The property is beautiful and well maintained. Every member of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating! Lots to do even if you don't leave the hotel.

Liked everything. Adult pool too shallow to swim. Self parking far away. Shuttle service to sports field appreciated.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is also very close to Disneyland, the hygiene is good, the hotel facilities are a little old, there are many golf courses around, April is a good day, not too hot, it feels very comfortable

This property is one of the few properties in Orlando area where you can just go and relax for the weekend and not have to think about theme parks if you don't want to but if you do even though it's a little bit of an extra drive away from most of them, you go back to an oasis in the middle of the city where you can easily take a theme park day off and just hang out at the resort and have a vacation...

Great location and value for the price. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pools and outdoor games (chess, mini golf, playground).

My family and I vacationed here and it was actually a very nice place. We rented 2 rooms, which included 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the living room area. 4 flat screen televisions in each room. Tennis courts, mini golf, along with 2 pools and a hot 🔥 tub. There are other things on this resort. The bottom line is it's actually a very nice to go with your family and friends.

The room was very nice and spacious. The bedroom in our unit was a bit strange in that the bathtub and shower were part of the bedroom rather than in a separate bathroom. My fiancee and I had a king room with a jacuzzi bathtub in it. The room itself was very nice and fully furnished. The balconies are the added extra for that relaxed nightcap. We loved it and I'm sure that future guests will also. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Any issues that you present to them on your room, they'll work diligently to resolve it quickly.

Beautiful place. The grounds are kept clean & the paths are easy to maneuver. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The upstairs bar/ lounge has great drinks. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The pools are beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. This resort is near lots of shopping for food, clothes & entertainment. Near major roads to travel to various theme parks.

Quiet and safe place to stay. Rooms were clean. Only difference since before pandemic is the activities offered and karaoke gone. Always enjoy our time here. Oh and why have showers in jetted tubs with no shower curtain for some privacy and to keep cold air from blowing directly on you while showering.

Excellent place, especially for the cost. We went there during hurricane Ian, and what had happened was the storm accelerated so we ended up going there a day earlier than planned. Great pools and water park, location is minutes from Disney Springs and resort felt safe and very clean. The negatives to point out are pools not walking distance for everyone and we had to drive to the main pool, rooms have thin walls and we could hear the people staying next to us (every night).

Stayed here for a golf trip. Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa overlooking a golf course. It was very nice and spacious. Clean comfortable and reasonably priced. We played all 3 golf courses. Probably liked the Nickolas best. Tough greens! Definitely worth trying for a fun golf trip.

I loved this spot. It was an air b&b, located in the resort community. Every employee was so helpful and pleasant. You couldn't help but have a smile on your face after an interaction. Spent a few days here on a golf outing. Rooms were quite spacious and in decent condition. We did not have any cleaning services during our stay however we didnt mind as there were plenty of towels. The resort is quite large to get around however shuttle service is provided to get you back and forth.

Not bad place. Need more smoking containers outside the rooms since there aren't any smoking rooms. The mice traps had me worried. Wish they had a coffee maker but it wasn't bad at all.

Staff is very courteous & kind. Rooms are clean and what sold it for me was just generally how calm and safe we felt here. And if you stand on the 3rd floor balcony at 9-9:15pm facing the office, you can see fireworks right across the way.... the parking lot is well lit. We really liked this place and will definitely come back. The two bedroom comfortably fit our family of six. It is very spacious. There are lots of things for the kids to do onsite. The staff is friendly. Only complaint is that the beds are hard and the tvs are old and small.

I've always found the front office staff to be very good here. Because the actual rooms are individually owned, your mileage may vary a little bit there. The main pool, Sandy Beach, Bar and restaurant area is always extremely fun. The bartenders are understaffed for sure, and I would give the place of five star if you could actually get a drink when he wanted one, but I still enjoy going there.

Close to Disney World. Wall outlets lose, some sort of "unsafe" altercation outside. Police told us to hurry inside for our safety when we arrived and parked. Staff was great, room was very nice. Poolside very nice! Would stay again.

This was a great place for our national team meetings. We brought in 19 people and stayed in a few of the condos and had access to a meeting room. A great place to to have both fun and a space to get away to do meetings. Would definitely come here again

Great location. Room was clean. Check your bill. I was given one rate for a single night stay but was charged more. Not a lot more, however, I was there a total of 4 hours and they refuse to correct it.

Room was fairly clean although there was a strong, unpleasant, musty smell. Small bug in bathroom, but no signs of bedbugs. Tv is an older model.

Me and my family took a trip to Orlando to search for a new house to renovate. On the way, we stopped at this wonderful hotel. We checked in at around 7:00, Are room number was 237. It was by far the nicest hotel I had stayed in at the lowest price I paid. We did not get to use room service seeing we stayed 1 night but the breakfast when we awoke the next day was quite refreshing.

Good overall. One thing is discouraging. Lights fixtures, microwave, bathroom door handles. All very rusty. Please take notice and hope to find all these replaced. They aren’t expensive fixes.

Nice people but probably wouldn’t stay there again We’ve stayed in Hampton Inns numerous times. This was definitely not a new hotel. Things were rusty and stained. Just looked and felt a little run down. The staff was great though. Breakfast was mediocre.

Seeing mickey & Family again. The room was spacious, clean but not in excellent condition, the small fridge was not working(not cooling), the sink was clogged, good thing i had cooler and i was able to get ice from the ice machine. Breakfast was great, very convenient hrs. Overall it was good.

the condition of the property and cleanliness is not as per the Hilton standard . but I was happy since the room was really big and cozy for us family of 4.

So far, good, room service... NONE, meaning it wasn't cleaned in 5 days despite our request; they only provided fresh towels. Despite repeated requests, they promised to do it, but never did. It's a shame. A family room had strong vibrations, but it was swapped without any problems. Breakfast was better than usual.

The room is big enough. The layout is good, the hotel's external environment is good, and there are many shopping restaurants nearby. The breakfast is average.

My wife and I had a wonderful week here. Huge condo, with just about everything you need. Big comfortable beds, great AC, large bathrooms. Free parking. There is a condo fee, which is quite fair IMO. The grounds were immaculate. Two pools, three hot jacuzzi 's. Very quiet. Bit of a drive to stores, but not bad. Would stay here again, no problem.

It was ok for our stay. Needed some cleaning, bed was broken downstairs, light in pool did not work, no cleaning net for pool to collect debris, and no clear instructions for check out. But the pool was nice and warm even at 9pm.
