Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Great spot. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city.

I expect more from Hyatt Regency. The room is spacious but the closet is very small. Also room cleaning is average and not all items are added daily (like body bath and shampoo). Also parking is the most expensive in the area. The gym however is very good as it has plenty of cardio and weight equipment.

10/10 would recommend. Mac/Connor which manages concierge is incredibly hospitable and was very helpful during out stay. Ari from front desk as well is really kind and warm - I enjoyed my 3D2N stay very much and a large portion of it is due to the warmness of the amazing service received. The hotel is pretty good. I liked the location, which is pretty central and not far off the 16th street mall where you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. I stayed here for 2 nights for a staycation. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view: The ambiance of the suite and bathroom was quite luxurious with a very sensual Western vibe. The lighting was also really nice. There were other employees who were very kind & attentive, plus the Valet attendants were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Great hotel in downtown Denver. Convenient to a few bars and restaurants and reasonably close to the convention center. Rooms are clean and the downstairs bar/ restaurant is affordable with plenty of room. The Starbucks on the ground floor is always backed up so he prepared to wait. An odd hotel in that everything seems to be on the lower level: the restaurant (which is good), the conference rooms, the bar. The location was superb with easy access to the things we wanted to enjoy. The King bed was fantastic and super comfy. Loved the contemporary decor and it was really a treat to spend time in the room.

The Grand is a grand place to work and stay. Great Management and great venue for the ACES 2023 Conference. Within walking distance to Smashburger and many other restaurants and entertainment places. The location was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. The themed rooms were fun. The view was nice. I expected more but my room faced the auditorium across the street. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean quiet and safe. I was able to cook, warm and keep food in my room.I was only two blocks from 17th street which is where stores restaurants and a shuttle bus are. The shuttle is free and ends up a Union Station. I was able to catch the train from the airport for $9 and then the shuttle to the hotel. Whenever I go back I will without a doubt stay here

I've stayed in this hotel with capital one premier collection. Stuff upgrades my room, and the service was exceptional. However, when I checked out, my breakfast was not covered with Premier program benefits (I had 2 breakfast free daily). I pointed it to the front desk, but they couldn't fix that problem.
