What a horrible experience! Truly unforgettable. Very surprised seeing any positive reviews. 1 star is generous for what I had to experience.

Room view did not match the booking description, which is tolerable, no big deal.

Bill was overcharged, no big deal too BUT, when called, rather than an apology, I got yelled at by an extremely rude, and arrogant manger. Finally admitted I was mistakenly charged for the mini bar that was not refilled from the previous guest, still with an attitude like it’s my fault. Unprofessional is understatement. (Will update once I remember the name).

By far THE worst hotel experience in my life. Will not recommend to anyone, ever.

My wife and I met here to grab takeout from Reunion (always delicious) and missed the parking signs on the way in because we have been customers for years and weren't expecting the change in policy. We were there for less than 45 minutes and today received $110 in parking tickets between our 2 cars.

Absolutely insane and predatory. I understand the parking is managed by PRRS but this is no excuse - the parking company is employed by the hotel and the policies are executed at their discretion.

We will not be returning until this policy has changed and will be warning everyone we know to do the same.

What a nightmare. Booked to stay one night and was told via email that check-in time was 1pm.

We show up at that time only to be told, "We have to check your mini-bar so you won't be charged for previous occupants usage, come back at 2pm." We did just that, and we're then told by a very rude manager that the room was not ready and won't be till 4 pm!

We gave up and eventually returned at 6 pm, got our keys, and were told we had a "market square view." See the photo attached to see what the view was actually.

The room had bare concrete floors, 1 bed, and a desk with a TV mounted all the way to the left wall. It felt like a jail cell. No couch, no storage of any kind. The AC barely cooled the room.

The area is okay, and the market itself is cool, BUT DO NOT overpay just to have cool restaurants downstairs.

Don't believe the hype from the paid reviews or those given a suite. The normal rooms are that of a 2-star hotel and that's generous.

This was booked for me for a work trip and it’s a very unimpressive stay.

For one, heat wave during our stay and our AC didn’t work. Every time I had a chance to go to the front desk to inquire no one was around. It stayed around 77 degrees in the room.

The mini bar fridge barely worked. Not great when you travel with a baby like we did.

The entire “theme” of this place is exposed industrial minimalism which is long for “the developer built this super cheap and we’re going to charge a premium for it”

The entire room is built out of 2x4’s and 3/4” plywood with concrete floors. It’s cheesy and cheap.

The toilet also wouldn’t refill on its own so I had to open it up to adjust the valve so the tank would actually fill.

I’m sure there are people who think it’s super trendy and cool and good for them but not worth the price at all.

Speaking of, be prepared to spend and extra $50 per day between the parking fee and the amenity fee that was not disclosed on the booking website.

On the plus side they give you a free sample of an IPA they have on draft at the front desk. Otherwise I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns that trump this place.
