Dillon Smith was amazing as I travel non-stop and am a Globalist at Hyatt. It's not often that someone stands out, this young person should get the attention of management for promotion. I will be glad to hire him for our organization

the staff was very nice and attentive. our stay was perfect, the rooms are neat and very aesthetic/modern. the hotel was overall clean and had a calm, enlightening atmosphere. The Courier Market was great too, the food was amazing with lots of options and the staff were amazing. truly a great stay.

Wow! Can't wait to go back! Booked this place for a great price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I loved this resort and am very grateful to stay at my favorite place for much less than what I usually pay. Ideal location and clean room. You can explore everything in the city center on foot. Comfortable room with friendly service. The bed is comfortable, not too soft. The pool is still open by appointment only during COVID. Self parking only $35/night. Highly recommend for breakfast on the first floor - Couturier. Quite affordable and tasty. We didn't expect the breakfast to be so great. We are having a great time at the Grand Hyatt Denver.

Excellent experience! Clean, lovely rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. THE BEST FOOD for a conference event I've ever had. As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free, I often struggle to find food I can eat when traveling and training for work. That was not the case here. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I had a great room and was treated well, despite having no status with Hyatt whatsoever. I will be rethinking my Hilton loyalty for sure! I will strongly encourage my organization to do more events from here going forward. We do lots of events throughout the year and it really helps when they go smoothly. As a trainer, the AV and rooms and everything was great. Can't wait to come back!

Reinforcing the GRAND in Grand Hyatt; Definitely worth the 4 star experience. The breakfast buffet has a omelette bar. Pool was a refreshing experience though could have been better if heated. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall: 10/10

The Grand is a grand place to work and stay. Great Management and great venue for the ACES 2023 Conference. Within walking distance to Smashburger and many other restaurants and entertainment places. Don't mind the construction on the adjacent streets. The Grand Hyatt has everything you need without venturing outside. Great views of Downtown and the Big Blue Bear.

Nice stay and staff were accommodating. Due to a flight cancellation we were a day and a half late arriving. They were kind enough to not charge for the night we would not be there due to the flight cancellation. Rooms were very nice. The king room I had reserved was apparently given away so they upgraded me to another higher floor room to make up for the error. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Close to many food and store options.

Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Front desk was welcoming and professional. Every request was answered quickly and appropriately.
Presidential Suite was huge and beautifully appointed. The shower had 6 points of spray (which was a little complicated to figure out). There was also a great soaking tub.
Breakfast buffet was good and had good variety.
Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and very beautiful. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff member was amazing. The room was very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay in the city center and was very clean! I specifically mentioned one of the employees. I think her name was Martha Mendoza (!?), she was part of the cleaning staff, she was so sweet, so friendly and always had the best intentions. She deserves recognition, praise for hiring her.
