We were there at the end of April, beginning of May and we were there for 6 nights. The stay was great, we loved every moment of it. All staff members were courteous, professional and always ready to help. It was our 3rd stay at Wyndham, and we'll be back for sure. We had an awkward moment though, when we checked in, it was 3 of us, all adults and we rented 2 rooms, and only one received a welcome...

Perfect 5 out of 5. I don’t think I can give any compliments that haven’t already been said. Beautiful room and views. Attentive staff. Location is phenomenal. I’ve seen some people complain about traffic but how is that a property problem? The air conditioning was power was amazing. I traveled in May and it kept the room frosty. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater which we booked through British Airways Holidays. Check in was very professional and the guy who looked after us gave us some welcome drink vouchers and remembered our name throughout the stay. Chairs in room and on balcony very uncomfortable and it advertised full gulf view but it’s actually partial view. HOWEVER the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was PHENOMENAL!!!! My favorite was the braised short rib and the cheese pizza. Plus I’d really like to take these pillows home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reason I did not give this Hilton a one star is the staff. They are amazing. From the Valet Attendant to the person that checked us out at the end of our stay the staff was helpful and had that can do attitude. They should be commended. Location is truly perfect. Walking distance to beach, resort has salinated pool, 5 minute walk to pier 60 and park. We stayed in the time share on the Club Wyndham side. Previously stayed at hotel which is nice but smaller than the 1-2 bedrooms in the time share resident side. One of the nicest timeshares I've been to. Adult beverage at check in, friendly people (even the cleaning staff greeted us when we passed them coming in or out of the elevator). Right across from the beach, heated pool and generous sized hot tub. Restaurants and pier within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here

Check in was very easy, but not very fast, because there was a line of people. There was no fee for parking! I attended the Sheraton Sand Key Resort as part of a conference. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Unfortunately I fell victim to an operator error and was manually charged for my room twice along with the items I purchased from the store. Attended a conference with a large group of individuals. The hotel was very accommodating for our needs. The room temperatures were adequate. The food was good. They have all kinds of amenities on site, coffee, shops, etc. I highly recommend this location for groups if you’re planning to do any type of convention style. it’s also very family friendly. The rooms were super nice. The pool area was beautiful. The service not as friendly as I would have expected although we had a couple good servers for breakfast and appreciated that. Our room faced away from the pool. The a.c. stayed cold all night, but when it cycled off, it woke us (continuously cycled off & on throughout the night). The breakfast was very good; the attendants were on top of the bar, making sure it was kept full. Everyone we interacted with that worked for the hotel was pleasant and efficient.

The hotel is located at a great spot with very little traffic right in front of the hotel. It is close to the beach area and other locations. There are plenty of places to eat. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly.

I love Marriott but the service at this Fairfield inn was outstanding. From Skylar at the front desk who went above and beyond to honor all the promises made when I made my reservations to Nadia who runs the breakfast area the service is outstanding. Nadia even goes around and takes peoples orders and brings it to them! Highly recommend from someone who stays at a lot of Marriott properties

Came back a few years later to increase my stars. They have improved the first floor a bit. Staff this time was very nice. Wish I had gotten the night clerk's name. She was excellent. The breakfast is one of the better continentals I've experienced. There's really a lot of options. Beds and pillows are still no good though.

The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was clean and organized. The bar tender was very friendly and the drinks were reasonable. The hallway and the elevator were a little musty. Overall though a very good experience and we would return.

The location of this hotel is what makes it great. It is on the quieter end of the beach on an inlet. The hotel is dated and very budget friendly. I hear they are going to be tearing it down and putting a Marriot in its place. I enjoyed my stay here the rooms were clean and functional and hotel staff was nice.

Nice hotel, food is good, but bar is below par. They were out of several common liquors like jager. Bar closes at 10 but some nights 9. And beware they add 18% tip on every bill automatically. Only reason I am giving a 4 is because of the bugs by the pool. I know it’s something can’t control but might want to look into spraying something.
