Overall good experience. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good location and its quiet to be so close to highway.
This hotel continually has a lack of breakfast, for the price of this location over other locations, you'd think we could eat.
The South Gr Holiday Inn has always had a fantastic breakfast, and the cost is more reasonable.
When asked if they have more food, the breakfast staff makes excuses and is rude about it on multiple occasions. It's unfortunate as we stay in hotels all over the state.
This one does not exemplify the IHG experience.
The toilet Barry worked. Had to wait 20-30 min in between flushes. Was frustrating
We got to the hotel at 5 and then had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. We gave no indication that we would be in later than the 3pm check in time.
The rooms are average, seems clean but just look old.
The picture of the pool makes it look huge but it’s actually very small and was packed to the brim.
At breakfast they kept running out of things.
But the staff was super attentive and quick to get us what we needed after checking in.
