Very clean hotel and fantastic service. I was nervous about my room being on the first floor but the front desk manager was able to help me switch to a room on the third floor instead at check-in. She listened to my concerns and helped me to feel comfortable staying at the hotel. I felt very safe and got a great nights sleep.
It was nice to be able to wake up and have breakfast at the hotel in the morning. The spread was great and there were a lot of options to choose from for a meal. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonder week spent here.
Service was great. Especially the breakfast each morning.
Absolutely loved the clerk that worked in the evenings when we got in from work/dinner. She really made our stay above the top. Really fun girl.

Amazing staff. No matter what staff I encountered, they were amazing and friendly. Katrina, the kitchen staff was so friendly and surly showed great customer service skills. The food was hot and highly prepared with the right consistency. I will truly recommend this place. The front desk staff was friendly and so helpful. The housekeeper on our floor was so pleasant when I asked her for bags for the trash. She smiled and spoke pleasant, even whine speaking in Spanish, in which I was able to comprehend what she was saying. I love this place.

The hotel is very nice but we had a horrible time checking in for our reservation with incompetent staff last weekend. We had booked the room for Saturday night and even had come by early at 1:30 pm to check in but it wasn't ready. We asked if we could set up payment then and we'd be back late to check in officially. They ran my boyfriends card and said they'd note a possible late check in as we had to go to a birthday celebration. We came back late to check in officially and the front desk person was hardly responsive, seemingly incompetent and wouldn't answer questions on whether he could even find our reservation. It took over 30 minutes for him to finally check us in and it was late and we were really tired and he wouldn't explain what the issue was. We had done our due diligence and still had issues with just getting a key to the room for some reason. Terrible service for something that should have been quick. I've never experienced that in my life. Regardless of the fact we were there late to get the key, the room was booked and we put the card on file with the front desk. There shouldn't have been a problem just getting room access. It was a major aggravation and soured my opinion of this hotel.

Outstanding hotel for the price. The rooms were immaculate, the service was among the best I've ever received at a hotel, the breakfast was above average, and everything else checked every box. Harold greeted us immediately, as if he already knew us. We mentioned possibly relocating to the area (the reason for our trip) and he went out of his way to discuss all the outlying areas and where we may want to start looking. Everyone else at the desk excelled in customer service. I'll stay here every time if we do travel back to Charlotte.

Thought the price was high, and the dog charge especially so. That being said, the accommodations were so nice that it was worth it!
Consider me a convert…We will definitely be back!

The hotel was great. My family and I enjoyed our time there. We were on the third floor, and our room was comfortable and big. Love the decorations and everything was cleaned as it should be. Breakfast was decent and the pool is a plus. The location was beautiful and safe.

This Hampton Inn was AWESOME. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who promptly checked me in. My room was spacious and very clean. The hot complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.
