Hilton Denver City Center

Literally only chose this hotel because of having an indoor swimming pool. We have kids and they love the pool after a long travel day. Denver Hilton downtown boasts in their ads that yes they have a heated indoor pool. Come to find out it has not been in service for 3 years. Never brought it back after covid due to maintenance costs. Another less service, less amenities, charge more. False advertising

I have always been a loyal Hilton Honor member. When my husband went on his business trip, he had the option to choose any hotels. I wanted him to pick Hilton because of my HH membership. I requested the hotel to print the final bill under his name and they told me not to worry and that they will take care of it. However, on the checkout day, they did not accommodate my request. When I asked about the agreed upon request, they said they can't fix it. I reached out to a Hilton support Help Desk and they said they will get it fixed. But when I reached out to the hotel directly, they said the ship has sailed. I don't usually leave bad review, especially not to the brand I strongly feel about. So this is very disappointing to me. I don't want to be embarrassed championing for a brand who ignored such a trivial request. I don't think that's a very customer-centric mindset they have.
