Nice hotel but totally unprepared to be opened. Lack of people working. No ice machine on each floor. Great location. Hopefully will get better in a few months.

They were working so hard to keep everyone at the hotel pleased, and any employee you could genuinely tell they were trying really hard to please their guests. So happy to come here, and they made North Carolina a magical place!

Service at brunch was excellent (thanks Matt!) and the rooftop pool and bar are so much fun. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic location and property with an amazingly warm and accommodating staff. We got everything we expected (and perhaps more!) from the JW; we are lucky to have this gem so close to home!

Nice spot right in the middle of things. M lounge was well stocked for breakfast snacks and dessert. The gym was well equipped with plenty of treadmills, free weights and a room for spinning. Good towel service. We did not use the restaurant but it looked nice and had a good menu.

This was first time in Charlotte and I chose this Marriott based on location. I was not disappointed with a beautiful lobby and reception area. There were many options of food and drink to choose from including a great coffee joint for breakfast and a fun bar in the evening. Booked 2 double beds for 3 people. Everything was clean and tidy. However, they should give us towels equal to the number of people in the reservation. Bring your own toothbrush and all personal items. They only provide a small bar of soap for body and face and 3 bottles of conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. We had such a fantastic experience, the service from the staff was amazing and we rarely saw anyone. It is right next to some incredible restaurants to eat at and also close to shopping. and it feels like it is just a short drive away from everything you need! I always stay at this location. Delise is awesome and always takes good care of me. The housekeeping and other staff are always attentive and asking if you need anything. The rooms are nice and comfy, and the free breakfast in the morning is a really nice touch.

It's what you expect from a hotel that is 60$ a night. Wasn't bad but it wasn't good. I do wish they provided tooth paste in the bathroom and cleaned the office. Other than that, my room was clean and internet was actually good.

With one of the lowest rates in Charlotte you can't expect too much. The room was clean, pretty basic, but overall acceptable. For just an inexpensive place to stay for a couple of days while you're in town it works out real well. The staff especially the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

If you are attending shows at the Convention Center this is the place to stay. Though if you are the type in the evening that likes to relax in your room to watch TV they don't have many channel selections. My family has been staying here for years. Just very few issues, and those are always resolved quickly by the hotel. The room service is surprisingly good for not much more than a night at a sit down restaurant. My hamburger was huge and tasted great. My son enjoyed the pool. All the staff was great.

Convenient location and close to university of north Carolina Charlotte. There are a ton of meeting and food spots adjacent to this hotel. Specifically, there Chain restaurants and a buffet that is suitable Family travel. I will say this will tell a slightly pricier than those in the area. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.
