Great resort - the rooms, common areas, outside areas, service, activities. Fantastic. Everything was top notch other than the food - the sushi place, in particular, needs to use stickier rice and improve their offerings. We found better dining options outside the resort. The outside food and drinks were fantastic though.
The property is in need of some TLC. Repaint and repair in many areas. Rugs in hallways in need of replacement. Two areas that need improvement: 1. Friendliness of staff. I walked by countless number of workers around the property and not one made eye contact or said hello. 2. Room services dirty dishes being left outside rooms. They remained outside in the hallways we walked down for 12-24 hours...
The resort was nice and had all the amenities you would expect. The concierge, however, led us astray. We booked an expensive boat ride, and the concierge told us breakfast and lunch would be served and even took our lunch orders. Neither meal was served and our party (including children) was uncomfortable and hungry.
I loved the room and the staff. Much better than I expected and I did not want to leave. Hope to be back soon.
The hotel golf course is great
Beautiful property!!! All of the staff was helpful, friendly and caring. The room was very comfortable and the food exceptional.

Two bedroom villa was huge! Very clean and comfortable. We traveled with adult. Hildren. Set up was excellent
Beautiful grounds, spacious room, clean, and excellent service with every interaction. I would definitely stay here again. Super convenient location too.
Probably the most beautiful property on Kawai. Fabulous pools, nice walkways, very close to the beach. Wonderful property for families! The amenities were nice and the balcony was massive with a gorgeous view. Can’t say enough good things about Kaloa Landing! Our entire family loved it!!!
I have stayed in a number of hotels. The two bedroom villa was incredible. A great view. Useful amenities like kitchen and washer/dryer. Beautiful grounds. Fantastic pools. I could hardly imagine staying anywhere else on the island. This stay was well worth the money spent.
The location of the property was excellent and the poolside and the landscape of the property was beautiful. The proximity to the Paipu beech and other attractions including the airport(30 minute drive) was very appealing. The washer and dryer in the room was an advantage. The rooms ,services, and amenities provided could have been better. I have had much better experience in other Autograph properties...
Amazing property, villas bigger than expected, great welcome gift, courteous staff, any request done immediately. Pools are probably one of the best in America.

POIPU KAPILI
Koloa, 2221 Kapili Road 🧭 Map
Beautiful spot, and a great 2br garden condo. The compound is very quiet, few use the pool. If you're looking for a bit more action, the resort 'next door' has a nice beach bar. A longer walk east is Poipu Beach, or to the west is a outdoor mall with restaurants and beachwear and such.
Parrish is doing an excellent job managing Poipu Kapili. We’ve stayed here for decades (should have bought a condo here!). March of 2023 I was diagnosed with covid on day we were scheduled to fly home. Couldn’t fly for five days. Parrish put us up in cottage they manage, and even offered to grocery shop for us. I find they always try to accommodate their guests’ specific needs. A special Mahalo to...
My wife and I just stayed in #32 at the Poipu Kapili and it was a terrific experience. There is a wonderful view out the living room veranda of the beautiful grounds, including the swimming pool and beyond that the waves breaking on the ocean (see picture). We used the veranda and the raised patio furniture every morning for breakfast as it got the day started reminding us of the beauty of living...
Stunning. Very clean and the grounds are incredible. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff is amazing. The ocean is steps away and minutes away from shopping and restaurants 1

The hotel is a beach hotel, but not the best for swimming - waves, wind, rocks. But if you have a car, it is convenient to get from the hotel to both the north and south of the island. There is a large selection of food/restaurants near the hotel.
Beautiful renovated hotel! Great atmosphere, friendly staff good drinks and food! Lovely amenities for the rooms.
This time that I stayed, there was not the best room. This is my fourth time staying there and the last trip I got to stay in the remodeled rooms which were great. This last trip. I stayed in the older one and the room was pretty stinky smelling like mildew, but it was just for one night
Really friendly staff, relaxing pool and hot tub, lovely restaurant on the hotel property and central location. Service to change swimming towels any time you want to is great too!
Beautiful beach on property. Lounge chairs to sit on the beach in the evening and listen to the ocean. Absolutely relaxing, be careful though, you may fall asleep. Front desk staff and housekeepers were all friendly and always helpful. Only 2 floors, which is nice, less crowded. Our room was clean and beds were firm which is how I like it. Parking is first come first serve, but they have valet parking...
Nice hotel overall — clean and quiet. Check in and check out went very smooth. Housekeeping is very efficient and kind. Parking is very limited at nighttime, not as bad during the day. We didn’t have any problems finding parking, but we also didn’t stay out very late in the evening and had a sedan. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Kauai — good value for cost overall.

Loved the beachfront location, peace & quiet. Disliked rust air conditioner, loud rattly bathroom fan, & especially rusty hook locks on sliding door & screen; VERY difficult to open lock on screen door. Prefwr walk-in showe
The property was gorgeous and the marketplace next door was great, but the beds were SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Both my mom and I (only in my 20s btw!) had horrible back and neck pain while staying here. Had we booked a stay here longer than a couple days we would have had to leave to go elsewhere. Also just be prepared for the very limited parking, they ran out every night we were there.
Getting great only thing is hallways shower wouldn’t get hot and room shower was small kine clogged
Great location. Very close walk to Coconut marketplace shops and restaurants. Pretty much every room has an ocean view. On the ocean. Great walking biking path at hotel. Easy parking.
Room was clean and comfortable. I had booked an ocean view room and the view from my balcony was great. The garden was also beautiful. Like name suggests, the hotel is right at the beach. There are several restaurants nearby at walking distance. The beach is great to watch sunrise. There is no house keeping unless you stay more than 5 nights. Although, being close to the beach, the room requires more...
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Islander. It has been quiet, peaceful, and friendly, and there are a lot of good places to eat within comfortable walking distance from the hotel. And the ocran view from our lanai is mesmerizing. Yeah, we'd stay here again!

Beautiful. Perfect location. Large, comfortable suite. Good food at the Oasis. Wonderful massage at the spa. Tons of fun in the pool - slides and lazy river. Relaxing. Loved eating on the patio and listening to the island. I'll stay here again.
Rooms well equipped and comfortable. EXCELLENT pool. Hot Tubs and slides to accommodate all ages and abilities. Lost of room to stretch out and find your spot. Beach access is rocky beyond the surf linf but perfect for enjoying the sand and waves. Saw a monk seal 6 out of 8 days in the beach. Losts to do in nearby area. Easy access to excellent restaurants and grocery. Only concern is that exterior...
If you're staying in kapaa this is one of the best places to stay. You have it all! Pool, grills, beach. What more do you need? Spa by the sea is incredible as well. Get the volcanic treatment and all for Taylor. She is the best and you will leave feeling like a new person. Beware of oasis restaurant however, not very impressive. I recommend JO2 right down the street. Amazing cuisine, wine and cocktail...
Stayed for a week with the family. The condo and the facility are great. The pool, gym, restaurant, beach are all perfect for a family stay. Also the grocery store across the street, as well as little town a few blocks away were great. Close access to an awesome walking path. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend and would certainly back.
Great River Pool, with slides, and hot tubes. The condo is great, with its own kitchen. You can buy food from several food stores across the road. We also got flash floods several days, 1-3" of rain per hour, we stayed high and dry. The ladies downstairs handled rental cars to helicopter rides. They also recommended a great beach to snorkel at; which my 4 son's had never did before. Not only did we...

Magnificent views from the balcony and great pool and spa that kids loved. Room was spacious easily would accomodate bigger family than our 2+2.
This was a piece of paradise. We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location close to restaurants and a grocery store. Views were amazing and you can walk from the room to the beach down a private path. The pool made you feel like you were truly in a tropical place and not just a hotel pool. The restaurant had love music and great food.
The grounds and views are breathtaking. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. Lots of Aloha spirit here. It feels very relaxing, not so stiff and formal as some of the big corporate resorts. The pool is fabulous and the temp is perfect. The beds and linens were wonderful and the room was spotless. Perfect stay in this little piece of paradise
Awesome place to stay! We loved having access to the kitchenette during our vacation. It was super clean with a spectacular view and a very comfortable bed! The resort pool is one of the nicest I've ever seen. We didn't think we'd be spending time at the pool rather than the beach, but we enjoyed many nights there and in the hot tub!
From the moment we arrived on property we were in paradise. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in condo #4321 & 4322 which we will definitely be back. It’s clean, up to date with a cool island vibe. This condo had the amenities of any 5 star resort we’ve stayed at. We loved it and it’s very spacious. The kitchen is fully loaded, electric drapes throughout, high quality towels, bedding...
Honestly, I had read mixed reviews on this resort but it could not have exceeded my expectations. We exchanged a week on our timeshare with this location so the only problem I saw were people arriving that didn’t understand it was a timeshare. Not sure what the issue was but we did not experience any issues. The ground and pool were well-maintained and absolutely gorgeous. The views were the best in...
