Hotels in Cocoa Beach

The place could use some touching up with paint. Like all the rusted areas. Apparently they had the floors redone. I feel having laminate flooring is better and easier to clean for a place so close to the beach. However, they could have done a better job taking the nasty looking carpet out like under the a/c units. And fixing the doors would be a good idea to. Being that the door jam didn't quite click...

The hotel is competitively priced for the area and right on the beach. The pool is lovely and there is a separate area perfect for children to play. The rooms are okay and were getting a makeover the last time I stayed there (September 2016). We had booked again for this year however the hotel has to close due to the hurricane. I booked this Hotel for April 8-15. The first thing that I must say is if cosmetic flaws are a problem for you, you shouldn't stay at this facility (see pictures). Overall it was a great stay. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but they are now renovating the rooms. I can't wait to see the new renovations when they are done. Great location. We loved this hotel but it could use a few improvements. The bathroom in our room was very small for a family of four. Also, there were two empty walls that hooks would be perfect on for wet towels and bathing suits. A retractable line in the shower would be nice too for wet stuff. We will be back next summer though! Had we known there would be a full on convention we would have booked elsewhere. The place was packed with lots of areas blocked off for 'private event'. I really liked all the activities at the hotel. It made this hotel the perfect place to stay before our cruise. They have a playground, volleyball net, shuffle board area, pool, game room, and just a short walk to the beach.

Great beach side location and the staff was nice. The room was clean, and we didn't see any bugs. The AC worked but it not well all the time in our room. They seemed family friendly and had decent amenities, such as grilling space and a pool. It can be hard to find your room since it is 3+ separate (not connected) buildings.

Visited with kids. Nice place. Rooms are great, 1 queen, 2 double beds, kitchen and great view. Game room for kids downstairs, nice Mexican restaurant on premises, a lot of outside pools (we didn't use pools due to bad weather). 4/5 because the hotel feels old. Rooms/kitchen utilities/game room machines are older that we'd expect. Otherwise, good place.

I absolutely LOVED this resort. It was updated, very clean, had even you could need on site. They even have a free theater that plays movies from 10a to 10p. Activity Department is awesome. Great place to stay prior to boarding a cruise. Denny’s next door open 24 hours so you can arrive late and still get dinner. Breakfast buffet in La Quinta was also quite good ( for a free breakfast buffet)

We stayed at La Quinta for a conference we were attending nearby. The service was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. The pool is very nice and the breakfast (for a self-serve cafeteria style) was easy and tasty. This was the second time I had stayed there, and both times were good experiences.

The staff is so friendly. We stay here often and anytime I have needed anything they are very quick to help. My Keurig didn't work so maintenance looked at it and decided we needed a new one and brought one right away. They are just awesome! Very clean pool, they play some good music over the speakers. Our family had five rooms for four nights over Thanksgiving. Couldn't have been more pleased. Rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. Location was perfect! Owner was extremely responsive. Can't wait for our next stay.

Amazingly clean hotel! Our family loved it! Comfy beds, clean pool and nicely kept grounds. Keep up the goo d work. We still gave it 5 stars, but the only issue we had was that our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn't constant, and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Maybe someone was smoking outside of our room or on the rooftop. It was very strange.

This place was absolutely amazing. The marina allowed for kayaking, and a scenic sun set and sun rise. They had vending machines available on site and laundry. It wasn't a bad stay but wasn't updated at all, Bathroom was very small, only had a very mall refrigerator and microwave! Had the old lady smell and could seriously use an upgrade. Was within walking distance of the Beach and has a gate code to enter. Rooms are only accessable through the locked gate and the pool was good.

Our room was ready at 2pm and we changed for the beach in bathrooms behind the tiki hut when arriving early. The room was clean and the motel was quiet at night, in spite of being sold out. The beds were not comfortable, but I wouldn't expect them to be for the price. Overall I really enjoyed it and the location is excellent!

Great little pet friendly, beach side surfers' motel. Nothing fancy, but there's a path down to the beach, a closet full of beach gear you can use, an outdoor shower, barbecues, hammocks, & shaded picnic tables. Rooms have kitchenettes and a divider between bed and futon/tv/kitchen area.

Be ready to travel to find food. There is no real shopping or sites in the area. The rooms are clean, dated but clean. If you want an out of the way beach spot and dont mind older amenities its a good fit.

Rooms need updating. If you walk barefoot in the room, the bottom of your feet get black from the old carpet. Beds are comfortable and location is great. We stayed for 10 days and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed and bed to be made. Outdoor pool was wonderful. They need more people on during breakfast hours because a couple of times they were out of most items including coffee.

We recently stayed one night in a two-bedroom suite. The entire suite has been updated and looks very nice. The bed linens were wonderfully clean. I have only one complaint and that is sand on the floors throughout. I realize that the apartments are on the beach. Yet I believe that the floors can be cleaned between guests a bit better.
