Overall seems like a nice hotel. The lady that checked us in was very nice. However, check in time is 4 and our room wasn't ready until 5. Not usually a big deal but we had dinner reservations and a concert to get to. We missed dinner. The room was also extremely hot even after running the air conditioning for 7 hours the temperature went up. The shower was also not good.

I stayed here last minute through a hook up from an online associate. I prefer Hyatt house. Anyway, I was told different things about the breakfast, which turned out not to be complimentary. Coffee was 5 dollars, didn't partake in either. Great location for the concert I came in town for. The room was substandard. Old fixtures in the bathroom. Water never got hot, just Luke warm. Housekeeping was yelling in between rooms through the hall. There was a large knock at the ac until every time it went off. Lastly, they have popcorn ceilings... POPCORN CEILINGS 🤮🤮. I don't recommend this place.

This is for check in only. We were checked in by the most awesome hostess Brianna on 7/7/2023. We’ve checked into 100s of hotels and at best it’s just meh…. We were actual guest at next hotel Le Meridian, but Brianna said she would take care of us… she had us laughing and checked in no time…. Got our Marriott reward points added. Just an awesome experience, nice job!

Spent two nights here last week for a work conference and had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind, the hotel was beautiful & the location was perfect. A quick 5 minute Uber to lots of cute shopping areas. We had a delicious meal at the David Burke restaurant there - highly recommend the salmon! My *only* complaint is that the fitness room is incredibly hot and muggy and there was nothing to wipe equipment down with. It would be nice to have a cleaning spray and some fans in there!

Slightly different than what I experienced the first weekend I stayed so I took the room rating down just a bit. However it was corrected immediately once addressed.
Management expressed concern and actually listened to my concerns then did all the possible to make my family and I feel comfortable.
Staff service was impeccable! Food was delicious and fresh! And management quickly resolved any and all issues.
My daughter attends college in Charlotte and this is our/my teenage son number 1 stay spot/hotel when in town.
You won't be disappointed!. Nothing is perfect as we all know 😌 but the Sheraton hotel is one thee best places, for family, business or just a simple get away!
Again you will not be disappointed!

Great hotel! Comfortable clean rooms and great service. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is located near everything you need downtown. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the Charlotte area.

Guest services is very attentive. The building though has issue with AC and water. There is no cold water available to take a shower and the hot water is real hot. Hope they get this fixed soon.

Extremely clean and incredibly friendly staff. Very helpful and made me feel super welcome there. 10/10 would stay there again if I'm in Charlotte again!
