The hotel has a good location and hardware facilities, and the room is large, but there is basically no service. It is more cost-effective to stay in the middle of the week

The hotel is generally good, close to the ski resort and Lake Tahoe. But I had some problems this time: 1. The lobby was under renovation; 2. There was a power outage the next day. My skiing plans were all messed up, but the hotel did refund me.

The room is pretty good. You can see Lake Tahoe from the 10th floor or above. Just communicate with the front desk staff about the floor when checking in. The bathroom is very large, nice! The point is: it is very close to the Heavenly Ski Resort, less than 10 minutes drive!!!

Do not book this hotel. The lake view room only has lake view at corner. The room was late and the room still dirty. The manager said will give 50 dollar discounts. However this credit never give to us at check out and another manager said there is non credit under my room at all. Called front desk for room clean. Never answer the phone. Not worth it at all.

It was clean hotel with nice view. The only negative things about them is front desk. All people at front desk are kind of rude and don’t like to answer your question.

The hotel can be seen from the lakeside from a distance (Figure 1). There are many rooms. I didn't notice this when booking the room. This king-size room is in the old building and is very old. It is not 33 square meters as marked by Ctrip. It is very small and it is difficult to put a large suitcase in it.

I have been going to Harrah's since the 1980's and this place has gone downhill.

I had a king room that offer 2 bathrooms. Nice, but the countertop by the sink had 3 Hugh. cracks. The door leading into the room was pealing and bad scratched up, as if not repainted in years.

The casino itself needs to be remodeled, it's old, it smells like sweat socks and for some reason they keep the temp so high, it feels like a blast furnace. Only 2 bars were open and were mostly dollar machines. The button on the machine were dirty and the buttons were almost falling apart.

Here's the best part. We went to "Fat Burger" for dinner. 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 cokes = $65.00, Total rip off.

Harrah's deserves better, I mean, when Circus Circus is cleaner, this place has problems. Lastly, they charge $20 to park your car outside (watch out for broken glass).

Very disappointed in my stay at Harrah's. The room has definitely seen better days. The furniture was all dinged and scratched, the wallpaper was peeling, the curtains were stained. No hot water in the showers and the shower was very small. The elevators and hallways were all beat up and worn too. On the positive side, the bed and linens were very nice and the view is beautiful.

A very outdated hotel Needs a major remodel 2 stars would be very generous.. Was charged $29.95 resort fee per night. Yet no daily cleaning room and no replenishing towels nor any amenities. We stayed 5 nights and had hot water for 1 shower and the rest of the time was barely warm. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.
