Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Great spot. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city.
I expect more from Hyatt Regency. The room is spacious but the closet is very small. Also room cleaning is average and not all items are added daily (like body bath and shampoo). Also parking is the most expensive in the area. The gym however is very good as it has plenty of cardio and weight equipment.
10/10 would recommend. Mac/Connor which manages concierge is incredibly hospitable and was very helpful during out stay.
Ari from front desk as well is really kind and warm - I enjoyed my 3D2N stay very much and a large portion of it is due to the warmness of the amazing service received. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing.
Strongly recommend everyone to stay this hotel!
Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and well kept upon my arrival. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good each day and made sure the bed was made and there was plenty of towels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where they use a duvet and slip it between two sheets - I liked that as I knew I had completely clean bedding.
Staff was friendly and welcoming on check-in even at the...
The hotel is pretty good. I liked the location, which is pretty central and not far off the 16th street mall where you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. Also it's not far (walking distance) to the Civic Center Park and a few other sights. Since this is also a conference hotel, it can get rather busy. The lobby is huge and modern, the rooms not so much. Still they're okay, pretty well...
Decent upscale hotel, clean environment, spacious meeting rooms that easily accommodated 1000+ person conference. Food services we also at or above average. Coffee was predictably horrible. Guest rooms are well appointed with comfortable mattresses and moderate to good bed linens.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a staycation. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view: The ambiance of the suite and bathroom was quite luxurious with a very sensual Western vibe. The lighting was also really nice. There were other employees who were very kind & attentive, plus the Valet attendants were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!
Great hotel in downtown Denver. Convenient to a few bars and restaurants and reasonably close to the convention center.
Rooms are clean and the downstairs bar/ restaurant is affordable with plenty of room.
The Starbucks on the ground floor is always backed up so he prepared to wait. That's not the hotel's issue, just an FYI.
An odd hotel in that everything seems to be on the lower level: the restaurant (which is good), the conference rooms, the bar. There is a Starbucks onsite and some lounge area upstairs but always being on the lower level with little windows is a bit odd. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel, no complaints really: room is fine, was clean. Service was good, you can walk to a bunch of restaurants, but it’s not...
The location was superb with easy access to the things we wanted to enjoy. The King bed was fantastic and super comfy. Loved the contemporary decor and it was really a treat to spend time in the room.
My husband, 18 yr-old son and I stayed one night on 7/7/21. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All staff were very polite and kind. We had dinner at Prospect’s and the food was delicious. Favorite was the skirt steak taco- flavorful with fresh avocado and grated cheese. We had a city view room with a fabulous view. Downtown businesses were closed when we arrived at 5pm- but two short blocks away...
Staff was nice enough. Room was cleaned fairly well. Could use a little finer attention to detail. But overall the stay was pleasant. Did not care that they substituted breakfast for a regular coffee and sandwich from Starbucks. Their drink options for Hilton Honors members was basic.

Reinforcing the GRAND in Grand Hyatt; Definitely worth the 4 star experience. The breakfast buffet has a omelette bar. Pool was a refreshing experience though could have been better if heated. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall: 10/10
The Grand is a grand place to work and stay. Great Management and great venue for the ACES 2023 Conference. Within walking distance to Smashburger and many other restaurants and entertainment places. Don't mind the construction on the adjacent streets. The Grand Hyatt has everything you need without venturing outside. Great views of Downtown and the Big Blue Bear.
Nice stay and staff were accommodating. Due to a flight cancellation we were a day and a half late arriving. They were kind enough to not charge for the night we would not be there due to the flight cancellation. Rooms were very nice. The king room I had reserved was apparently given away so they upgraded me to another higher floor room to make up for the error. Rooms and hotel were very clean...
Excellent experience! Clean, lovely rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. THE BEST FOOD for a conference event I've ever had. As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free, I often struggle to find food I can eat when traveling and training for work. That was not the case here. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I had a great room and was treated well, despite having no status with Hyatt whatsoever...
Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Front desk was welcoming and professional. Every request was answered quickly and appropriately.
Presidential Suite was huge and beautifully appointed. The shower had 6 points of spray (which was a little complicated to figure out). There was also a great soaking tub.
Breakfast buffet was good and had good variety.
Highly recommend.
The hotel is in a great location and very beautiful. Check in was very quick and easy and the staff member was amazing. The room was very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay in the city center and was very clean! I specifically mentioned one of the employees. I think her name was Martha Mendoza (!?), she was part of the cleaning staff, she was so sweet, so friendly and always had the best...

Very quiet room, excellent Breakfast selection, staff superfriendly, Larimer Square just around the corner 😀
I stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall experience was very good. Room attendance where awesome, the room looked clean every day. The bar and restaurant in the hotel offered very good food and nice drinks.
Good hotel for business in the downtown area. I was there for a conference. The rooms were nice and large but the mezzanine floor seemed a bit open and disorganized. The bar there is also very pricey and not the best setup. I've been to Westins in other major cities (like SF) and there was a much better crowd and vibe
Make sure to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down.

There were so many amenities, I couldn't write about all of them. My favorite was the rooftop poolside yoga, which is included in your rate. But for me it's the little things that all added up to make a great stay. Next to your bed you'll find a roller of lavender to help you sleep, and at the bar in the evening, they have fruit infused water. The comforter is fluffy and the pillows are too.

While on our way back home from Spain after guiding trips on the Camino de Santiago, we opted to sleep in Denver to become acclimatized to the altitude before driving up to the mountains.
We took the light rail tram from DIA and walked 4 blocks to the hotel. It was perfect for that.
The next day, we walked to the Budget Car Rental another 4 blocks from the hotel. The logistics all fell into place...

Good price for what you get. Rooms look tidy and modern. Our TV did not work, but we didn't use it anyways. Have to pay $9.95 for a day of internet access. Parking was $13/day for garage. Free parking is available behind the hotel. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. Hardly interacted with staff, but concierge was pleasant. Will visit again someday.
My bf and I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. Elle, the front desk employee was very helpful. We had a problem with our reservation and she made sure to find a way to make our stay as lovely as possible. Not only that she is very friendly, she is also very resourceful and has a great problem solving attitude. If we will have another vacation in Denver, we will definitely come back to this hotel...
The updated atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant & room service was a little pricey, but the food was good. Every one of the staff is courteous & helpful. But the first morning of my stay a construction truck was backing up outside of my window at 6:30am. That's not the wake up call (or time) I wanted on my mini vacation. And the train is so obnoxious! It runs non stop. The hotel should be required...
Very nice hotel. Nice amenities. Staff are great. Room was clean and we'll stocked with towels, coffee, etc. The hotel sits close to the highway and light rail so there is a certain amount of noise on a consistent basis. Parking is ample but does cost extra. Some of the rooms have balconies which offer some nice views. Would stay here again, worth the cost.
This is a very nice hotel. Good sized rooms and very modern and nice lobby area. The beds are also comfortable. 4 stars because the Union Pacific train is loud and woke me up a few times. I would still recommend. I would recommend bringing ear plugs.
The hotel was being renovated during our stay, but it is shaping up to be a real nice hotel. It has a great atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area. It is also conveniently located right off I-70 east of Denver. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and the room had a small walk out patio. There were just a few issues. Our bedside lamp did not work, and for a while we thought there was no hot water,...

Arrived a day early for check-in, and S.T. accommodated that request for a room with friendly and helpful service. My room was fine, and it had a great view of the mountains. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the hotel interior is cute and kitschy. The location was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The themed rooms were fun. The view was nice. I expected more but my room faced the auditorium across the street. The noise level was minimal being that we were downtown and across from the auditorium which had shows every night. 10/10 would recommend!
Very eclectic hotel. Super fun and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed looking at all the floor themes. Floor 13's horror theme was pretty amazing.
Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and activities. The staff was very helpful and informed. The different themes floors are very cool. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only issues are the shower pressure was pretty lacking and the beds were way too soft I feel like I sank into it, not crazy deal breakers but just minor gripes. I'd highly recommended staying here
We really enjoyed our stay! The lobby was cheerful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. We chose a room package with parking which saved us money over regular parking rates and was very easy to use. Convenient location for various events and restaurants in the city center. Definitely I would stay here again!
I really liked it! The perfect place to explore Denver. Really cool atmosphere with movie/game decor. Friendly staff and they had drinks and snacks for us when we checked in. I don't know if this is a regular thing, but it really helped after a day of traveling.

Fantastic atmosphere for those looking for historic ambiance and architecture.
I can not speak to the rooms as I have never stayed there. I frequent the Chuchill Bar (a cigar bar). Around the corner is The Tavern (a regular bar). I have been there as well; it is quite enjoyable.
Came into Denver for a work conference. The overall experience was interesting.
Positives: the staff is extremely friendly and professional. All of our questions where listened to and answered. Our experience went from "we are never staying here again" to "we are never staying anywhere else in Denver, except the Ritz-Carlton".

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience my family and I had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service we received was truly top-notch, and the attention to detail made our stay incredibly memorable.

Overall a very nice hotel. And the hot breakfast was great. Loved that the rooms came with a full kitchen. Their rollaway beds are just as comfortable as a regular bed which my daughter really appreciated. My reason for not rating higher was due to several issues.
