Staff is fantastic, bar staff could use a refresher on common cocktails. Three different bartenders three different ways they made my drink. Could use some updates. But considering what type of clientele Key west brings in it isn’t too bad

The rooms were spectacular. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. You are supposed to get complimentary champagne once a day but we did not (I found this out after) but not a biggie. Gym was super clean. Location was good for us as we did not want to be downtown. They have a shuttle service that takes you downtown so it was very convenient.

This hotel will always be my go to place while visiting Key West. My boyfriend I went last August. We were greeted with Champagne! The staff were absolutely amazing! Our room was gorgeous. Our room at the Perry Hotel was clean and comfortable--I particularly enjoyed the bed, and normally I'm not a fan of hotel beds. Our whole family slept very soundly, and we liked having such a spacious room. Pros: Nice accommodations. Helpful and friendly staff. Shuttle is a plus. Cons: beach is across the road. Having the beach at the backdoor would have been awesome. You have to drive or walk a distance to shops and food or take a bike. But if your looking for quiet, here you are.

The Sheraton Suites provide a shuttle to take visitors downtown. Additionally, the hotel is across the street from the beach. The staff was polite and friendly, offers guests ideas about what to do and where to eat. The pool area was beautiful. The rooms were clean and cheerful. A great hotel

It feels like an entire apartment, with two bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors, in addition to a separate living area. Lovely hotel very clean set in pretty garden surrounding's and with friendly staff. We loved that they had very kindly given a home to several rescue cats. The hotel was nice and quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed. One slight criticism was the daily valet parking charge which should be free if you've paid to stay at the hotel.

The whole staying here depends on which room you get. The two double beds room are waaaay to small for a family. Almost claustrophobic... only small window that you can't even open if you like your privacy. The king+sofa beds rooms are bigger and much nicer, they have a big window and a pool view. Nice hotel. Just realize that like most in the Keys, the cost of the room doesn't include additional resort fees. Although very nice rooms, I wouldn't call them resort type rooms with kitchen and large fridges. They are just nice hotel rooms.

Apartment was big and very nice with huge screened in area. The resort is too far from the action of Duval. You have to either take your car and pay a fortune for parking or take a cab which we were told is about $20 each way.

The pool isn't any deeper than 4 ft. There's a hot tub, tiki bar, hammocks, toys, grills to cook on & lots of sand & places to lounge. Not to mention, the Gulf of Mexico is about a hundred yards away

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment, we were given the number 18 which is along the street. I asked for a quieter room and they gave us the number 20 which was perfect. We loved the muffins, the furnished kitchen, the decoration, the mattress. If there is just one thing to improve I would say that the music at the pool is not needed. This was the second time we've stayed here in Key West. Rooms are always clean. Location is central, close to everything. They even have their own little beach area just for hotel guests. You can pretty much walk directly from your room to the beach, or the pool, or their bar/restaurant without changing out of your swimsuit.

I visited the spa only. Small, 3 or 4 room spa tucked into a resort. I had an outstanding massage with scalp treatment. The staff went above and beyond in allowing me to use a shower beforehand as I had walked about a mile to get there. The best part of visiting the spa is being able to use the amenities afterward (ocean front pool!!).

My husband and I went to Ocean Key to celebrate my Big birthday and our Anniversary. Wow, we were blown away from the minute we arrived. We were treated like royalty! The rooms were breathtaking, the views were incredible and the food was delicious! We are going back again this year! What a wonderful experience!!

Quiet and friendly. Stayed for a week and enjoyed the friendly staff, beautiful scenery and great breakfast daily. Our room looked out to the pool and tiki bar. Tropical foliage all around. Had a wonderful time in Key West then back to our oasis, pool, and frozen drinks by the pool. Awesome.

Nice hotel. Good location. My friends stayed here, while visiting and found it a convenient and relaxed hotel. They said the service was friendly and good. A bit utilitarian on the parking lot side, but each room faces onto the pool area and has a small, private, patio area with lush vegetation...giving an added feeling of private space. Stayed at the courtyard in key west one night. Front desk staff was welcoming. When I walked in the room it was clean, tranquil. It felt like I stepped into a spa. Slept so peaceful that night. Only negative was on the brochure they had a pic of a white sandy Beach. The area they called a beach looked like a swam. Would not put my toe in that water. Didn't get to enjoy the pool. Will visit again.

We just stayed overnight, so didn't use all of the facility, but we arrived in Key West early in the morning, parked our car in the lot and were invited to use the shuttle service to downtown. Poolside or ocean view is wonderful. the staff is always friendly and smiling. They actually make it a point to talk to you. Try to find grandpa the old iguana near the pool in the morning

Such a beautiful, quaint, quiet, intimate place to stay while in key west. This is not a "commercial" hotel/motel and offers a more personal, home away from home, type of atmosphere. Stay was great. We had a total of 6 rooms, 2 of them had issues with hot water. Couldn't get through a shower without running out. Would stay again despite that but did bring it to their attention. Walking distance to many things. Clean.

Fantastic place. Very warm and homey. The pool and outside lounging are are a great place to chill out and meet some nice folks. The fella at the front desk was super-friendly and helpful. We stayed October 21 - October 24 2022, it's a nice bed & breakfast to stay at 7 blocks due east of Duval down Eaton st. They have a mini breakfast 8am - ? We were told the only smoking area was out front on the porch, but I'm confused why weed smoke is okay but cigarette smoke is any different...? This place is a little long in the tooth. Everything appears to be in disrepair. A lot of normal maintenance items seem to be ignored. Rooms need to be updated. Room cleaning is not that great either. Roman is nice but we did not get that feeling from anyone else working at this place.
