The en suite bathroom to use an update. However, everything was nice clean convenient in every staff member was friendly. I would stay here again.

I've lived here for many years. If you stay a few nights, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Now this is a hotel!! Our room was a Jack and Jill room which was a living/living room, bedroom and two bathrooms

This is a beautiful property with a friendly informative staff, luxurious bedding and amenities. It is centrally located in downtown Charlotte, about 15 minutes or less from the airport.

There are 6 elevators, quiet floors, and it’s very well marked for where to go. Rooms are very clean, it’s quiet, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. JP Charlotte is downstairs and is very good

Went to panthers game, great location, short walk to stadium, staff very friendly, room clean, carpet a bit worn in halls but no big deal, bed, sheets and pillow were great,good eats walking distance, will stay there again

Gavin and his valet team were very courteous and professional! I had a mini meltdown when I went into the tunnel to park on Monday afternoon, because of the tightness and ceilings, but I got the attention of the valet attendant and he came to my rescue with great understanding!

Gavin with valet was INCREDIBLE! Valet made parking a breeze. The hotel was wonderful and the perfect venue for the symposium. The food and staff were great as well. The beds were cozy and rooms were spacious

This hotel was great for a business stay and centrally-located in a walkable area. I loved the giant picture frame window in my room that provided gorgeous sunset views.

Pool has a great view, but be aware the rooftop area (encompasing the pool) can be rented out. Beautiful rooms, good views, and good customer service

Roof top pool and hot tub offer a chance to relax amongst the skyscrapers of uptown Charlotte. Rooms were decent sized, beds are super comfortable and check in process was a breeze

The location was situated right in the heart of the city so it was easy to walk to a lot of different hotspots. That being said it can also be a little noisy on Saturday night but nothing you can't sleep through

Self parking in an extremely tight and limited parking garage shared with the Hampton Inn at a cost of $35. Extremely limited to no handicap parking and nothing suitable for a mobility vehicle

Hilton Garden in downtown Charlotte has been pleasantly updated. Onsite parking is plentiful here with a parking deck that adjoins the Hampton and an apartment building making it easy to come and go

The gym was clean the pool inside outside a little small but great for kids. All interactions with staff was met with a smile no matter what time Day or night I also saw some dogs to All in All its a place to be

My husband and I spent 1 night here while on our way to visit family members north of Charlotte, and were very impressed by the friendly staff, spacious and well-equipped one bedroom suite, comfortable bed, clean well cared for facility, evening social hour with free food and drinks, and great breakfast buffet with lots of options

We've stayed in Drury Inns several times before in other locations and have never been disappointed. The location was right off the major highway, and there was plenty of parking. The nightly rates were very reasonable

The hotel facilities are good, but the most unfortunate thing is that the car window was broken when it was parked in the hotel parking lot, and all the exhibits used for the exhibition were stolen! !

Really nice Hyatt! Shuttle comes every 30 minutes or so, room was clean and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast had a lot of great options, few restaurants around the hotel as well!

It has an outdoor pool open until 9:00 PM (no jacuzzi) and an adequate free breakfast from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 on weekends. Try to avoid arriving for breakfast in the last 20-30 minutes
