The pool and hot tub were small but nothing to write home about - we weren't there to hang out by the pool and it just so happened that it started raining when we were supposed to. Would definitely stay here again!!
All of our guests were so happy with their stay and raved about their unique experience. I think I was most impressed with the staff when we were there: every employee I encountered (front desk, housekeeping, etc
Very trendy, industrial and hipster feel throughout the property including the shops and restaurants. Our room was exactly as pictured and described - COMFORTABLE beds, very clean, well stocked and QUIET
) went out of their way to strike up a conversation, answer any questions, or just give a smile and a wave. Everyone was working their butts off and unbelievably friendly and helpful at the same time
Lost an extremely valuable poster from a recent concert, and the cleaning staff as well as the hotel staff were swift and kind in finding and assisting in getting the item shipped back to me
Extra shout outs to the driver you sent to pick us up at Union Station - THANK YOU for making our stay even more enjoyable! Added plus that your normal check out time is NOON

I had to call 3 times to try and get an update and was told that the shuttle had already been there. On top of that and probably more important is the unsafe condition that their pink shuttle is in
Thank you Hampton Inn for a great last minute low cost experience!
This review is mostly in reference to the shuttle service. As an airline employee, I’ve been using this hotel for over a year a few time a month. The shuttle service has consistently gotten worse
My initial experience was the friendly greeting I received from Gabby who was great! Though I arrived well before check-in time, I was able to work from the lobby with great workspaces and solid internet connection
Due to the global outage she was able to accommodate guest, work under pressure and adapt to changes in her environment with a smile on her face. She was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure meeting
From my check in to the check out from this hotel the process was smooth. I want to especially give a shout out and a thank you to the lady at the front desk named Mary

Also the suites are equipped with a dining room table and chairs. In the living room there is a couch with a pull out bed. This hotel has an indoor pool, a full buffet style breakfast and a restaurant inside the hotel
very accommodating, great customer service nice-if you encounter the right desk attendant, western antiquity feel to the place, has a good restaurant- better for lunch or supper, offers breakfast in the restaurant-run of the mill, very quiet
We stay here every time I have a Dr appointment. They treat you great and can't beat the price. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet. I left my Bluetooth headset in the lobby
Some minor renovations needed but this was a great budget hotel!
This is a huge hotel but you wouldn't notice on the outside. The Timbers offer suite rooms, that are comparable to a one bedroom apartment. The rooms have a full kitchen, complete with dishes and silverware
Plus, the prices are very reasonable and they allow pets. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. This hotel has great rates and offers a lot of amenities for the price

Nice hotel close to airport. Pool and fitness center are great. Rooms are spacious and comfy.
My dinner food (salmon) tasted really good but was a small portion size, and it felt overpriced. For breakfast, one has the option of ordering from a menu or eating from a breakfast buffet
Being that I was stuck in Denver for the night I had wondered if I needed to rent a car to be able to drive to grab dinner at night. Looking back I'm glad I didn't get the car rental
This was one of the better Holiday Inns I've stayed in. The hotel is located about 5 miles away from the airport. There was a courtesy shuttle that brought me from airport
The hotel staff at the welcome desk was great. The room was clean and contemporary. There's a restaurant located inside the hotel where I had both dinner and breakfast
Once again a great stay before & after an international flight. Short shuttle to and from the airport. Inexpensive & safe place to leave the car during our vacation

BEST PART: so many restaurants in and around the hotel, so the entire time you stay there you don't even have to leave if you don't want to! We had one issue with our bill and they realized it right away
Rooms were comfortable, fairly modern and pretty quiet for such a central location. I was initially skeptical of the 'minimalist' clothes hanger but it worked perfectly for the week I was there
Pay attention when the front desk tell you which building your room is in so you don't repeat my mistake of trying to get into the wrong room! Fitness facilities are pretty decent - I think the complimentary gym had every type of resistance machine ever made, plus plenty of bikes and treadmills, but only one aging rowing machine (Concept 2, but definitely in need of a service!)
A few free weights but no barbells. The breakfast buffet is tasty but quite expensive, while the Yard House restaurant has several reasonably priced and tasty options for lunch or dinner
There are also plenty of other restaurants nearby. Gluten-free options: the breakfast buffet is clearly labeled for allergens, with a decent selection available every day
The Yard House do gluten free buns or lettuce wrap burgers, as well as special versions of several other dishes (and two gluten free beers to choose from)

Our fridge also was not very good. But that was typical wear and tear. The health club was really nice especially considering it was a hotel gym. The pool was pretty cold but again, not abnormally so
Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city
The room was clean and well kept upon my arrival. Housekeeping was good each day and made sure the bed was made and there was plenty of towels
It's on the 27th floor and has a Wonderful view of the city and mountains. You don't need to be a guest out need a key to visit peaks lounge. It is A little pricey but worth the ambiance and view
Mac/Connor which manages concierge is incredibly hospitable and was very helpful during out stay
Great check in, I got there early and was able to get in my room 3 hours early without additional charge. Room looked great with a view of mountains and the giant blue bear, AC worked great, hot water never ran out

A daily happy hour is available for hotel guests in the lobby. There is wine and local beer available from 2 PM until 5 PM. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is excellent and available
It was a perfect way to unwind after a night of ringing in the new year. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to high-quality shopping, food, and beverage establishments is a definite plus
The Halcyon Hotel Cherry Creek is an exceptional retreat for any event, but especially for New Year's Eve. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted with outstanding service
It was clear that the staff takes great pride in providing exceptional service, and the valet service was no exception. It made navigating the area stress-free and convenient. The room itself was a haven of comfort
The front desk is a coffee bar with espresso and lattes upon request. In the morning, there are complementary, fresh baked blueberry, pumpkin, or banana muffins available for guests of the hotel
Our experience at Local Jones Restaurant (in-house) was equally remarkable. Brandon, our server, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable and memorable

Why spend $150 a night or more when you can score a room with everything you need for half the price? The rooms at Super 8 are always clean, the internet fast, and the coffee and cocoa hot and ready
Denver has all kinds of things to see and do from the aquarium to the zoo and thousands of things in between. You could even go nuts with some of your cash saved and visit Voodoo Donuts. The staff was extremely friendly
Rooms for the super 8 were easily accessible. Parking was not bad at all. Rooms were at a fair price. The location was great It was a 20 minute walk to downtown. Best experience for a motel.
The Super 8 is connected to the Ramada Midtown. Don't let anybody trick you into staying at the Ramada. Even though the two or side-by-side the difference is night and day
Centrally located on the outskirts of downtown Denver this Super 8 Motel quite possibly offers rooms with one of the most picturesque views of downtown Denver at night
The next time you're visiting Denver Colorado try staying at Super 8. Check the cash that you save on your hotel room and spend it out on the town

Great room, good food with lots of choices. No working hair dryer which I really missed. Nice pool but it looked really dirty. Was afraid to chance going in it. Staff were friendly & efficient
Room was clean & staff did a great job supplying towels & toiletries. Would definitely stay here again. We could access freeways & be on our way
Pool doesn't seem to get cleaned often. Place will get you by but average at best
Its been a great place to stay!! It has friendly people, easy check-in and the room was great. They have a really nice buffet for breakfast. I would come back and stay here anytime.
Was going through a renovation when I was there but other than that was a good stay. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent, possibly the best I have had at a hotel
Right off the highway, easy in and out parking lot and highway access. Walking distance to a few gas stations and fast food restaurants

There's a weight room, nice indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, restaurant, bar, and even a gift shop. The double room we stayed in was cozy, a little smaller than the double room I had at the Double Tree in Omaha
Mackenzee was quick to respond on the Hilton app about any questions or concerns I had. Upon arrival, she immediately checked me in with a smile and a cookie of course
The app & the kind service from all the staff was quite wonderful
Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and downtown Denver. There's a weight room, nice indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, restaurant, bar, and even a gift shop
Great room great service great views. We did have to pay $15 for parking but it’s not a huge deal. Starbucks is located inside of the hotel. They offer warm cookies and bottled water as if you were at a resort.
Everything at the ART was gorgeous. The staff I met were incredibly friendly. Despite the ubiquity of the art (and there was art everywhere!!) the room and the hotel itself were quite sterile

Reinforcing the GRAND in Grand Hyatt; Definitely worth the 4 star experience. The breakfast buffet has a omelette bar. Pool was a refreshing experience though could have been better if heated
Excellent experience! Clean, lovely rooms. THE BEST FOOD for a conference event I've ever had. As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free, I often struggle to find food I can eat when traveling and training for work
I will be rethinking my Hilton loyalty for sure! I will strongly encourage my organization to do more events from here going forward. We do lots of events throughout the year and it really helps when they go smoothly
Nice stay and staff were accommodating. Due to a flight cancellation we were a day and a half late arriving. They were kind enough to not charge for the night we would not be there due to the flight cancellation
The king room I had reserved was apparently given away so they upgraded me to another higher floor room to make up for the error. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Close to many food and store options
The Grand is a grand place to work and stay. Great Management and great venue for the ACES 2023 Conference. Within walking distance to Smashburger and many other restaurants and entertainment places

The rooms were super clean and the pool was kept sterile and fresh. Not much in the way of vending machines but the shop in the lobby was quick and open early
I set up ours myself and it was still delightful. Views are nice but only of the office buildings near by. Pool was heated but slightly on the colder side bimut we had fun swimming
People were visibly upset and complained directly to me about how many people were standing around the lobby and front entrance, so make sure maybe nothing like this is going on before you book if you expect a nice quiet night
The view from the top floor conference/ballroom had an awesome nearly 360° view of the Front Range and the windows were clean, btw
Stopped here on the last leg of a 4100 mile trip with my wife for our anniversary. They do not set it up in the room unless you call ahead and ask. Otherwise the package comes about an hour after checkout
No free breakfast 😢 and the breakfast buffet is 18 per person. We aren't fancy people but we aren't poor either but 18 for breakfast is steep. We went to the gym which was very nice

I stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall experience was very good. Room attendance where awesome, the room looked clean every day. The bar and restaurant in the hotel offered very good food and nice drinks.
My only critique is that there is no shade next to the pool, which I imagine it gets too windy for awnings or umbrellas, but hopefully something could be worked out. We had a great stay and would definitely come back
There were so many amenities, I couldn't write about all of them. My favorite was the rooftop poolside yoga, which is included in your rate. But for me it's the little things that all added up to make a great stay
Security here is tight, you wish you had to go through this guy at the table. I loved the rooftop pool, amazing👌👌👌🥳🥳🥳
If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. We arrived from our flight at 10am and they allowed us to check in at that time. Very accommodating which was such a relief since we were traveling from out of state
This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time

Great hotel in downtown Denver. Convenient to a few bars and restaurants and reasonably close to the convention center. Rooms are clean and the downstairs bar/ restaurant is affordable with plenty of room
My husband, 18 yr-old son and I stayed one night on 7/7/21. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All staff were very polite and kind. We had dinner at Prospect’s and the food was delicious
The Starbucks on the ground floor is always backed up so he prepared to wait. That's not the hotel's issue, just an FYI
There is a Starbucks onsite and some lounge area upstairs but always being on the lower level with little windows is a bit odd. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel, no complaints really: room is fine, was clean
There were other employees who were very kind & attentive, plus the Valet attendants were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!
Service was good, you can walk to a bunch of restaurants, but it’s not in the heart of the city. You need to walk a little bit to get to city center

Easy to find, and the valet parking staff were friendly and efficient. We were originally placed on the 16th floor, but I have a fear of heights so a friendly staff member moved us to a lower corner room
The room was comfortable for 4 people, the sink in the mini-bar was fantastic to have while others were in the bathroom, and the desk area in the living room was nicely arranged for getting a little work done while waiting for the others to arrive
I stayed at what is probably the most chaotic night of the year and the staff was a little behind but did an admirable job keeping up with the turnover and high demand
I would choose this hotel for a long work stay in Denver
Obviously there's issues cooking for multiple groups of numerous people, but if you're going to offer the service you should be willing to pay for the necessary staff and not try to pinch pennies from the guests or the staff
This Embassy Suites is one of the best I've seen from this particular hotel chain of Hilton. The rooms were clean and spacious. When we had an issue with getting the TV's to work their response time was quick

This place is ok, it was in the 80s all week and they had the pool closed, no room service, elevators were backed up all the time. And I was told by front desk to come and get my own coffee pods from them
I rarely write reviews but I want to say that Andrew who worked the front desk was amazing! He truly made the experience so enjoyable and easy! It's definitely surprising to be greeted with such positivity, humor and fast service
Great friendly staff and lots to do since it's in the city center. Magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains from large windows. The rooms are very modern and the bar downstairs is top notch
Sonesta Denver you have found lifelong loyal customers, and we are beyond impressed. Once again Tyler thank you for being amazing, you deserve the recognition, and much more !
Tyler at the front desk was such an amazing receptionist. He was friendly, helpful, and even hooked me and my fiance up with some breakfast and drink vouchers
The room was clean with a great view of the mountains as well as the city. The service was unmatched and we WILL be returning again next month

They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time
Was here for a business meeting. Didn't get to stay over but all the folks I put up did and they raved about it. The meeting staff were quick to respond and very professional. The food got good reviews as well
They not only called me for wake up - they send a sweet young woman to knock on the door. The next morning one of their professionals delivered my three suitcases directly to the check in area for me
If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. We stayed there at the end of a ski trip. Perfect location since we a super early flight. Loved the look of the hotel - clean modern lines
Before my trip to Mexico I checked in early, worked out, napped, channel surfed, tried delicious graham cracker beer that I carried up from their restaurant, and got a wonderful nice sleep
But if you have a long or international trip planned (which always seem to leave at the crack of dawn), I urge you to stay here the night before

Super friendly front desk staff, very helpful and accommodating. Also the hostess I’m the restaurant was awesome. Went over and beyond and got me utensils that my delivery failed to provide
It’s close to 16th street mall and had a variety of places to park close. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of pep. I will stay here again for the service alone
Definitely would recommend staying at this property. The rooms are also a good size and the bathrooms are really nice

My family and I stayed here for a weekend. it was a little yuppie for our tastes but the rooms are worth it! The rooftop deck, pool and bar are amazing! Cherry Creek is beautiful
He also upgraded us to a twin room once he realized without hesitation that we were a family of four. The next morning Mr Jake helped us check out
He was very nice and went out of his way to talk to us and make sure our stay was comfortable
Planning to go back for a girls trip this summer
