It's on the 27th floor and has a Wonderful view of the city and mountains. You don't need to be a guest out need a key to visit peaks lounge. It is A little pricey but worth the ambiance and view

Our fridge also was not very good. But that was typical wear and tear. The health club was really nice especially considering it was a hotel gym. The pool was pretty cold but again, not abnormally so

Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city

I expect more from Hyatt Regency. The room is spacious but the closet is very small. Also room cleaning is average and not all items are added daily (like body bath and shampoo)

The room was clean and well kept upon my arrival. Housekeeping was good each day and made sure the bed was made and there was plenty of towels

Staff was friendly and welcoming on check-in even at the late hour of almost 2AM. There was a place to refill my water bottle but it was unfortunately in the lobby by the elevator

Reinforcing the GRAND in Grand Hyatt; Definitely worth the 4 star experience. The breakfast buffet has a omelette bar. Pool was a refreshing experience though could have been better if heated

The room was super spacious, had everything we needed for our downtown stay and super clean! I have specially mention one of the employees l, I think her name was Martha Mendoza(!?), she was part of the cleaning staff, she was so nice, so friendly, and always had the best intention

You can explore everything in the city center on foot. Comfortable room with friendly service. The bed is comfortable, not too soft. The pool is still open by appointment only during COVID

Excellent experience! Clean, lovely rooms. THE BEST FOOD for a conference event I've ever had. As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free, I often struggle to find food I can eat when traveling and training for work

I will be rethinking my Hilton loyalty for sure! I will strongly encourage my organization to do more events from here going forward. We do lots of events throughout the year and it really helps when they go smoothly

Nice stay and staff were accommodating. Due to a flight cancellation we were a day and a half late arriving. They were kind enough to not charge for the night we would not be there due to the flight cancellation

I stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall experience was very good. Room attendance where awesome, the room looked clean every day. The bar and restaurant in the hotel offered very good food and nice drinks.

My only critique is that there is no shade next to the pool, which I imagine it gets too windy for awnings or umbrellas, but hopefully something could be worked out. We had a great stay and would definitely come back

There were so many amenities, I couldn't write about all of them. My favorite was the rooftop poolside yoga, which is included in your rate. But for me it's the little things that all added up to make a great stay

Security here is tight, you wish you had to go through this guy at the table. I loved the rooftop pool, amazing👌👌👌🥳🥳🥳

If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. We arrived from our flight at 10am and they allowed us to check in at that time. Very accommodating which was such a relief since we were traveling from out of state

Room was clean and we'll stocked with towels, coffee, etc. The hotel sits close to the highway and light rail so there is a certain amount of noise on a consistent basis. Parking is ample but does cost extra

Our TV did not work, but we didn't use it anyways. 95 for a day of internet access. Parking was $13/day for garage. Free parking is available behind the hotel. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice

He was so fun and even remembered all of our names the next time we needed a ride. The other shuttle driver Ransom was just as awesome giving us all the info and answering all of our questions about the area too

My bf and I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. Elle, the front desk employee was very helpful. We had a problem with our reservation and she made sure to find a way to make our stay as lovely as possible

Not only that she is very friendly, she is also very resourceful and has a great problem solving attitude. If we will have another vacation in Denver, we will definitely come back to this hotel again

It’s close to 16th street mall and had a variety of places to park close. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of pep. I will stay here again for the service alone

Only negative: if you want a spa service and they can not accommodate your request you are basically on your own as their policy does not allow outside therapist's to come in unless you arrange it yourself

This is not what I would expect from a five star hotel! If the spa is booked, why not have an arsenal of professional Therapist's available to meet the needs of your most valued asset

Great location close to 16th st and the convention center. Parking may be hard to come by without valet. We just rode the train from the airport then trolleys down 16th to the hotel and did not rent a vehicle

There is nothing exceptional about the hotel but if you are looking for a good hotel in downtown, then this does the job. Prices are not too expensive and hotel is surrounded by some decent restaurants

This Radisson location has been totally re-done so it's no longer run down, ratty and ghetto. It's so nice and clean looking now! From the moment one walks in the door, the lobby and bar area is bright and white

We stayed at this Hotel the week of Thanksgiving for our Anniversary. I was greeted by the young lady at the desk, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and had a great view to the mountains

I believe they were doing some work on the lower level of the hotel but we never heard any noises which was a plus for us we wanted to relax the whole week

Pool is saltwater and very warm. Breakfast is huge and staff are friendly. Middle of downtown and close to everything. Parking will run you $25 but it's a major city where parking is at a premium so to be expected

Right in the heart of downtown Denver. Very close to the shopping mall and tons of great and affordable restaurants. The rooms have been newly innovated. Actually the building itself has been renovated 4 years ago

This property is located 2 blocks from the Denver Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall which is great for exploring. The breakfast was delicious and social is a great way to end a long day of conferencing

Great location right in 16th Street Mall area. The manager Hannah is awesome. Our vehicle was left unlocked in valet at night. She resolved the issue to our satisfaction

There's very little out there except hotels at night so if you want things quiet this is the better neighborhood. If you just want to sleep through a layover this is a good spot

Shuttle service goes to the red side first. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast is a full continental setup and my picky eater had no issues

The view from the room was lack luster, an empty pool, with equipment laying about. But the room was amazing, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to visit

I had a 2 queen bed room, and was happy to see it had a pretty large refrigerator and microwave in the room. I prefer soft beds over firm, and these were extremely soft. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!
