This review is mostly in reference to the shuttle service. As an airline employee, I’ve been using this hotel for over a year a few time a month. The shuttle service has consistently gotten worse. You can expect to wait 45 min to sometimes over an hour for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Yesterday 8/17/24 I waited an hour. I had to call 3 times to try and get an update and was told that the shuttle had already been there. That was completely untrue.

On top of that and probably more important is the unsafe condition that their pink shuttle is in. For months that sliding passenger door has been broken which doesn’t allow it to be opened from the inside. This leaves little to no emergency egress from a loaded van. Completely unacceptable. Now, the rear brakes are so worn that they are grinding., meaning the brake pads are nonexistent. This van clearly receives no maintenance and is NOT SAFE.

I would hope management and owners will see this review and make the necessary changes immediately as I’ll be leaving another poor review next time I’m here if it’s not.

As a nearly weekly business traveler, I stay in a LOT of hotels throughout the year so I have plenty of experience for reference. This hotel is absolutely great. My initial experience was the friendly greeting I received from Gabby who was great! Though I arrived well before check-in time, I was able to work from the lobby with great workspaces and solid internet connection. As soon as a room was ready, Gabby came over to get my credit card and brought my room key over to me. Absolutely fantastic, friendly customer service from her and the rest of the hotel staff! The hotel itself is newer and very clean, and my room was great. As a Hilton Diamond member, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Do not book this hotel!!! If you need to cancel a reservation due to airline issues at DIA the manager at this hotel will charge your credit card for the reservation even though you tried to cancel multiple times and never checked in. She basically hung up on me and told me Hilton doesn’t care about why I needed to cancel due to a flight change. There are way better hotels in the area that have better policies and management. Hilton customer service is severely lacking.

From my check in to the check out from this hotel the process was smooth. I want to especially give a shout out and a thank you to the lady at the front desk named Mary. Due to the global outage she was able to accommodate guest, work under pressure and adapt to changes in her environment with a smile on her face. She was very helpful, professional, and a pleasure meeting. Thanks again.

If you are looking for a clean hotel with great customer service, then look no further. The front desk receptionist, Gabby takes care of her guests. She is always smiling and knows how to interact with everyone. At my stay, I saw her work a double shift and she was still smiling as if it was the start of her shift. If I was management, I would give her a raise in pay. If I had a position in my department, I would offer her a position based on her dedication to the organization.

Used this hotel to lay over before meeting up with family the following day. Shuttle service worked, although it's worth knowing that you need to be in front of door 512 on the West side of the airport to meet it. I did ask the hotel about this in advance and didn't get a reply. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast, a
good basic breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. Great linens and pillows. Room very clean and cosy. It was just what we needed, to catch up on sleep. We paid for late check-out and used the extra time to rest from our flight and wait for the rest of our party to arrive.

My wife and I were heading back to the Twin Cities to help my brother move some stuff from the Family's cabin that he sold and bring it back to Colorado.
We had an early morning flight on Southwest and we didn't want to drive down at night from our house in the middle of nowhere. So, we chose to stay at this Hotel.
We are glad that we did. It was close to the airport, the shuttle ran early enough and the bed was VERY comfortable.
We checked in around 9 after stopping for dinner first, very pleasant and easy process, made it to our room and it was big and spacious.
Much nicer than some similar hotels in the same price range.
On our trip back we stayed at a Hampton Inn in North Platte, NE. Great experience there too.

Everything was great. The only comment would be that the walls must be super thin. We were woken up at 4am to our neighbor's business call that lasted an hour.

The rooms were clean and the pool was 24 hours just wish there was a hot tub as well. Had a great breakfast there was a lot to choose from and there was a waffle maker. Which I think is becoming a norm for continental breakfast. Had a great stay

15 min from Denver International Airport... convenient. Good shuttle service. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great water pressure in shower.
