Our room was bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly. Some of the decor was outdated. Pool was very cold. Overall enjoyed our stay!

I loved this hotel. First of all it smells like vacation. Easy check in, room was clean I like the free water left in the room. Whether you want pool time or beach it's all right there. I ate at the Tropico a few times and the food was excellent. I was always able to find a chair by the pool. All the staff seemed friendly. I don't have kids but it was a very family friendly hotel. I would love to come back if the price is right.

I hosted a corporate SKO at this hotel. The food, the service, the location all exceptional. Lisa and her team really went out of their way to help me from the initial inquiry to the event execution.

The rooms were spacious and all had a view. Everyone that attended was so happy.

I will 1000% plan to be back even if it's for a personal trip. Thank you again to the great team at this hotel!

Amazing! Stayed for a week. Ocean view was amazing! Took my wife for her birthday and she loved it. Rooms are very quiet. They keep the beach clean. Great food within walking distance. Staff was great, they learned our name on the first day! Can't say enough 5 star. We will be back!

The location is very good, just across the road from the beach. I am very satisfied with the overall service and room.

Attended a conference with a large group of individuals. The hotel was very accommodating for our needs. The room temperatures were adequate. The food was good. They have all kinds of amenities on site, coffee, shops, etc. I highly recommend this location for groups if you’re planning to do any type of convention style. it’s also very family friendly. Very clean well done.

All of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. I didn't hear noise from the rooms next to me. There was music playing from a nearby establishment (on a Thurs night) but it ended around 10pm so it wasn't a big deal. The balcony in the south tower was wonderful because in Dec I had full sun and an ocean view. It's nice to have dining options in the hotel. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Beach access was easy and the hotel provided beach towels. I loved the concrete walking path along the beach. There are many restaurants around the hotel that are very good, so this hotel location was excellent. There is an island market next door to the hotel that will have everything you might need (sunscreen, toiletries, snacks, swimwear, etc) and their prices are very reasonable. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
