Our stay was wonderful. We had fun and it was kid friendly. Our kids were able to just be kids. The water slide as well as the kid’s area was well kept and easily accessible. The elevators were all in working order. The beach was clean and easy to get to. Don’t recommend the beach chair rental but everything at the resort itself was worth the money. There is even a few places for photo ops.

Very beautiful beach view. Of course the waves are noisy but that's nature. No designated smoking area. Located in front of a mall with great stores and groceries. The only think was our neighbor upstairs would keep his music on the balcony all night and the screaming people from the pools below. Everything else was clean and fine no bugs in site.

The rooms were a little outdated. Carpet felt dirty on my feet. We came to spend time on the beach and the room served it's purpose. Everything worked as it should in the room and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had a full ocean view in room 415. I would rent this room again.

This place can be deceiving from the front street side but once you get into your room and see the view it transform the experience there. We stayed at the executive suite and it’s worth the stay. The staff made sure we had a great time and very attentive. The restaurant was great with friendly staff making this experience a very nice and relaxing one.

Nice location. It appears they were rehabbing rooms. Our room was an Oceanview, over the pool, and was very comfortable. It had the usual weird places for light switches and such, but pretty new looking.

Very nice. The pictures they show do this place no justice. We thought we were on the side with a partial beach view. In reality, we had a fabulous view. It's small but cozy. 2 pools and you are on the beach in 2 minutes. Easy walk to the Pier and Bandshell amphitheater. We will be back.

Rooms are being remodeled since last hurricane. The ADA room has a very spacious, open layout, making it easy for hubby to maneuver around in his power WC. There are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool.

The view don't get any better. Beach access two pools and a full bar you really don't need to travel far. Parking is the only down fall as the main lot is not very well lit and can be a battle to park

My only issue is they need to work on repairs around the building and make it a little more appealing with some updating. This was our first stay at Shoreline and we loved it. We booked last minute after our regular accommodations were suffered significant damage from hurricane Ian and the staff were very accommodating in making sure our group had rooms close to each other. The two bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 and the patios were perfect for our family meals. We had the best vacation and we will be back!

If you are used to a 5 star hotel go somewhere else but if you are used to a place where everyone knows your name come here. This place for the money I paid is well worth it. I think the only complaint I have is parking. If you pay for a family room there should be enough parking for families that have a ton of stuff to carry from and to the beach!
