From the first shuttle driver (I cannot remember his name, but he's a lovely man from NYC), to each person I interacted with including the shuttle driver for Sunset (a local for 45 years) and the front desk staff, housekeepers and the one helping me book time on a boat. Great experience which made it up to our previous experiences with the Hilton group. Location is far from the downtown life, which is great because the shuttle takes you in and out on regular times. Frequency could be improved during peak hours (especially at night) but overall this free transportation was nice. Overall the people and service there were outstanding. Absolutely great stay.

All the staff is super friendly, especially the front desk, house keeping, and maintenance. The hotel is very clean. The air in the our room is super cold, the shower is hot, the pool is huge & nice pool towels. Loved the water and cookies. Me and my sons feel very welcome here. The shuttle drivers are all also very nice. Liked that there is a guest laundry. So sad we only have 2 more days left.

Apartment was big and very nice with huge screened in area. The resort is too far from the action of Duval. You have to either take your car and pay a fortune for parking or take a cab which we were told is about $20 each way.

Nice! Visited in mid September so not too crowded! Pool is nice. Rooms clean. We had a unit with a nice view of the water. I chose to sit by the bay in the shade of the trees to relax and read. I also tried to snorkel there- saw some fish, lobster, etc but current got a little strong as tide changed.

This hotel is like Kendal Jenner - beautiful on the outside, needs an upgrade on the inside. The rooms don’t smell fresh. Utilities are old. Carpets are old. The elevator made me nervous. The gym is good and decent. Beautiful ocean view though and great lighting. Staff are friendly.

This is some of the best hotels that is affordable. The amenities are OK and the staff is nice. The only con is the narrow parking spots, your car may get scratched. The room was dusty but they mopped it the day we asked for.

Silver Palms Inn is a good hotel which within a walking distance to major restaurants, beach, the Hemingway home, port, and more. My husband & I stayed the 1st week of March 2018. Room was very clean. I lost my wedding ring, not to brag at all..but it is a nice ring. Someone that worked the front office returned my ring to my husband. He didn't have to return it at all BUT he was honest and did!! And I am forever grateful!! The location is a decent walk to Duval but worth it! Very clean! Nice staff!

Our room was not attached to the hotel. It was out next to the entrance in a three story building. The pool was at the perfect temperature, and the jacuzzi was nice and warm. Loved renting a bike nearby and biking all over. The hotel is close to the excitement of Key West.

We stay at the Galleon every year. It's always been an awesome place. Beautiful, clean and it's really a great location. A short walking distance to Duval street and located adjacent to the docks where you can book a fishing charter, a sunset or dolphin cruise.

This place is a little long in the tooth. Everything appears to be in disrepair. A lot of normal maintenance items seem to be ignored. Rooms need to be updated. So this cute Boutique Hotel was adorbs . Parking not great we went for Bike week (Motorcycle) and we had to park about 2 blocks away since that’s where the parking is . When we checked in the young lady was so nice she explained everything to us including where to be able to park the motorcycle. Lovely low key hotel one block over from Duval St where the action is at. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, the bar, breakfast, maids...etc...etc...it simply could not have been better. Rooms were clean as were the rest of the grounds.

Third time staying here and it never disappoints. Always look forward to coming back to this little spot in paradise. Breakfast was great. Not close to downtown, but that was fine, bus schedule made it easy to get there. Loved the balcony overlooking the water! Great sunrises every morning! Happy to have a fridge and microwave in our room, that was important to us.

We spent two nights there to visit Key West - as the hotel provides a regular shuttle service till about 10 p.m. it is no big deal to get to the city. This worked perfectly so we didn't use our car during the stay. The pool was nice, sometimes a bit noisy from air traffic. Breakfast was ok so far, the rooms are spacious and very clean.
