We are AAA 3-Diamond appointed, and we are also an official Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel, located only 2.5 miles from the main entrance to Walt Disney World® Resort.
Our hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle to Epcot. From there, transportation is available to other Disney attractions. We also have a free scheduled shuttle to Universal® Orlando, SeaWorld® and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. With our convenient location youll find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions are either within walking distance or just a short drive away.
In addition to our comfortable deluxe rooms, we offer a choice of specialty suites, like KidSuites with private sleeping area and special kids beds TV. All rooms feature the new Express Bedding package, mini-fridge/microwave and premium cable television channels. For a real treat, our two-room junior suites offer a king sized bed, separate living area with sofabed, work area with ergonomic chair and wet bar with mini-fridge and microwave. The rooms and common areas were clean.
The employees were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not overly rich, but it is not so bad that you will be hungry either.
***et was in a good location in terms of location
Our room was clean . The walls were paper thin and we had some noisy neighbors but I called the front desk and they immediately took care of it. If you want to go to Disney, you really can’t pick a better location for the price. It took about 12 minutes to get to Disney Springs and about 22 minutes to get home from Disney magic kingdom with the traffic at Disney. It’s as close to “around the corner” that we were looking for.
If I had one complaint, it would be that the two double room was a little small with our luggage. we had three suitcases and a toddler, so it was cramped, but you don’t come to Kissimmee to hang out in the hotel room.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and it is worth the risk for the price that you pay .
Like I said everything else was great. Breakfast was good, pool was nice, staff where super friendly but the hotel cleanliness needs a lot of work.
Their poor customer service and dishonesty is what has prevented me from staying again.
