Things are great but it would be better the conditioner could do something with humidity control.
We checked in at about midnight and Joyce was at the check in desk. Joyce went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for my arrival. I truly appreciate her one of a kind and exceptionally great service! I really appreciated how professional and courteous she was during the check-in process it felt as if I was being welcomed into her home. —it made my stay start off on a great note...
Friendly Staff
During our trip we stayed at multiple hotels but I was the most impressed with the staff here. Everyone was kind, quick and extremely helpful. The valet even escorted me to the front desk after entering the wrong door. Thank you for such attentiveness and friendly smiles!
It's a lovely place. Clean and quiet. The beds aren't the most comfortable beds. I didn't get much sleep due to the beds. We loved the pool and hot tub. The parking is outrageous $55 to park there. So if you are on a budget, it's not budget friendly by any means. We splurged and ordered room service and it came in to go plastic boxes with plastic silverware. Definitely wouldn't splurge on the room...
At the front desk, the same young lady checked me in, checked me out and helped me in between.
Everywhere around the hotel was clean and well kept.
Overall it's not bad, the parking is a bit expensive for this price, more than 50 a day, if he helps you park it, it will cost 65. The breakfast is so-so, not as good as the reviews say, but overall it's okay.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean. There needs to be a lounge to relax and socialize, otherwise great stay
A bit of an embarrassment for the Hilton brand. Not sure if it's just this specific hotel, Denver, or all Hilton hotels in the US.
- “Breakfast included" is misleading. It's a $25 coupon that does towards your restaurant bill. It’s expensive so no matter what you order, you'll be over $25 and you'll still be charged to your room. Food is average too. Not a buffet. Restaurant staff just automatically...
great hotel and great location, professional staff, nice room
Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

Facilities: Good
Hygiene: Good
Environment: Good
Service: Delivery is fast and service attitude is good
The hotel is located in downtown Denver, with a good location and large rooms. There are no obvious disadvantages. Except for the parking fee of $50, which is a bit expensive, everything else is good.
Not bad, I went there late and didn't have time to visit
I loved this hotel! Great service-check in was a breeze and even the valet was helpful. On the 4th they had special cake pops and drinks to celebrate. They have me a free upgrade with a city view-so watching the fireworks at the end of the night was amazing. Great hotel, great experience.
In a word - stunning!
Well appointed, very helpful staff, great location. Highly recommend
I like the big room, the big bed is very comfortable, and the location is good. The air conditioner in the room is not cold enough, and the shower head cannot be taken down, which is not easy for women. The front desk is very thoughtful.

Great stay
Spacious room, clean, and neat
Staff are awesome and very friendly!
The hotel check in staff were friendly and very informative. The bartenders were great and the food selection was excellent in case you need a late bite to eat. The amenities were amazing and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The bedding was very comfortable. I especially loved the Velcro on the curtains to keep the light out. I loved the location. Will definitely stay here again.
Pleasant but neutral 4-star hotel
This hotel is a very large pleasant hotel without any particular character. It could be a bit better maintained but it is perfectly serviceable.
Great location
Great location, alot of restaurants are a short walk away. Union Station is only 3 blocks from this hotel!!
The “free” breakfast each day was charged to my card, and the resort fee of $31 a day is credited back as a $27 dining credit which also got charged to my card. The food at the restaurant is AWFUL. Literally everything is AWFUL. And because it’s free-the staff that serves it to you moves in slow motion.
Hotel was great! Right in the middle of downtown! The staff was top notch! Buy the breakfast option!

I made an appointment with a friend to go skiing in Aspen, and stayed at this hotel on the way back because it was close to the airport. The room was just average, quite different from the Renaissance I stayed at in Hong Kong and New Jersey before, but it was convenient for catching a flight in the morning.
This place offers a great location that’s both convenient and easily accessible, surrounded by a friendly and welcoming community. The environment is clean, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with others, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
Depends on business trip, convenient travel
The hotel is not far from the airport, but it is not convenient to eat around. The breakfast is simple and there are not many set meals to choose from. The room is relatively large and the bathroom is spacious. The bed is soft and hard, and the balcony is also large, but it is a bit noisy next to the road.
The check in was okay but the billing was a pain. They overcharged me and refund me back. I had to make sure they do that with two different staff. Decent hotel but not that great of service.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didn’t notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.

Awesome hotel
What a great day. This hotel is so cool. And it’s right near the theater District. What a wonderful place to stay for convention or for what we did, which was to go see a show.
The front desk, Aleah (sp?) was very nice, patient and helpful! It made our stay perfect. Thank you Aleah!!
Downtown Denver
We loved staying at The Curtis. All of the floors have different themes. We paid and thought we reserved the King Size Kiss Suite, but when we got to the hotel we were placed in an Junior Suite. We paid extra for the Kiss Suite as it is bigger and can accomodate a family of 5. The junior suite was a little crammed and sharing a bathroom with a family of 5 was a little much. We...
The staff was super friendly! We were changing from one hotel to this one and was able to check in early. The vibe was very cherry, couldn't help but be happy while we were there. Just across the street from the performing arts center! Our stay was just perfect!
Nice hotel, great service and location.
I enjoyed my stay. The corner room was quite large. The a/c fan was a bit noisy, but they fixed it after I let them know. I cut my reserved stay short by one day when the work on my condo finished early, and the Curtis refunded my one day’s cost pretty seamlessly, which I appreciated very much. Excellent location. Not as fancy as some hotels, but I highly...

Such a lovely hotel, with courteous and attentive staff. We will stay here again when we come to Denver.
I liked the hotel alot. The bathroom was small and i found the jazz in the lobby area downstairs a bit much…loud and long. Otherwise I enjoyed the historic hotel.
The hotel was unique for an antique hotel, but for the price it was not worth it. The ceilings were peeling and was in need of repair.
Service was great, especially Dawa at Ellyngton’s breakfast. The room was clean and neat, but the curtains were broke and the bathroom vanity needed replacing. Was not a fan of the jazz music in the lobby. I have always wanted to stay at the Brown Palace and finally did. Hoping I can do it again soon.
Classic old style property, so much more character than the more common chain hotels. Biggest disappointment was that I was last here 25?years ago and the great restaurant has long gone!!!
A bit of nostalgia!!
This hotel was great. The valet, checking in and the room was great. They even gave us free truffles at the Ship's Tavern. The only issue was that the bathroom smelled of sewage pretty bad.

I personally have a very good impression of Renaissance, and I feel that Renaissance is one of the best hotels of the same level.

The hotel was converted from a former bank. It is very unique.
Our stay here was great!! Easily accessible to lots of stuff..very clean rooms, bar was nice, live music 🎶 was great.
This is a lovely hotel. The lobby and features of the old bank building and it's original artwork are very unique. This large space presents as warm and welcoming and the staff further adds to that feeling.
The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, no outside, downtown noise penetrated.
Highly recommend
While most of downtown is still under construction, it’s still easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the area. Range in the hotel and the teller bar, amazing!
Valentines stay
Let me start by saying the staff here is top notch. Everyone from the front desk concierge to the bartender were so friendly and welcoming.

Very nice rooms. Very clean. Great hotel! Everything you’d expect from a Ritz.
Our experience went from "we are never staying here again" to "we are never staying anywhere else in Denver, except the Ritz-Carlton".

We stayed here on our last night in Colorado. We mainly pay extra to stay at the Ritz Carlton because we enjoy the attention to detail and customer service. We would be distraught if we paid what we paid to stay here and did not have the attention to detail and customer service.

My room at the Ritz Carlton was perfect. I arrived and was greeted by Tony who assisted me with checking in. My room was spacious. I loved the bed - so comfortable. I ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and everything that I ordered tasted great. If you are in Denver you should stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience my family and I had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service we received was truly top-notch, and the attention to detail made our stay incredibly memorable.

My stay at Hyatt House was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.

The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Great location to food, Target, movies and pick up location for other activities. The staff were always friendly and very accommodating. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool & gym but having the kitchenette was useful
There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible
2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.
Very helpful staff, great amenities, clean room, nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Conveniently located downtown. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in at 10am and check out late for free as a free Hyatt rewards member. Highly recommend. beautiful city view with two large windows, superb location and friendly staffs. I love the fruit flavoured water they provided. But there's a lot of ash on bedside tables. And very loud alarm from police car and ambulance in the midnight woke me up several times.

We stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership.
The Magnolia Denver hotel offers a delightful stay experience, characterized by impeccable cleanliness and spacious accommodations.

Great rooftop pool and bar nice clean rooms very good hotel good staff
Rooftop pool and bar is nice. Staff is friendly and customer-service focused. Exercise room is pretty good! It could use some kettle bells and yoga blocks. Narrative Restaurant is yummy, esp the avocado toast with egg. : )
Very nice Marriott Property. Wonderful rooms and amenities. Great location
I loved the Jacquard hotel! Beautiful hotel in lovely Cherry Creek neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Close to the Botanical garden too! The service at the hotel was great. The food was really good too at the restaurant. And we loved the rooftop pool. Great for lounging and relaxing. Overall our stay was really wonderful!
It's a nice hotel in a very nice area. The staff were lovely. Our room wasn't very clean. Stains on the chair, hair in the bathroom, and the shade had a hole in it that was taped up with white tape. It was very difficult to get the shade down and impossible to get it back up. Had to leave it down for the remainder of the stay. Would expect better for the price paid.

Love it
I have found my new favorite hotel to stay at. All the staff were friendly. And the room was perfect
Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast OK. Parking confusing at the first time.
We really appreciated the early check-in after a long flight. Really inviting lobby with fireplace and a small shop. Although we didn’t use it, they have a nice bar open from 4PM-11PM, as it’s a downtown location that doesn’t have as many options for a drink. Our room was very comfortable and the front desk personnel (all gentlemen) who helped us were really kind and helpful.
Clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a cute suite with an awesome city view and for way less than most of the hotels in the area. It’s in a very convenient spot and was easy to get Ubers to the Paramount and Welton Room. My husband and I had a great time!
Staff was amazing. Professional and helpful. Breakfast was a disaster. Out of food constantly (we barely ate), not many food options, and too small of space for the amount of guests.
A happy Valentine's getaway

Staff was a bit unprofessional
My only real complaint was that a staff member possibly an house keeper opened our door and had forgotten her cell phone in our room. It was very surprising and a little bit scary as a mother with her small child in tow…
Nice hotel, rooms kind of dark, though. The staff really gatekeeps the amenities (happy hour, bikes etc) - you have to seek them out. Generally unfriendly.
Great welcoming vibe, free coffee and muffins. Roofdeck pool. Interesting books. Nice staff
The really only good things about this hotel is its localisation in cherry creek and its restaurant (not the Italian restaurant). Other tuna that some staff are kind and receptive and take the time to cover the fact that for each night you stay you and don’t use housekeeping, you will receive $10/night credit toward the restaurant. Great location for the convention center. I came for the conference. They also upkept housekeeping for my stay and I stayed for almost a week!

Like that it’s quiet and peaceful! But there were no lightbulbs and some plugs were not working! Maybe provide one more chair.
Maybe better in a year
There is NO restaurant or bar. This is false advertisement. TV and phone in room was not working. Front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room. New room was ok, coffee maker stopped working after brewing the first cup. Definitely low budget hotel with potential of being better in a year or so. Bed was very comfortable. Everything under constructing.
Good for the frugal traveler
The hotel needs work. The shower was not adjustable and squirted a stream like a hose. It was poorly lit outside. The bed was very good. The bathroom had a nice marble counter. The bathroom mirror was modern and nicely lit. All the floors were the faux wood. The quilt was warm and the pillows nice. The lobby was a work in progress. The price was nice.
This definitely feels like a franchise of the Radisson and a world away from the hotels I’ve seen in the Middle East or Europe. The breakfast is one of the few reprieves here. A lot of the hotel is natty and in many places including the rooms themselves, in need of care and maintenance.
Overall the stay was disappointing. The buildings are all much older and poorly maintained than the main lobby building. Of the two people we spoke two at the front desk, one was fine and the other rude without reason.
This place was surprisingly amazing! I was there in the winter. The room was average but the complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! I couldn't believe how good the food was included! I get a similar experience when I stay at hotels that cost twice as much a night! IT is an amazing value!
