Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

The spa could not be cancelled once you booked. That‘s ridiculous.

Perfect 5 out of 5. I don’t think I can give any compliments that haven’t already been said. Beautiful room and views. Attentive staff. Location is phenomenal. I’ve seen some people complain about traffic but how is that a property problem? The air conditioning was power was amazing. I traveled in May and it kept the room frosty. Can’t wait to go back!

We were there at the end of April, beginning of May and we were there for 6 nights. The stay was great, we loved every moment of it. All staff members were courteous, professional and always ready to help. It was our 3rd stay at Wyndham, and we'll be back for sure. We had an awkward moment though, when we checked in, it was 3 of us, all adults and we rented 2 rooms, and only one received a welcome complimentary drink even though we were asked what would like to have. Overall we loved our trip, we had great time. Thank you! Maria

We had a decent stay our second time. The room was great and the location can’t be beaten. My complaint is the billing and lack of housekeeping/multiple requests for towels during stay.
If you want extra towels or housekeeping during your stay, good luck! We had to ask time and time and time again for towels and finally found a cart to take towels from ourselves. For the amount you pay daily housekeeping and finding towels shouldn’t be too much to ask.
We were double charged for food and were charged to park a car which we didn’t have. At check out the front desk the gal said she would refund us and gave me a new folio without the charges. I have been checking my credit card statement and no refund has been issued, however now I have been charged more.
I have called to request a copy of my folio several times and talk to the billing department and not getting anywhere.
The phone number clearly goes to a call center and not the property. So frustrating!

Luxurious hotel. Impecable customer service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to the pool staff, all were warm and go above and beyond to make us feel pampered. The complimentary drinks at the front desk cool you down after sitting in the sun or after a shopping spree in Surf Style. Situated perfectly on Clearwater Beach, as everything is a short walk- including the boat tours. Beautiful beach view from our ocean front room. Great place for families. Wonderful spa in the hotel.

I loved this hotel! I was part of the timeshare side of the hotel and I had a great time. Pool and hot tub was clean at all times. The bar food was amazing!!! All of the servers at the pool/bar were very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean. The staff of the hotel was very accommodating at all times and very sweet and kind. Connie helped me and my fiancé get early pool access while we waited for his parents to arrive and we were thankful for that! She was very helpful! The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants and activities. We also did a couples massage and the spa was absolutely amazing and relaxing. I just got home and I’m already missing it!!! Can’t wait to go back.
