Stayed here for a conference. The rooms were excellent. Great hotel amenities. Food at the conference was excellent and lots of dairy free and gluten free options. Also the staff was highly attentive and friendly. You just don’t see this level of service as much anymore so I felt a positive review was in order. I would highly recommend this hotel for large events and outings.

My family and I vacationed here and it was actually a very nice place. We rented 2 rooms, which included 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room area. 4 flat screen televisions in each room. Tennis courts, mini golf, along with 2 pools and a hot 🔥 tub. My fiancee and I had a king room with a jacuzzi bathtub in it. The room itself was very nice and fully furnished. The balconies are the added extra for that relaxed nightcap. We loved it and I'm sure that future guests will also. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Any issues that you present to them on your room, they'll work diligently to resolve it quickly.

Quiet and safe place to stay. Rooms were clean. Only difference since before pandemic is the activities offered and karaoke gone. Always enjoy our time here. Great pools and water park, location is minutes from Disney Springs and resort felt safe and very clean. The negatives to point out are pools not walking distance for everyone and we had to drive to the main pool, rooms have thin walls and we could hear the people staying next to us (every night).

Stayed here for a golf trip. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa overlooking a golf course. It was very nice and spacious. Clean comfortable and reasonably priced. We played all 3 golf courses. Probably liked the Nickolas best. Tough greens! Definitely worth trying for a fun golf trip.

Spent a few days here on a golf outing. Rooms were quite spacious and in decent condition. We did not have any cleaning services during our stay however we didnt mind as there were plenty of towels. The resort is quite large to get around however shuttle service is provided to get you back and forth.

Staff is very courteous & kind. Rooms are clean and what sold it for me was just generally how calm and safe we felt here. And if you stand on the 3rd floor balcony at 9-9:15pm facing the office, you can see fireworks right across the way.... the parking lot is well lit. We really liked this place and will definitely come back. The two bedroom comfortably fit our family of six. It is very spacious. There are lots of things for the kids to do onsite. The staff is friendly. Only complaint is that the beds are hard and the tvs are old and small.

I've always found the front office staff to be very good here. Because the actual rooms are individually owned, your mileage may vary a little bit there. The main pool, Sandy Beach, Bar and restaurant area is always extremely fun. The bartenders are understaffed for sure, and I would give the place of five star if you could actually get a drink when he wanted one, but I still enjoy going there.

This was a great place for our national team meetings. We brought in 19 people and stayed in a few of the condos and had access to a meeting room. A great place to to have both fun and a space to get away to do meetings. Would definitely come here again

Very nice resort. Clean room and facility's. Front desk staff were so helpful. Tons of space inside and out. The property was big with lots of different pools and a beach. Restaurant and bar had great service and were affordable especially during happy hour. Only downside was nothing in walking distance. Had to drive 5 minutes to get get almost anything.

Me and my family took a trip to Orlando to search for a new house to renovate. On the way, we stopped at this wonderful hotel. We checked in at around 7:00, Are room number was 237. It was by far the nicest hotel I had stayed in at the lowest price I paid. We did not get to use room service seeing we stayed 1 night but the breakfast when we awoke the next day was quite refreshing.

I really like this hotel. It is very simple but enough. The breakfast is nice. You can make waffles. Three machines available to make it quick and convenience. They offer hot milk, for me very important as I love the hot latte coffee. The game room is free to play . I enjoy play pac man with my kids. Everything is super clean and minimalistic. I recommend it.

My wife and I had a wonderful week here. Huge condo, with just about everything you need. Big comfortable beds, great AC, large bathrooms. Free parking. There is a condo fee, which is quite fair IMO. This is one of the nicest resorts in Kissimmee. We have vacationed here the last 6 yrs. It is close to Disney as well as restaurants and stores, but off the busy main road. The people who work here are very pleasant and extremely helpful. There are two lovely heated pools and two hot tubs as well as a gym, cafe and game room. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
