The bar food was amazing!!! All of the servers at the pool/bar were very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. The staff of the hotel was very accommodating at all times and very sweet and kind

Connie helped me and my fiancé get early pool access while we waited for his parents to arrive and we were thankful for that! She was very helpful! The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants and activities

Impecable customer service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to the pool staff, all were warm and go above and beyond to make us feel pampered

The complimentary drinks at the front desk cool you down after sitting in the sun or after a shopping spree in Surf Style. Situated perfectly on Clearwater Beach, as everything is a short walk- including the boat tours

I loved this hotel! I was part of the timeshare side of the hotel and I had a great time. Pool and hot tub was clean at all times

Really nice with 2 heated Pools and the only Hotel in Clearwater Beach with direct Beach Access and great amenities at the Beach Club. Make sure not to book "Partial Gulf View" rooms as u will see AC.

Chairs in room and on balcony very uncomfortable and it advertised full gulf view but it’s actually partial view

You have a great pool and you are on the beach. You can easily walk to the pier or any of the shops and restaurants. Almost all rooms have balconies which is great

High prices are to be expected when one is staying on the beach but for a rate of almost $300 per night a firm mattress and mold abatement should be included in that price

This hotel was in a perfect location. It was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and right on the beach. The service of the valet staff was amazing

I was in a king gulf view and the room furnishings were pretty basic but, the view was amazing and the mattress was really comfy

Amazing hotel perfect service and good atmosphere with a location perfect with a great view of the beach. The room is perfect, the lobby has a good look and the personnel are very attentive and nice

She was a trooper and on point! Our family loved her SO much (honestly deserves a raise) and she went above and beyond the whole day we were there

Great location. Friendly staff. The usual parking cost and resort fees apply. Nice pool. The only very minor complaint is the air conditioning doesn’t get the room as cold as we would have liked. The beach is beautiful!

I can't say enough about this place. The poolside bar had great drinks and even better coconut shrimp. Rooms had a great view of the beach and Pier 60. Shout out to our poolside server, Monica

Also fast food and many places with light food near the Beach. streets from go to walking all times with beautiful views, locals store for buying merchandise and one mega store with all you find there

A free trolley stops outside the resort every half hour to take you around Clearwater. The beach was excellent for seashells. There were three restaurants and room service available, and all the food was good

The hotel was amazing. Great location, access to beach, pool, bars, restaurants, cleanliness, etc., etc., etc. Will definitely be back. And they upgraded our room for nothing. Thanks for a great stay

The amenities are wonderful – there is a huge, heated pool, plenty of seating, hammocks, hot tub, fitness center and fire pit. The staff were very accommodating

The fire pit was nice to have in the evenings! The beach was a bit of a trek, but sometimes they did have someone carting people to and from the beach

The pool was nice and ADA compliant. They offered complimentary towels and water

The beds were a little firm, but had four pillows on each bed. There was a little table and two dining chairs that was functional. A lounging chair would have been nice. The bathroom was clean, but tiny

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location. It's right on the beach which is gorgeous! Also enjoyed the pool and had had great service poolside with drinks and tasty food

You are within walking distance to everything you could need - bars, restaurants, drug store, even a liquor store. But it's easy to take an Uber or Lyft to go to places further out

Beautiful resort on a GORGEOUS beach! Were treated with much importance by all staff members. Pool was really nice & had lots of seating around it. Bar next to the pool had great food

Had activities we could do every day, so we signed up for the Sealife Tour at Clearwater Aquarium. Only issue was the construction going on above us in our room, but they quickly changed us

Selema at the pool side store was spot on with the smores and extremely courteous to all. I definitely recommend and definitely will bring the rest of the family next time

Our room was huge, the pool is one of the nicest in Clearwater, and have so many activities for the whole family

There was music playing from a nearby establishment (on a Thurs night) but it ended around 10pm so it wasn't a big deal. The balcony in the south tower was wonderful because in Dec I had full sun and an ocean view

It's nice to have dining options in the hotel. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Beach access was easy and the hotel provided beach towels. I loved the concrete walking path along the beach

There is an island market next door to the hotel that will have everything you might need (sunscreen, toiletries, snacks, swimwear, etc) and their prices are very reasonable. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again

I hosted a corporate SKO at this hotel. The food, the service, the location all exceptional. Lisa and her team really went out of their way to help me from the initial inquiry to the event execution

Attended a conference with a large group of individuals. The hotel was very accommodating for our needs. The room temperatures were adequate. They have all kinds of amenities on site, coffee, shops, etc

Our favorite hotel so far in Clearwater. Staying 3rd time and always enjoying it. Our room was very specious for family of 5 one bedroom with nice kitchen. Plates, pots, etc were in the cabinets

They also charge $30 per day for beach parking which is interesting as there is no beach access. When we checked in the Front Desk attendant was not professional

We took our bags to our room and came down to check out the pool area and noticed a sign that states that we must wear wristbands to the pool at all times

On a good note the shrimp were good

My husband was asking her a question and she interrupted him to speak to the parking lot attendant. Once she finished her conversation she finished our check in. Not a great experience to start with

We proceed to the front desk to retrieve the wristbands and the same girl that checked us in handed us 2 wristbands. I've traveled a lot and stayed in tons of hotels, this was a first

We visit Clearwater at least once a year and this was our first and most likely last visit to this Hotel. Parking is $25 per day and they share a parking deck with The Edge hotel

Amazing! The rooms are very nice with their suite design especially if you have a snoring husband like I do. The pool was fun and had plenty of seating. The resort was a destination of itself

Best part was that we had art to remember our trip. The beach buggy/valet guys are great. The hostess at the restaurant for breakfast was amazing

She even saw us waiting for the buggy after she was done for the day and instead of ignoring us like most would do…she offered and got us towels and water to bring to the beach with us

She has the most upbeat personality and is a kid whisperer. On a rainy day, we hit the kids club for crafts and games. My kiddos (ages 6 and 8) loved it and wanted to go back the next day

We spent Labor Day Weekend at this Marriott and all I can say is WOW! What an incredible experience. The place is beautifully maintained and the atmosphere is just friendly all across

Their customer service is top of the line from the moment you arrive until your very last stay. Everyone was absolutely fantastic but Rob deserves the biggest raise you got

Private beach, pool, away from the hustle and bustle of down town clear water. The manager on duty this week is so nice. I needed to leave a day early and they are helping me get credit for the last night

It was also great waking up the next morning and seeing that great private beach and nice pool. I loved the gal that also made the smoothies for my teenagers

The private beach was a very spectacular view to look at every morning from the ocean view room. I would definitely be coming back, if it’s still up and running next year. I highly recommend this place to anyone

The location of this hotel is what makes it great. It is on the quieter end of the beach on an inlet. The hotel is dated and very budget friendly

It’s a throwback of the kitchenettes of the 70’s and the cleanest ever. Walk down 5 steps and you are on the private beach. Another reason why we loved it because it is small

In fact we are meeting our “new friends” same time next year! We are all booked. The manager ( I cannot remember her name) was so nice and helpful as were the staff. I think you will love it, too!

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The best thing about this place is the location! However, the rooms and service needs improvement. I made a list to give you a better idea of pros and cons about this place

It is the coolest place I have stayed in a long time. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t it but it’s charming in its own way and very comfortable

Pros: Location, cleanness, sand toys for kids, bonfire, kitchen supplies, friendly and quite atmosphere. Cons: small rooms, very uncomfortable furniture, staff is not there to assist with needs and not very friendly

My only suggestion would be to improve the rooms. A can of paint can work miracles. Also the mattresses need replaced. A small investment to make it nicer would be ideal

Clean! Professional, courteous, energetic staff (Raphael is WOW, literally the best…), private beach with complimentary sand toys to use with the kids, live music, pool, chairs, and bar… what more could you need? The beach is more abundant with shells than any place else on the beach

The pool and beach was so nice. I want yo give a shout-out to one server in particular named Erin. What an exceptional young woman and hard worker. She was so pleasant as well as Kara another server and bartender

Love, love, love the staff here!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My mom & I traveled down to Clearwater Beach on vacation and had the greatest time. Our room description stated partial, obstructed ocean view

Very friendly and always more than willing to assist with all of my families needs and requests. Jorge worked everyday while my family was there for 3 nights and 4 days and his service was outstanding

We stayed for 6 nights and the employees were all very friendly, the rooms were clean, the entire hotel was spotless and we witnessed employees cleaning the lobby and bathrooms every morning

It’s walking distance to the pier and everything else! I can’t tell you how refreshing our experience has been……. This beats even the Hilton Hotel and Resort… prices are very reasonable

, you also have access to a non public dock, pool, and the units are similar to a small apartment/condo vs traditional hotel rooms

You have access to laundry, a pool, a dock, shared beach/fishing equipment, and a patio area with grills. The owners/management are simply amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would

We loved it so much that we booked our next years vacation before leaving. The pool is nice, my boys love the dock. They have fishing stuff for you, but we bring our own

They also have chairs and other items for the beach. The rooms were clean and everything was great!! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Overall experience is well worth it! Only a couple minute walk to the beach, dining, shops, etc

The prices worth it it's within budget if you plan on staying for a couple of days but if you're going to stay for a week it may go up there in price if you've got the budget before we can get away this is considered one of the best spots you walk into the apartment or room and there is everything you possibly need from towels to sponges mops bicycles in the back fishing poles etc etc
