beds and fresh towels, after already having our room cleaned that morning

We brought bikes with us and the parking staff made sure they were kept safe all weekend. Nice pool, excellent coffee, quiet and safe location

The only real issues we had were not the hotel's fault. Loud guests in the halls at 4am in the morning as well as pot smoke creeping into our bathroom. We advised staff and they offered to move us immediately

We managed to get an amazing deal through a discount site to stay here, I probably would not have given 5 stars if we had paid the full price for the room

Christopher at the front desk was AMAZING!! My 21 year old daughter missed her connecting flight on the way to Utah from England. She was stranded in Charlotte for 20 hours and no one in the airport were kind or helpful

We recently attended a church event at this hotel. Our event was from Friday to Monday and we made use of a number of different meeting rooms for all types of activities, everything from dances to seminars to board games

I stayed here overnight for a business trip. It's a swanky looking hotel in my opinion. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was spaceous and very relaxing. They also had appetizers and two free drinks for free

The hotel is set up atrium-style and so the restaurant and the bar is in the center of the hotel, and it is designed beautifully. The fitness center and pool were a nice added bonus. We really enjoyed dinner there too

Excellent hotel close to Charlotte International Airport. It's been renovated recently (Jan 2018 stay date) so everything is fresh and new looking. The room was spacious, well-lighted and decorated nicely

The lounge and the bar were used by a lot of people and it was a fun atmosphere. Room service helped me add a personal touch but having a cheese platter in the room for my fiance when we arrived
