I stayed here for 2 nights for a staycation. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view: The ambiance of the suite and bathroom was quite luxurious with a very sensual Western vibe. The lighting was also really nice. There were other employees who were very kind & attentive, plus the Valet attendants were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!
Great hotel in downtown Denver. Convenient to a few bars and restaurants and reasonably close to the convention center. Rooms are clean and the downstairs bar/ restaurant is affordable with plenty of room. The Starbucks on the ground floor is always backed up so he prepared to wait. That's not the hotel's issue, just an FYI.
An odd hotel in that everything seems to be on the lower level: the restaurant (which is good), the conference rooms, the bar. There is a Starbucks onsite and some lounge area upstairs but always being on the lower level with little windows is a bit odd. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel, no complaints really: room is fine, was clean. Service was good, you can walk to a bunch of restaurants, but it’s not...
The location was superb with easy access to the things we wanted to enjoy. The King bed was fantastic and super comfy. Loved the contemporary decor and it was really a treat to spend time in the room.
My husband, 18 yr-old son and I stayed one night on 7/7/21. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All staff were very polite and kind. We had dinner at Prospect’s and the food was delicious. Favorite was the skirt steak taco- flavorful with fresh avocado and grated cheese. We had a city view room with a fabulous view. Downtown businesses were closed when we arrived at 5pm- but two short blocks away...
Staff was nice enough. Room was cleaned fairly well. Could use a little finer attention to detail. But overall the stay was pleasant. Did not care that they substituted breakfast for a regular coffee and sandwich from Starbucks. Their drink options for Hilton Honors members was basic.

A newly renovated hotel located in downtown. It's at walking distance from all the major attractions in downtown Denver. Downtown Denver is connected by a free mall shuttle and this place is 2 min walk from one of the stop. Place has got beautiful rooms and amazing continental breakfast Bathrooms are little smaller than expected but fresh pancakes in the morning with hot chocolate totally made up for...
My company had me stay here for a marketing project for nearly a month, and I'm so happy they did. The staff was so nice!!!!! The maids were fantastic and did such a good job!!!! I will absolutely be here next time I"m in town!!!!
This hotel was perfect for our needs. Viran at the front desk could not have been better. He was so helpful and upgraded our room because they weren't packed. The view was beautiful, location perfect.

Room smaller than expected but overall quality of stay wasn't bad. Breakfast had a lot of options. Hotel was in a good central location to everything downtown. Held our bags for us after check out while we were at the broncos game which was very appreciated
The thermostat in the room was broken, receptionist offer to send someone to fix it but it was 9pm, i wasnt comfortable doing that. We didnt have a refrigerator in the room & the ice machine was broken….

Super cool that you can do tips and pay for everything utilizing the app. It is a lot cleaner compared to having it on your hotel bill. I really like this service, my first time using it, would highly recommend. Lauren and Padiet were fantastic and really excel at customer service.
My friend and I stayed here this week and we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very clean, the amenities are great, and our service from Markus was exceptional. He is so personable and kind. He really made our stay really amazing. I really hope management recognizes Markus’s customer service abilities. All the valet workers were kind and helpful as well.
This was one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Every single person working at Aloft was awesome, friendly, provided superb customer service, and really made me feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about everyone--the valet, the front desk, the housekeeping--all the absolute best. The room was nicely-sized, very clean, modern, and comfortable. They provide a large carafe for water...
2.5 star room, 5.5 star customer service. I cannot get over the amazing customer service here. Upon check in the person at the front counter was so friendly and helpful, giving us all kinds of information about things to do (without prompting, just being friendly). When we checked into our rooms (two), one of them had a weird smell and didn’t seem clean. We went downstairs and the clerk was SO kind...
I completely enjoyed my stay at Aloft Hotel last week and the next time I visit Denver, I will stay here again. The front desk staff was amazingly attentive; they even spoke to me by name every morning! Alexis and Dennis at the front desk, were always attentive, friendly and professional. My stay at Hyatt House was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. Great location to food, Target, movies and pick up location for other activities. The staff were always friendly and very accommodating. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool & gym but having the kitchenette was useful
Very helpful staff, great amenities, clean room, nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Conveniently located downtown. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in at 10am and check out late for free as a free Hyatt rewards member. Highly recommend. Good breakfast and bar too, they even have a basic Starbucks drink menu.

Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Nice room and good breakfast. Definitely would stay again.
Stayed here multiple times and will continue to for business travel. Absolutely fantastic staff- over the top helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Couldn’t say enough good things about my many experiences here.
Overall a very nice hotel. And the hot breakfast was great. Loved that the rooms came with a full kitchen. Their rollaway beds are just as comfortable as a regular bed which my daughter really appreciated. My reason for not rating higher was due to several issues. For one, the TV never worked at night... all fuzzy. When we asked the front desk about it.all they had to say was that they'd had many complaints...
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean quiet and safe. I was able to cook, warm and keep food in my room.I was only two blocks from 17th street which is where stores restaurants and a shuttle bus are. The shuttle is free and ends up a Union Station. I was able to catch the train from the airport for $9 and then the shuttle to the hotel. Whenever I go back I will without a doubt stay here

Great location downtown. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice also. Comfortable beds. Was able to request quiet room. Keurig in room.
Great place to stay. Rooms are clean. Staff is courteous and professional. Only a couple blocks from the 16th Street mall
Wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff. Restaurant with wonderful food. Very comfortable stay for my trip to Denver and right in the heart of downtown. Food and shopping very close by.
Great rooms, but the "complimentary" breakfast was still $15?!?! The event staff was fantastic and easy to work with though. The pillows are very... Thin? They are down feather, but it was hard to get comfy. Great location close to 16th st and the convention center. Parking may be hard to come by without valet. We just rode the train from the airport then trolleys down 16th to the hotel and did not...
The entrance is not on the main road and is hidden from direct view. The hotel rooms are good, location is good and service is also good. There is nothing exceptional about the hotel but if you are looking for a good hotel in downtown, then this does the job. Prices are not too expensive and hotel is surrounded by some decent restaurants.
Not impressed... I have stayed in way cheaper motels that where set up better that here... The beds are hard and springy the pillows are small and flat.. Took the kids swimming the water in the pool and hot tub both looked greenish and the hot tub was broke... Huge room prices and still have to pay 40 bucks for parking... but the rooms are clean.... I won't be back, it's cheaper to stay north a bit...

This place was surprisingly amazing! I was there in the winter. The room was average but the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! I couldn't believe how good the food was included! I get a similar experience when I stay at hotels that cost twice as much a night! IT is an amazing value!
This Radisson location has been totally re-done so it's no longer run down, ratty and ghetto. It's so nice and clean looking now! From the moment one walks in the door, the lobby and bar area is bright and white. The rooms have been updated with hip decor.
Cher, the night checking person, was seriously the best thing about our stay. There were some computer issues but she was fun and courteous throughout and really made us feel welcome and special. She's a gem. The room was nice - clean and comfy. We were there for a very quick turnaround but it was a good experience.
I had many questions and felt it was easier to call than to look online. I called and was greeted by this very nice and helpful woman named Meagan. She answered practically every question I had (which was a lot) with patience and a great attitude. I mentioned I have never been to Denver and she was helpful and explained how the shuttle worked around downtown. Great customer service!
The hostess Victoria was very helpful. Accommodating all of our handicaps. Very spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Will come back here again.
Beautiful lobby, clean comfortable rooms, delicious comp breakfast and friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable. The only let down was the absence of an indoor hot tub but maybe in the near future someone who can make that change happen, will.

From the front of the house to the back, the staff has done everything to make my stay in Denver a pleasant one. This property is located 2 blocks from the Denver Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall which is great for exploring. The breakfast was delicious and social is a great way to end a long day of conferencing.
The location was great as most of downtown was easily accessible from it. The rooms were large and allowed for great meetings. The service was great as the staff responded to all our needs.
Great stay. Pool is saltwater and very warm. Breakfast is huge and staff are friendly. Middle of downtown and close to everything. Parking will run you $25 but it's a major city where parking is at a premium so to be expected. Happy hour wine got two thumbs up from the wife. Would stay again without hesitation when in Denver.
Great location right in 16th Street Mall area. The manager Hannah is awesome. Our vehicle was left unlocked in valet at night. She resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We stayed another night! Clean rooms, friendly customer service.

We are so grateful to have stayed here because we were in Kat's amazing hands. She is the main reason we stayed at this hotel, our first day of checking in was extremely delayed as the system was down, we were considering staying at different hotel the rest of our week in town, but Kat was so warm and took care of us and we are so glad we stayed. This hotel is so lucky to have someone as patient and...
Close to train station, coors field, and about a mile and some change from convention center. If being downtown matters to you, it's a decent location but nothing special. You'll probably still need to use taxis etc. to get around. Workers were fantastic there and hotel is nice enough.
The room was all right, but I couldn't shake the feeling this was going to drip on me. I understand this a design choice, but I could be wrong. We checked in around nine or ten at night. The lobby was busy, a cacophony of bright colors and people all rushing and bumping into one another. I made a mental note to check out the restaurant in the morning and went directly to sleep. In the morning I...
What a beautiful and upbeat establishment. Perfect for my weekend away. I only wish it was located on the other side of Union station closer towards the top of downtown it seemed like more was happening up there. The guy in engineering was instrumental in making sure my A/C was running and ready to go! Great job Sam

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. The breakfast is probably the best free breakfast I've ever had. Room was spacious and clean.
The 2-room suite we stayed in was great. It has two firm queen beds and a pull out couch. They even had a Pack&Play for our little one. The bathroom was spacious with all the normal amenities. The free breakfast bar had a lot of great options from toast, cereal, & yogurt to oatmeal, eggs, bacon or sausage, and french toast or waffles. The staff was friendly. Came to Denver for a wedding and most of the guests stayed at Hyatt Place and got a block discount. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. Would stay there again.
There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, but there is absolutely nothing special or memorable about staying here. While the rooms are functional and reasonably maintained, there is nothing to do if you're a tired traveler. The only common area in the hotel is the ground floor bar, which lacks any trace of intimacy, character, or charm. They keep staff to a bare minimum, so if they're busy, you...
Great place. Nice staff when I was there. Easy parking. Walking distance to plenty of good food such as Whole Foods, Mod Market, and some local places. The view from the room was lack luster, an empty pool, with equipment laying about. But the room was amazing, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to visit.
The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate any reasonable needs. The property and interior of the hotel was very clean and modern looking. I had a 2 queen bed room, and was happy to see it had a pretty large refrigerator and microwave in the room. I prefer soft beds over firm, and these were extremely soft. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
Beds are comfortable, I'd bring my own blanket next time... People are definitely accommodating and friendly. 420 friendly. Biggest plus is; they shuttle you to and from downtown! Breakfast is good. Would stay again.
Rooms are clean and well taken care of. TV is nice and easy to operate and has hdmi if you watch movies or play video games. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Linens are fresh and rooms are quiet. This hotel is a hidden gem located just north of downtown and it is very inexpensive. Lawrence was the best! He helped me get my room changed and found me the best deal possible. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved this hotel! We were kindly upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was absolutely beautiful. We had the most beautiful view from our balcony of The Daniels & Fisher Tower. It waa centrally located at one end of 16th Street. Perfect to walk 16th Street Mall. It is also close to Ball Arena which we walked for our basketball game. Front desk staff were both amazing and so accomodating
Great location, but the beds are only okay. Since 90% of my time at a hotel is in bed... I'd prefer something a bit nicer. Parking isn't cheap. I might stay again but only if the price is right
Great place to stay. 16th Street has an incredibly amount of night life, which could be a book or a curse. My night in Denver had a great evening at an awesome nearby brewery, though at midnight a demonstration began right outside of my hotel room. Positives with the negatives.
The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The valets are fast in retrieving your car. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel staff really cares about the customer. The location is really nice too. It allows you a lot of options for extracurricular activities. I would definitely recommend this Marriott to my friends and family.
You really cannot beat this location. The rooms are a bit dated but the are super cute with high ceilings and crown molding. Also the Rialto cafe downstairs serves yummy dishes that can be ordered to the room. The only downside of this hotel would be the front desk that only had one inpatient receptionist for both counters. That’s why it doesn’t get the full 5 stars. Otherwise I highly recommend.
This is the perfect downtown location. Located in a historical building right on the mall which is a fantastic place to shop, eat or people watch. The Courtyard is walking distance so many great places and the outside dining at the hotel is an added bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Super cheap! A bit vintage looking however undergoing construction. Rooms have a kitchen setting with a stove top cabinets and fridge. Service so far has been great especially for the price. Colorado has expensive rates well not here.
It wasn't particularly clean, and was in a pretty rough looking industrial area outside of Denver, but this place was very cheap to stay at, so I can't complain! Nothing stood out to me as "bad," but also there wasn't anything that stood out as "good." Just a very okay hotel at a very low price.
