We did not get our 10% off for paying cash, as you promised, because they do not take cash.
Everything was. Good. Mattress not the best. Should be replaced.
Room door lock has been damaged.
No conditioner.
Associates were very friendly, very clean, great breakfast. Convenient to downtown Charlotte.

Noisey neighbors move in the last night we were there, but it didn’t last long. Also, it’s across from a walking trail that is super cool! (See pics)
Overall, definitely recommend staying here!!
