Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino

This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside.

Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag.

What highlighted the whole experience was the friendliness of staff, from the valet and front desk, to the housekeepers. This operation is running smoothly in large thanks to the true professional General Manager Pascal, whom I had the great pleasure of meeting. Thank you Pascal, thank you to everyone at Hyatt. Keep up the amazing job 👏 Hope to be back in the near future.

This was our first stay at this property we were blown away with the great customer service, the beauty of the property and the great location. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Tahoe!

I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!

Great hotel! Spacious rooms! After a broken water pipe in the casino bathroom not only did they make it right immediately they left my family comfortable and wanting to come back even more. Food is great, drinks are great, locations is STUNNING! You get a number to text at any time for questions or request. I wish they responded sooner but they usually replied with in 10 minutes and at the room a minute later with whatever we needed. Cutest date night restaurant across the street, check out LaFondue! Great mini vacay spot for ALL weather!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel last week and absolutely loved it!
The room we had was very nice but the management and staff were beyond amazing! Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible.

Stayed here three nights over Labor Day Weekend. Staff was great, very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was delicious, we ate at the resort all the mornings. We also utilized the pool and the beach, both really nice. I love it when it's not a battle to get pool chairs even in the middle of the day. The rooms were the only thing we didn't love. Bathroom/shower could use a renovation, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Even with that, I'd stay here again.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!

Beautiful resort in one of my favorite locations in the world, Lake Tahoe. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities that one would need. Good selection of restaurants on site plus a casino where you can gamble your heart out. The pool area is superb and the main pool is heated (even during winter) to a comfortable 89°. You can swim from inside the resort to the outside so you don’t have to get cold. Fire pits are available for s’mores. The fitness room is huge and has everything you need. I did not get a chance to try the spa, but it looked beautiful. The resort also has its own private beach on the shore of Lake Tahoe.

Great place! This was my third time staying at this property, but this time with my family.

When you arrive their staff is so quick and friendly to help you with your car and/or bringing bags up. Upon check in you’re offered a glass of champagne and they also have a calendar of events for that week that are free you can participate in!

Our room was clean with a view of the mountain side and partial lake view. We had the two queen beds with a windowsill seating and it was just enough space for 3 adults and 1 child.

While there we did the Chickadee Hike and it was time well spent! It was about 2.5miles and totaled to about 2 hours. We took a sprinter van up to the trail start, had a trail guide, got bird seed for the feathery friends and even some trail mix for us! This was free, we just registered a few days before arriving on the Hyatt website. I believe they change seasonally, but we definitely want to try the others!

We also spent about a half day at the pool and don’t miss the little toddler pool that is at most 1.5 feet I believe. We almost didn’t see it, but it was a hit with our three year old!

Things we loved about the hotel:
- water bottle refill stations at the front and on our floor
- s’mores kits for a great evening snack
- the heated pool that wasn’t too hot with plenty of seating and shade
- the comfortable chairs on the beach so we didn’t have to bring our own
- the shuttle to local spots within 2 miles, we used this every day!
- great staff with great attitudes

Very welcoming and friendly environment, even greeted with drinks during check-in. Our room was upgraded to a balcony which made our entire trip. I do think it’s a little overpriced especially with a resort fee but honestly I don’t have any complaints. I think too new and upgraded takes away from how quaint the town naturally is. We really enjoyed our stay after driving across the country.
