There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.

We really appreciated the early check-in after a long flight. Really inviting lobby with fireplace and a small shop. Clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a cute suite with an awesome city view and for way less than most of the hotels in the area. It’s in a very convenient spot and was easy to get Ubers to the Paramount and Welton Room. My husband and I had a great time!

We stayed at the HGI in downtown Denver and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the enjoyed the amenities such as the bar and coffee shop. The location is right across from the convention center and everywhere was walkable. We walked to parks, the Paramount Theatre, a comedy club, and lots of nice restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Denver

Good choice for downtown / conferences Location was good for downtown and good for conferences. Parking was in the adjacent garage (not cheap) but easier than the valet choices at other hotels. No free breakfast; never went to the restaturant.

Good for the frugal traveler The hotel needs work. The shower was not adjustable and squirted a stream like a hose. It was poorly lit outside. The bed was very good. The bathroom had a nice marble counter. The bathroom mirror was modern and nicely lit. All the floors were the faux wood. The quilt was warm and the pillows nice. The lobby was a work in progress. The price was nice.

This definitely feels like a franchise of the Radisson and a world away from the hotels I’ve seen in the Middle East or Europe. The breakfast is one of the few reprieves here. A lot of the hotel is natty and in many places including the rooms themselves, in need of care and maintenance.

Overall the stay was disappointing. The buildings are all much older and poorly maintained than the main lobby building. Of the two people we spoke two at the front desk, one was fine and the other rude without reason.

This place was surprisingly amazing! I was there in the winter. The room was average but the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! I couldn't believe how good the food was included! I get a similar experience when I stay at hotels that cost twice as much a night! IT is an amazing value!

Stayed for business, breakfast is included. Additional parking options across the street so you can skip valet which can add up after if staying multiple days. Walked to the conference I attended no problem. There was construction on 16th street so walking was kind of tricky but no reason to not stay here.

Hotel Indigo is chic, affordable, boutique hotel. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is very welcoming. It’s just a short walk from Union Station. I opted for a $10 train ride from the airport instead of an $85 Uber. This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable; inconspicuously nice.

The surrounding area feels very unsafe. The guests staying here all appear to be Middle Eastern and black people. The quality of the bed is very poor and the sound insulation is not good. Breakfast is not a buffet. It is one bag per person. Not recommended.

Shuttle service goes to the red side first. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast is a full continental setup and my picky eater had no issues. There's very little out there except hotels at night so if you want things quiet this is the better neighborhood. If you just want to sleep through a layover this is a good spot.

The overall property was perfect for us. The only problems were in the room itself. The mirror light in the bathroom would go on then half the lights would shut off, the fan for showers and number 2 didnt work, some light switches weren't working or the lights switches themselves were disconnected, the shower door didnt completely close so water would get outside shower we ended up putting towels down...

Stayed here on a business trip, and for the price all of us were very impressed! The breakfast was simple and nice, the location was central to where we needed to be and we will be staying here again in the future.

This is the perfect budget hotel for a Denver layover. Has a Diner next door that closes at 9pm. McD is only a 6 min walk. They have free shuttle to the airport. Will I stay again, yes for sure.
