This was a pretty great stay. The pull down shade didn’t work in the bedroom and the water in the rooms doesn’t get very hot for showers but otherwise this was a good place to stay. Our stay was wonderful. We had fun and it was kid friendly. Our kids were able to just be kids. The water slide as well as the kid’s area was well kept and easily accessible. The elevators were all in working order. The beach was clean and easy to get to. Don’t recommend the beach chair rental but everything at the resort itself was worth the money. We did have issues with parking, room was not very clean (bathroom was actually pretty gross), we had to fix toilet twice (after maintenance came to repair), found last guest's dirty clothes in the room and the sliding glass door did not work. The condo itself was great! All the amenities were as described in the ad. The views were breath taking and truly panoramic. However the front desk staff working was horrible to deal with and confronted guests with terrible attitudes. Very beautiful beach view. Of course the waves are noisy but that's nature. No designated smoking area. Located in front of a mall with great stores and groceries. The only think was our neighbor upstairs would keep his music on the balcony all night and the screaming people from the pools below. Everything else was clean and fine no bugs in site.

We were scheduled to be in Florida a week and a half before hurricane Nicole hit. Our condo was deemed unsafe. The rooms were a little outdated. Carpet felt dirty on my feet. We came to spend time on the beach and the room served it's purpose. Everything worked as it should in the room and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had a full ocean view in room 415. I would rent this room again.

This place can be deceiving from the front street side but once you get into your room and see the view it transform the experience there. We stayed at the executive suite and it’s worth the stay. The staff made sure we had a great time and very attentive. The restaurant was great with friendly staff making this experience a very nice and relaxing one.

Very nice. The pictures they show do this place no justice. We thought we were on the side with a partial beach view. In reality, we had a fabulous view. It's small but cozy. 2 pools and you are on the beach in 2 minutes. Easy walk to the Pier and Bandshell amphitheater. We will be back.

Rooms are being remodeled since last hurricane. The ADA room has a very spacious, open layout, making it easy for hubby to maneuver around in his power WC. There are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool.

The view don't get any better. Beach access two pools and a full bar you really don't need to travel far. Parking is the only down fall as the main lot is not very well lit and can be a battle to park

Great place inside and out. This week I was outside on the beach. I love sitting here soaking up the sun, drinking my coffee and thinking of my friends in Colorado weather.

We had a good time. Affordable and great beach. Disappointed said that there was a restaurant. But there wasn't. And tiki bar was only open on weekends. Not fair to those of us who stayed Sunday through Friday! Over all I will recommend and would love to come back. Richard and Beth Sarazen

The hotel staff was very helpful with my group. The rooms are clean and all the appliances work. The view from the window to the ocean is very nice. The only problem I've seen is some doors don't close without being forced.

Great location! !! Doesn't have a balcony, but still has Oceanview from room. Room was clean. The bed was a king size, but springs were worn out; so it dipped in the middle. Otherwise pretty good spot to chill for an affordable getaway. My wife and I brought portable stove tops and a conventional oven to account for no kitchen in the room.

We really like this hotel and have stayed multiple times. This last time (last week of July '22) though there were a few unpleasantries. Namely, the morning front desk staff seem to be too busy socializing with each other to pay attention to guests and do their jobs. This was my family's first time in Florida! The hotel upon arrival was amazing. The parking was very accommodating even though it was full. The desk receptionists were very friendly. Actually better than I expected. Very nice breakfast and coffee. Big clean rooms. Comfortable beds and nice sized refrigerators. The only things that would enhance the place would be. Reasonably priced vending machines. Microwaves in rooms and each room have grab rails in the bathroom for us less mobile people. Overall Nice

Way better than expected!!! Deirdra at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I showed up tired and grumpy from traveling and she quickly had me cheered up and in a good mood. The place was nice and breakfast was great. I will definitely stay there again.

We understand that many places including this hotel are experiencing some difficulty dealing with storm damage. I must say the staff on the grounds are doing as good as anyone could. I was a little surprised by the reviews. We went for the Nascar race, was pleasantly surprised. Check in was great, free happy hour was awesome. Food at restaurant was also good. We had a view of the pool/beach. Overall, everyone was nice, hotel was clean. We'll definitely be back for sure!!

We liked everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again! We had a two bedroom suite on the side with a partial ocean view. The suite was more than enough room, very clean and looked recently updated. The staff were all very nice.

Best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Rooms were clean and fully stocked. Note of warning: it is a pet friendly hotel. There's no smell in the rooms,but if you have severe allergies the proximity may be enough to trigger symptoms.

This hotel is in rough shape. But I'll start with the good first: it's on the beach, they have beach towels, fresh coffee and tea all day, easy parking access, a lots of TV channels and friendly housekeepers😀. Nice clean hotel! Nice big rooms with small kitchen, big lobby to hangout. Free coffee on day, breakfast was good. Nice pool area plus on the beach! Only problem is the bathroom near the pool area. Wasn’t fixed for 3 days plus the sink was taped up. Otherwise highly recommend it!

Here is my very objective review: Pro: large room, nice free breakfast. Con: Dated facilities, lack of certain optional amenities It’s a decent hotel and I am a big Marriott fan. Yet, my room just feels old! Kitchen is nice but mine have a water leaking issue. When compared to a nearby Marriott hotel within a mile I have to lower one star.
