The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, Denver1 / 50

Denver, 1881 Curtis Street 🧭 Map
Our experience went from "we are never staying here again" to "we are never staying anywhere else in Denver, except the Ritz-Carlton". My wife and I travelled with our two children, both under 2, and booked a standard king room. We ran into a few issues when we arrived and when we got to our room, but the staff treated us like royalty the entire 3.5 days we were there. Gracie, Jhon in housekeeping...
We stayed here on our last night in Colorado. We mainly pay extra to stay at the Ritz Carlton because we enjoy the attention to detail and customer service. We would be distraught if we paid what we paid to stay here and did not have the attention to detail and customer service. When we arrived in our vehicle, we had two charming young gentlemen who were courteous and eager to help. It’s a shame I...
My room at the Ritz Carlton was perfect. I arrived and was greeted by Tony who assisted me with checking in. My room was spacious. I loved the bed - so comfortable. I ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and everything that I ordered tasted great. If you are in Denver you should stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience my family and I had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service we received was truly top-notch, and the attention to detail made our stay incredibly memorable. A special shoutout goes to Tamila Grabovskaya, the Guest Services Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure...
We spent the past weekend at The Ritz-Carlton in downtown Denver to attend the Foo Fighters concert. The Ritz as usual met all expectations. No complaints. However, we were EXTREMELY impressed with two of the Bell men who helped us upon arrival and departure. Jason and Emilio were very professional and courteous every time we interacted with them. They were friendly and gave us suggestions to eat and...

Wonderful staff, milk market was very convenient for a variety of easy, dining options.
Great location. Great lobby with lots of food options. My floor was also under construction but the room itself was spacious, the bed was comfy and hotel was quiet on this Monday night. No desk though and the outlets are not really set up for business stay
Great location!!! Being so close to union station and right in the dairy block was awesome. Having a dozen food options to bring to the room was great. Rooms are very modern and had a great downtown view.
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. This website compares thousands of hotel sites and usually has much cheaper rooms than others! You're welcome :)! Lost an extremely valuable poster from a recent concert, and the cleaning staff as well as the hotel staff were swift and kind in finding and assisting in getting the item shipped back to me. The stay was great, the mountainous room view me and my partner stayed at was amazing. Definitely worth your attention!
Amazing rooftop bar and loved the market place. Room was really big and comfortable.
We booked a block of rooms at The Source for our wedding nearby and had an excellent experience. Over the 2 years of planning (thanks COVID), we worked with two different sales/event managers who were both fantastic- very responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. All of our guests were so happy with their stay and raved about their unique experience. I think I was most impressed with the staff when...
We absolutely loved our stay! We were here for a girls weekend (7/31 - 2/8) and this hotel lived up to our expectations. Very trendy, industrial and hipster feel throughout the property including the shops and restaurants. Our room was exactly as pictured and described - COMFORTABLE beds, very clean, well stocked and QUIET. It was stuffy so the AC was a nice reprieve! The front desk staff were helpful...

This review is mostly in reference to the shuttle service. As an airline employee, I’ve been using this hotel for over a year a few time a month. The shuttle service has consistently gotten worse. You can expect to wait 45 min to sometimes over an hour for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Yesterday 8/17/24 I waited an hour. I had to call 3 times to try and get an update and was told that...
As a nearly weekly business traveler, I stay in a LOT of hotels throughout the year so I have plenty of experience for reference. This hotel is absolutely great. My initial experience was the friendly greeting I received from Gabby who was great! Though I arrived well before check-in time, I was able to work from the lobby with great workspaces and solid internet connection. As soon as a room was...
From my check in to the check out from this hotel the process was smooth. I want to especially give a shout out and a thank you to the lady at the front desk named Mary. Due to the global outage she was able to accommodate guest, work under pressure and adapt to changes in her environment with a smile on her face. She was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure meeting. Thanks again.
If you are looking for a clean hotel with great customer service, then look no further. The front desk receptionist, Gabby takes care of her guests. She is always smiling and knows how to interact with everyone. At my stay, I saw her work a double shift and she was still smiling as if it was the start of her shift. If I was management, I would give her a raise in pay. If I had a position in my department...
Used this hotel to lay over before meeting up with family the following day. Shuttle service worked, although it's worth knowing that you need to be in front of door 512 on the West side of the airport to meet it. I did ask the hotel about this in advance and didn't get a reply. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast, a good basic breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. Great...
My wife and I were heading back to the Twin Cities to help my brother move some stuff from the Family's cabin that he sold and bring it back to Colorado. We had an early morning flight on Southwest and we didn't want to drive down at night from our house in the middle of nowhere. So, we chose to stay at this Hotel. We are glad that we did. Flew into Denver International Airport past midnight. Luckily, check in was quick and the front desk attendant was helpful with providing information about amenities and check out. Great low budget hotel. The location is right off I70 and near other hotels and fast food restaurants. It's also pretty close to the airport. The hotel itself was large; room was very spacious and the balcony was awesome. Some minor renovations needed but this was a great budget hotel!
This is a huge hotel but you wouldn't notice on the outside. The Timbers offer suite rooms, that are comparable to a one bedroom apartment. The rooms have a full kitchen, complete with dishes and silverware. Also the suites are equipped with a dining room table and chairs. In the living room there is a couch with a pull out bed. The wifi works great. This hotel has an indoor pool, a full buffet style...
We were pleasantly surprised. Our stay was wonderful, despite the reviews. The room was massive, and our room had two balconies on it! We visited for a long weekend and stayed at the Timbers and we had a wonderful time. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat, but the room in all was wonderful. The front desk staff are definitely lacking. But certain people give wonderful service! Breakfast was...
Nice cozy non corporate type of hotel. Would recommend for anyone wanting a true Colorado experience while visiting Denver. Gorgeous clean rooms updated nicely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. While a last minute night stay wasn't long enough to explore all their amenities... it was a good stay!
We stay here every time I have a Dr appointment. They treat you great and can't beat the price. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet. I left my Bluetooth headset in the lobby. We called they had it and it arrived in the mail the next week. Thanks so much!
very accommodating, great customer service nice-if you encounter the right desk attendant, western antiquity feel to the place, has a good restaurant- better for lunch or supper, offers breakfast in the restaurant-run of the mill, very quiet. excellent fitness center, good restaurant and excellent Services incl. shuttle
Ok front desk service. Has a shuttle to drive you near by places. Rooms are nice has a in house restaurant. Rooms are clean and decent.
Rooms.are ok, a little on the small side. Hotel bar/restaurant isn't bad....location is good. However there was a mixup with the shuttle to the airport in the morning, and some people who didn't sign up showed up, and I got bumped, even though I was on the list, and had to wait for another shuttle to come back and pick me up
Nice hotel close to airport. Pool and fitness center are great. Rooms are spacious and comfy.
I went for a professional business meeting. The room had a lot of people and little to no air conditioning. It was clean with water provided. Overall decent experience.
This was one of the better Holiday Inns I've stayed in. The hotel is located about 5 miles away from the airport. There was a courtesy shuttle that brought me from airport. Being that I was stuck in Denver for the night I had wondered if I needed to rent a car to be able to drive to grab dinner at night... Looking back I'm glad I didn't get the car rental. Rooms were comfortable, fairly modern and pretty quiet for such a central location. I was initially skeptical of the 'minimalist' clothes hanger but it worked perfectly for the week I was there. Five plus stars for manager Sam! I had an issue with a room and he went above and beyond to assist me and address my needs. Sam displayed exemplary customer service and professionalism. He is a true asset to this hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. The facilities in grounds are well-maintained and clean. It was a very safe and secure feeling in and around the hotel. The rooms were not very big but adequate for my needs. They were not set up for business related activities. That would be my only complaint. The staff was professional and friendly and quite helpful.
My 6-month old daughter really enjoyed her experience staying at the Sheraton - my wife and I did as well. Staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Close walk to the conference center, nearby restaurants, and shops. The only downside was being placed in a double when we had booked a King bed. Thanks for the memorable stay!
The Sheraton lies downtown in the heart of the business district off of the 16th Street area where the shopping and restaurants are located. Today, the hotel had a fall October fest with some local merchants. Staff was on hand and greeted people with smiles. The hotel has two large towers. The rooms are all new and so I am sure there is not a bad room other than an obstructed view. There are...

Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Great spot. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city.
I expect more from Hyatt Regency. The room is spacious but the closet is very small. Also room cleaning is average and not all items are added daily (like body bath and shampoo). Also parking is the most expensive in the area. The gym however is very good as it has plenty of cardio and weight equipment.
10/10 would recommend. Mac/Connor which manages concierge is incredibly hospitable and was very helpful during out stay. Ari from front desk as well is really kind and warm - I enjoyed my 3D2N stay very much and a large portion of it is due to the warmness of the amazing service received. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Strongly recommend everyone to stay this hotel!
Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and well kept upon my arrival. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good each day and made sure the bed was made and there was plenty of towels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where they use a duvet and slip it between two sheets - I liked that as I knew I had completely clean bedding. Staff was friendly and welcoming on check-in even at the...
The hotel is pretty good. I liked the location, which is pretty central and not far off the 16th street mall where you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. Also it's not far (walking distance) to the Civic Center Park and a few other sights. Since this is also a conference hotel, it can get rather busy. The lobby is huge and modern, the rooms not so much. Still they're okay, pretty well...

I've stayed in this hotel with capital one premier collection. Stuff upgrades my room, and the service was exceptional. However, when I checked out, my breakfast was not covered with Premier program benefits (I had 2 breakfast free daily). I pointed it to the front desk, but they couldn't fix that problem. It's not a big issue, but I hope management will take a close look at this type of problem....
The Halcyon Hotel Cherry Creek is an exceptional retreat for any event, but especially for New Year's Eve. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted with outstanding service. The front desk is a coffee bar with espresso and lattes upon request. In the morning, there are complementary, fresh baked blueberry, pumpkin, or banana muffins available for guests of the hotel. I am enjoying this hotel. It's got good rooms, a cheeky sense of humor with welcome mats and cool things like a skating rink this winter on the roof. Only complaint is I travel a lot for work and the room basically has no work surfaces (like a small desk and a chair). Otherwise quite nice.
The hotel was really good. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Also they had allot of stuff for rent downstairs for rent like bicycles and tennis rackets and more.. the service is really nice and they always there for help. Rooms for the super 8 were easily accessible. Parking was not bad at all. Rooms were at a fair price. The location was great It was a 20 minute walk to downtown. Best experience for a motel.
Great if you are looking for a cheap place to crash that is close to Down town Denver. The rooms could use some work but for the price these rooms are Great! Just wished the room came with a microwave. Other than that the lady that helped us at the front desk was so sweet and told us the Free breakfast is a must and she was so right. The food section was great and was tasty.
Centrally located on the outskirts of downtown Denver this Super 8 Motel quite possibly offers rooms with one of the most picturesque views of downtown Denver at night. Why spend $150 a night or more when you can score a room with everything you need for half the price? The rooms at Super 8 are always clean, the internet fast, and the coffee and cocoa hot and ready. The next time you're visiting Denver...
For the money, it's not to bad. The location is what should be expected in a busy downtown area. The water pressure is not the best, but it's hot. It is with in easy walking distance to the aquarium. Also there is a gas station close by. Plus there are tons of restaurants that deliver from grub hub.
After reading the reviews my expectations were low but the hotel was an excellent place to stay. The room had character and was clean. There was a great view of the city. The lady that checked us out this morning was extremely friendly and suggested her favorite thing to do in town. The breakfast was the best breakfast we've had at a hotel.
The room was cozy and clean, except there was a minor water leak in the ceiling. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of downtown, and free omelette bar for breakfast.

Good rates and clean rooms. Older building. Was going through a renovation when I was there but other than that was a good stay. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent, possibly the best I have had at a hotel. Right off the highway, easy in and out parking lot and highway access. Its been a great place to stay!! It has friendly people, easy check-in and the room was great. They have a really nice buffet for breakfast. I would come back and stay here anytime.
Great room, good food with lots of choices. Fruit was pretty sad. No working hair dryer which I really missed. Nice pool but it looked really dirty. Was afraid to chance going in it. We could access freeways & be on our way.
We stayed at Comfort in while on a cross country drive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and probably the best I have had at a hotel. If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Walking distance to union station , restaurants and bars and shops. Nice service. Very clean with fresh scent. Only that parking is $40/ night. But if you find the over night parking spot in the theater garage structure cross street then you will save 1/2.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review but in this case I just had too. Teatro is awesome. It’s a small boutique hotel with big luxury hotel service. Very welcoming pet policy. Great restaurant. Awesome location. Lovely clean room. My work trip felt a little like a vacation (a little)!
Unique and lovely property. Lobby and restaurant serve wonderful food and drinks in classy atmosphere. Menu options were a bit limited and pricey but very tasty. Room was luxurious and without losing the historic flavor of the hotel. A lot of seating and work space in my room, even though it was a smaller room, because of careful design choices.

Great room great service great views. We did have to pay $15 for parking but it’s not a huge deal. Starbucks is located inside of the hotel. They offer warm cookies and bottled water as if you were at a resort.
Great location for the reason we were here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Currently under renovations, however rooms are quiet, and all areas are clean. They service the rooms daily which is great to still see these days.
We have stayed here several times, and the quality and service remains strong. I would enjoy hot breakfast with the room, but understand the conventional hotel format. The bed was excellent, the TV decent, the shower excellent and very quiet. We even enjoyed our balcony when we arrived. We will definitely be back.
Great service, very clean room, extremely comfortable beds and pillows (shocker I know)… the “vent” thingy in the room is quite loud and you can’t turn it off… It was white noise to me, but it’s just heads up.

Good hotel for business in the downtown area. I was there for a conference. The rooms were nice and large but the mezzanine floor seemed a bit open and disorganized. Great hotel in downtown Denver. Convenient to a few bars and restaurants and reasonably close to the convention center. Rooms are clean and the downstairs bar/ restaurant is affordable with plenty of room. The Starbucks on the ground floor is always backed up so he prepared to wait. That's not the hotel's issue, just an FYI.
An odd hotel in that everything seems to be on the lower level: the restaurant (which is good), the conference rooms, the bar. There is a Starbucks onsite and some lounge area upstairs but always being on the lower level with little windows is a bit odd. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel, no complaints really: room is fine, was clean. Service was good, you can walk to a bunch of restaurants, but it’s not...

The room was comfortable for 4 people, the sink in the mini-bar was fantastic to have while others were in the bathroom, and the desk area in the living room was nicely arranged for getting a little work done while waiting for the others...
Ballroom on 3rd floor for murder mystery dinner. The event was engaging but would have benefitted from giving the guests a few minutes to say hello and mingle before actually starting since it was a holiday party for coworkers. Food was plated but did not match menu and certainly sat in the warmer too long. Staff was rushed and offered many plates they didn't order. The food was actually good despite...
Pros : Location. Its right at the convention center next to 16th st mall. Rooms : The room quality is great. Big Spacious suites with comfortable mattresses. Breakfast : Extensive breakfast at the lobby with live Egg Station. Cons : Expensive Parking but that goes with all hotels in the area. Only 1 Egg Station at breakfast. Lot of people line up and it gets really crowded . They need couple of more...
This Embassy Suites is one of the best I've seen from this particular hotel chain of Hilton. The rooms were clean and spacious. When we had an issue with getting the TV's to work their response time was quick. The breakfast was not the best I've ever had but there was plenty of food and breakfast was included with every room. They had a second food service area that was empty and a bit confusing but...

Sonesta Denver Downtown
Denver, 1450 Glenarm Place 🧭 Map
This place is ok, it was in the 80s all week and they had the pool closed, no room service, elevators were backed up all the time. And I was told by front desk to come and get my own coffee pods from them. So there is no room service or bellman which is not reflected in any sort of discount. There are a number of hotels in this downtown core area of Denver so you may want to look into those properties...
Tyler at the front desk was such an amazing receptionist. He was friendly, helpful, and even hooked me and my fiance up with some breakfast and drink vouchers. The room was clean with a great view of the mountains as well as the city. The service was unmatched and we WILL be returning again next month. Sonesta Denver you have found lifelong loyal customers, and we are beyond impressed. Once again Tyler...
I rarely write reviews but I want to say that Andrew who worked the front desk was amazing! He truly made the experience so enjoyable and easy! It's definitely surprising to be greeted with such positivity, humor and fast service. Not to mention, the rooms are clean and beautiful. I will definitely book with Sonesta again
Stunning, trendy hotel. Great friendly staff and lots to do since it's in the city center. Magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains from large windows. The rooms are very modern and the bar downstairs is top notch. The lobby has plenty of seating space with a welcome relaxing atmosphere.
I had a great time. The hotel was in the city center. The room was spacious and clean. The guest services/front desk staff (Crystal and Monica) were very friendly and polite and made me feel especially welcome. I will definitely be back.
They were doing construction the entire time we were there. It was extremely loud and they started before 9 am - on the weekend. I also ordered a coffee in the lobby, waited 30 minutes and was then still charged for it. Staff was lovely and the location was good. Otherwise, not anything special about the hotel. There are certainly nicer ones in the downtown area for a similar price level.
