Place is in a great spot with lots of walkable restaurants, bars, and grocery store in the same parking area. James at the front was very friendly and even asked which floor we would prefer. Pool is super small and was busy but we did get to enjoy when it got a little less busy. Salt water which is my preference. Towels were gone but I understand that they were busy. Would have been nice to have an extra towel in our room. We just had two and my partner and I just shared which doesn’t bother us but I’m sure some people would have issues with. Overall nice place for a reasonable price. Would stay again.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte- Waverly turned out quite solid for the price I paid! I was welcomed to the property by Kat, who even sent a text to my personal phone to check in on me during my stay. Top tier guest service for sure. As for the hotel, this is a 7-story hotel property in a development district, within close walking distance to shopping and dining options like McDonald's, Bojangles, Chick Fil A, Whole Foods Market, and more. My room, a two-queen room, was well-maintained and I noticed no major flaws. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy road, and is also in respectable new condition. My only complaint is mostly with the brand standards from Hilton Garden Inn- notably, the lack of a free breakfast. But that isn't this individual property's fault at all. Ultimately, I certainly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is one of the best hotels around. I love love the location. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Food, shopping and a place for the children to run and play! The staff is readily available. James is awesome!! If you you're looking for a place to stay for a day, week or the weekend check them out!

My family and I stayed at this location twice about 4 weeks apart between stays. The rooms are very clean! When I saw housekeeping scrubbing the couches in the lobby I knew cleanliness was definitely a standard for this hotel! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating as well as the housekeeping staff. We will definitely be back!

We needed to add a room last minute and they were beyond accommodating. The front desk and staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They are also pet friendly which made our stay with our 7 pound Morkie even better. There is a fabulous pool deck to enjoy the outdoors, however the pool is not heated. There are tons of places to eat, shop, and most anything else you might need within walking distance to the hotel, so there's no need to use the car for your stay. We also loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion so much, we purchased them to use at home (not for sale at hotel, used Amazon). We LOVED it here and will definitely be back.

We have used this hotel a couple of times for full week large group training. We have had to make numerous adjustments during the weeks (aka last minute), and they have been extremely accommodating. The catered food options are delicious, and the sales, front desk, and event staff are super attentive and friendly. There is a fabulous balcony next to the meeting rooms (shady but nice and breezy), and the pool deck is also very nice. There are tons of places to eat, shopping, and most anything else you might need within walking distance to the hotel, so there's no need to rent a car for the week. We have definitely been pleased

All I can say is wow! The hotel was spotless, parking was huge (and free) and the staff were very friendly.

Firstly, the hotel has anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere, which is very convenient especially during COVID. The cleaning staff are very friendly and deserve credit for keeping the hotel so clean! Personally I felt more comfortable seeing the cleanliness because it shows care for the building.

The parking and location of the hotel was perfect. There is a large plaza nearby with tons of restaurants, a Whole Foods, gyms, etc. There's also a gas station at an intersection nearby plus access to the highway within minutes. Not to mention, parking is free!

Lastly, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk/concierge, cleaning staff, and the bartender, everybody made us feel comfortable during our stay. I can't say the same for other hotels I've stayed at. Definitely a great place to stay!

**Beautiful Hotel with Access to Everything **

From the lobby to the room this hotel delivered a clean, professional experience. I was traveling here for business I was able to check in with access to my room within minutes upon my arrival. The front desk staff was very nice understood I was in a hurry for meeting and helped me quickly.

The lobby is great for business meetings. One on ones are perfect with plenty of spacious seating.

The room had lots of USB plugs along with the lobby furniture. Again when it comes to business it’s hotel really did a great job at marketing to the traveling business professional.

Lots of eating options nearby as well.
