Met a friend for a drink and some food in the 301 restaurant. We had a very good meal in a nice atmosphere. Not an extensive menu, but some hearty MN options and a couple of eclectic choices also. This hotel is in an excellent spot! Easily walkable to most everything along the water front parking is a bit tricky with the skyway access. Lee was one of the best desk agents I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. She was mindful, knowledgeable and just awesome to talk too! We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room was clean. The parking garage cost $7 *with* a hotel validation. The way the front desk person described it I thought that it was $7 up front but then would be reimbursed, but I was still charged even using their validation.

My husband and I often eat on top of the Radisson and we have always loved the food and the atmosphere. The service has always been excellent with a staff that is personable, friendly, and prompt. The food is a bit pricey but that is to be expected with quality. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because of the mode of transportation up to the restaurant...the elevators are ridiculously slow taking...

I loved everything about this hotel. From the front desk to the top-notch service from the staff, we had a great stay. The view from our balcony was so pretty. Next time, I would like to stay on the lake side. It's within walking distance of everything that Canal Park has to offer. Visit Duluth every year in the Autumn. First time staying here. Had a first floor lakeside room which was very convenient to the Lakewalk, Canal Park, dining and shopping so no complaints there, but the rooms are in need of updating, TLC, and our shower dripped the entire time we were there. First time here. The building feels historic. Very nice and we'll maintained. The rooms are standard layout. I have a lake view room and really enjoyed the view. The location couldn't be better. Right on the canal. The staff was nice, check in was quick, both pools (one indoor and one outdoor) appeared clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel in the midst of canal park. Great location, lots of food options very close. Easy access to the lake walk. Pet friendly with a fee. We go here every time we're in Duluth. My daughter loves the water slide so we pay a little extra to stay here. But it's really declining lately. Rooms were clean and cute. Patio in back is fun and has neat view. Breakfast is well done, tasty, and has great variety. Staff was helpful and we could tell they took pride in their hotel. We will be back!

Park Point was recommended by a family member and the price was reasonable, at least for Duluth in the Summer. Room was fine and beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good, typical of most hotels offering a hot breakfast. Waffle machine, powdered scrambled eggs, etc. Harbor View room with balcony was worth the little extra cost. Rating would be higher except for the $12 fee the front desk wanted...

Wonderful stop right along Lake Superior. Decent free breakfast with herbed hash browns and sausage scrambled eggs - hydrated, but good.There's a fire pit along the lake & romantic packages!

Great staff. The rooms are always clean. The views are great from all rooms too. I have stayed here maby times and it has always been. Very pleasant! Make sure to check this place out of you are looking for a place stay in the harbor!

Phenomenal customer service, the staff was SO friendly and accommodating!! The Inn is walking distance to Canal Park--a very pleasant trip in the summertime. Excellent pricing, comfortable rooms...this will be our top choice for lodging on our next trip to Duluth!

Really great experience so far! Greated by incredibly friendly staff at the front desk. Super helpful and informative. Breakfast in the morning, pool, jacuzzi, and fair gym. We added an additional night with no issues and the room is more than nice. Safe in the closet, big walk in shower and a big comfy bed to top off a long day. Very happy so far in our stay.

Very seldom the front desk is covered. Of all the times I entered or left the building on our two day stay, there was only two times where the desk was covered. When I checked in, I waited for quite a few minutes until I finally called the hotel. Then someone came to answer the phone. They said they they were in a front desk meeting. The room was very clean and a nice size. We had a king suite which included a sofa, arm chair, coffee table, desk and chair, flat screen TV, microwave, single cup coffee maker, and mini fridge. Here for work. I spent a week and a half here. In that week and half, I never had my room cleaned or fresh bedding. I had to call and finally request after 9 days. The front desk staff was quick to blame it on other shifts. Customer service is just poor. The rooms are ok, not really worth what they charge. You're paying more for location than room style. The hotel had comfortable beds and the rooms were clean. The breakfast in the morning was always hot and ready all week but pretty mediocre quality. Pool and hot tub were not working during my stay. The hotel has a good location if you are doing work outside of Duluth and do not want to drive all the way into the city each evening.

This was a great place to stay for a reasonable price when we went to the Duluth Airshow. Other prices (in Duluth!) were twice the price. It's not the Waldorf, but it's a pretty decent place with stuff nearby. We had a large clean room, a comfortable bed and a light breakfast. Wonderful hotel, quiet honestly the most comfortable beds in a hotel that I have ever had. The staff is so nice and accommodating.

Staff was friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. This is a 5-10 minute drive from any major attraction in Duluth at a price much better than places downtown or the canal.
