The pools, wave pool, and lazy river are a lot of fun. It was never super overcrowded, and we stayed here in July. The rooms themselves are well kept, and I never found any issues with them

We were fortunate enough to have the breakfast included with our stay due our company covering it. I have never experienced a better hotel breakfast

The fresh fruit, assortment of breads, and endless hot options were wonderful. As a vegetarian, I was still able to get a great meal each day. They switched out some items daily which kept the breakfast interesting

Great staff! Thank you to everyone who made my stay here great. Pleasant people everywhere and it really makes the atmosphere wonderful. Large rooms, beautiful pool, and amazing views!

Food at the conference was excellent and lots of dairy free and gluten free options. Also the staff was highly attentive and friendly

The golf courses are excellent and your enjoyment of them only increases with every repeat round. The practice facilities are top of the range and the staff really look after you

Tennis courts, mini golf, along with 2 pools and a hot 🔥 tub. There are other things on this resort. The bottom line is it's actually a very nice to go with your family and friends

We have paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and a balcony. All rooms are now remodeled. Its quieter than other resorts and nice!

Great location and value for the price. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pools and outdoor games (chess, mini golf, playground).

My family and I vacationed here and it was actually a very nice place. We rented 2 rooms, which included 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room area. 4 flat screen televisions in each room

The pools are beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. This resort is near lots of shopping for food, clothes & entertainment. Near major roads to travel to various theme parks

Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need so you don’t have to eat out every night if you don’t want. Fun for everyone two large pools for all ages and a jacuzzi

The pool area and jacuzzi were clean and very well attended to. The bar beside the pool served reasonably priced drinks and one could eat food from the restaurant, while seated at the bar or at tables around the pool

-Staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the bartender by the pool. Cons: -My only complaint about the room, is that it was one of those rooms that is joined by a door

The "half kitchen" is more like a place where someone put a microwave on the counter, placed a mini fridge in the corner and. Although the rooms are clean, I got the feeling of claustrophobia due to the small windows

I just stayed here a few days ago and I really liked this resort. Pros: -My room was clean and exactly what I needed as a single traveler. -Check in and out were easy, very accommodating with arrival and departure

Major mistake! I should have eaten there my entire stay! The Philly cheese steaks are fantastic! My daughter loved the chicken fingers. The french fries were some of the best I've ever had

It could very well be that if I was younger and traveling with friends, that these rooms with "half kitchens" would be sufficient but for someone with a family, like myself, it is lacking

Our first stay at Reunion and we loved it. Clean & Spacious with plenty of room for the Kids & Grandkids. We loved the restaurants & the Waterpark. Our unit had a smaller community pool as well, which was nice

Spent a few days here on a golf outing. Rooms were quite spacious and in decent condition. We did not have any cleaning services during our stay however we didnt mind as there were plenty of towels

The negatives to point out are pools not walking distance for everyone and we had to drive to the main pool, rooms have thin walls and we could hear the people staying next to us (every night)

Great pools and water park, location is minutes from Disney Springs and resort felt safe and very clean

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa overlooking a golf course. It was very nice and spacious. Clean comfortable and reasonably priced. Probably liked the Nickolas best. Tough greens! Definitely worth trying for a fun golf trip

Gate Security was very friendly and helpful & Check in was a breeze. I highly recommend if you want a place for a family vacation. I'm not a golfer, but looks like a couple of nice golf courses there as well

Everyone of the hotel staff we spoke to was so nice and helpful. We didn’t feel crowded with 5 of us in a room. The pool areas are awesome!! Our kids LOVED the slides at one of the pools (there’s 3 pools)

Breakfast was fantastic, location was great. Room was a good size. The kids loved the pools and outdoor activities.

Most of the staff were very welcoming. Luis, the nighttime attendant wasn’t my favorite. Very condescending attitude when asking for something. I personally didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities but there were plenty

Stayed at a different Hotel but the hotels in the area have access to this place's amenities. Didn't get a chance to use the pools but they looked fun. Played mini golf which was a lot of fun.

The attendants were so helpful and kind. Housekeeping came most days but seemed to wait to watch me leave before attempting to come in. Didn’t mop or change linens just took garbage and made the bed

The free breakfast was really good. This is a place you could stay and not have to go anywhere. There is like 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, miniature golf, rock climbing, bar's(more than one bar)

The pool and hot tub is very nice. Rooms are clean and nice! Good place for the kids, lots of Disney stuff all over the hotel. Bear in mind, it shows on one of their websites that they have an arcade in the game room

Pancake maker and OJ plus much more! The pool was nice although it had a lot of leaves in it and the hot tub was dated but clean! Our room was clean

The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast area was very big, clean and cozy. Breakfast was busy on a Saturday morning but there was plenty of hot food. Sausage links, gravy and biscuits as well as scrambled eggs

The walls were paper thin and we had some noisy neighbors but I called the front desk and they immediately took care of it. If you want to go to Disney, you really can’t pick a better location for the price

However, the game room was completely empty (I assume it's empty because of Covid). We were a little disappointed about the game room, but had a nice stay nonetheless! Definitely would stay here again 😁

This is such a great hotel! Awesome location- only 15 minutes from Disney World! Excellent customer service. Very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was lovely

Staff is very courteous & kind. Rooms are clean and what sold it for me was just generally how calm and safe we felt here

And if you stand on the 3rd floor balcony at 9-9:15pm facing the office, you can see fireworks right across the way. , minus the harassment that some usually experience

Not bad place. Need more smoking containers outside the rooms since there aren't any smoking rooms. The mice traps had me worried. Wish they had a coffee maker but it wasn't bad at all.

The main pool, Sandy Beach, Bar and restaurant area is always extremely fun

Facilities at resort includes: 1 DVD rentals free, TV in Hall and bed rooms , decent kitchen amenities with plates, spoons, glass and other essential utilities like mixer, refrigerator, microwave , dish washer

Prompt service by resort housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff. There courtesy and politeness added stars to the rating. We stayed for 4 days, 3N and the 2 bedroom was found to be very spacious

45 pm and the check--in process was quick and efficient

The bartenders are understaffed for sure, and I would give the place of five star if you could actually get a drink when he wanted one, but I still enjoy going there

I've always found the front office staff to be very good here. Because the actual rooms are individually owned, your mileage may vary a little bit there

It was by far the nicest hotel I had stayed in at the lowest price I paid. We did not get to use room service seeing we stayed 1 night but the breakfast when we awoke the next day was quite refreshing

Me and my family took a trip to Orlando to search for a new house to renovate. On the way, we stopped at this wonderful hotel. We checked in at around 7:00, Are room number was 237

Great location. Room was clean. Check your bill. I was given one rate for a single night stay but was charged more. Not a lot more, however, I was there a total of 4 hours and they refuse to correct it.

Room was fairly clean although there was a strong, unpleasant, musty smell. Small bug in bathroom, but no signs of bedbugs. Tv is an older model.

Breakfast was good value for money, staff couldn’t help you enough on any aspect. Enjoyed the pool and it was also well kept

A few things to remember: You do have to pay $25 a night to hold your room, but this was redeemed to us within hours of checking out, They are under construction right now (Feb 2018) so I would call before booking about things that may be affected by construction - such as the pool or breakfast, They provide transportation to the parks, but I would highly recommend (as they would) using your own...

Very nice for the price, the front desk staff esteem accommodating! Was for our son and daughters birthday trip t o Disney animal kingdom, the staff went beyond to handwrite cards, and nice cake and balloons! A++ The rooms clean, newly done

There is an open field between the buildings for playing games, a Lego playroom for kids (after they go to the Lego Store at Disney Springs this will be welcomed), a fitness center, a business center, and a library

The pool goes to 8 feet deep (awesome) but beware for weak swimmers. Also, we were checked in by a very nice young lady named Mickie

Three machines available to make it quick and convenience. They offer hot milk, for me very important as I love the hot latte coffee. The game room is free to play. I enjoy play pac man with my kids

The room was clean and had all the small wears and amenities you need for longer stay. The bed was very comfy, and I loved the enclosed balcony. The two pools and 4 hot tubs were all incredibly well maintained

The pools are pretty standard, but there are many, and there's a bunch of hot tubs scattered around the property

Stayed from April 7th and checked out this morning. I was blown away by everything here. We came here for a Disney trip for my son’s birthday and we booked this hotel because of the fair price and proximity to the parks

I will come back here every time I come for a Disney trip

My wife and I had a wonderful week here. Huge condo, with just about everything you need. Big comfortable beds, great AC, large bathrooms. There is a condo fee, which is quite fair IMO. Two pools, three hot jacuzzi 's

I didn’t realize how extensive this property was. Our room was huge, with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms

so nice to cool off!!! Our kids loved it and so did we! You have your own privacy and it felt great! All in all the place was awesome and we had an amazing vacation in this resort! Would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend to all our friends! The pool is only 4ft deep so its perfect if you have smaller kids!

Stayed 3 weeks: 1 – 15 August (2 bed lake view & hot tub) & 16 – 22 Aug (4 bed & swimming pool). Grounds were very clean & well kept. Staff were quick to respond to our requests/queries

The pool is perfect after a long day of shopping and a long day walking around theme parks

The resort is beautiful, well kept and maintained and immaculate landscaping. We were able to check in at 4pm. Visiting from Toronto, it would have been nice if the check in was a bit earlier, we had a long drive

Once we got there, the place was gorgeous! Very clean! Stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer were on site too, which is great when you have small kids or in general just do be able to wash a load

Each unit is a townhouse & is beautiful inside. I like that there is a mix of residential and resort homes here. There is plenty to eat around you off the main road. Considered buying a townhouse here

the room was spotless, and the girl who works the front counter is super nice and also very nice to look at lol, but seriously she was great! give her a raise! The entire stay was great and they were very responsive to my needs and any concerns I may have had

anyone posting negative reviews is straight up lying! I have been in at least 4 other hotels in this area and I have to say that you just cannot beat what you get for your money at THIS OYO LOCATION!

This was a good comfy location. We extended our vacation by a few days and decided to stay here because the rate was affordable and the rooms looked decent online

Don't judge a book by its cover! The building is brown and plain but the rooms are well kept and the staff is very friendly

❤️ My stay was rather peaceful. My room for the most part was extremely clean. I stayed in room 105 and the ambiance was everything

The staff was friendly, they even have drinks and snacks for sale. The rental room rate was great for one night. The room does need some repairs. For staying for a night or 2 is fine

It had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The king-size bed was not to comfterble and could use better pillow. Also has a pull out couch and small table to sit amd eat

Clean, staffed 24 hrs, on a main highway. Good for reasonably priced motel near attractions. Some upgrades, some older furnishings. Not upscale.
