We had an amazing 5 day stay at this resort! The pools are amazing! You can purchase a float ring from the store at the pool for $30. Its really fun to float in the lazy river. It's a stunning place that feels like paradise. In many ways it's sad to see a once natural area turned into something so developed and man made but if you can get past that, it's spectacular. The pool area is massive and the open air lobby areas are beautiful. I'm not sure it's worth staying here for an entire visit for most people because at the price, most people will feel like they need to stay...

This hotel is great. It's a place to getaway from it all. Our room was upgraded to an Ocean view King, renovated. The grounds are beautiful. Pool - go there super early if you want a chair. Beach - go there early if you want a chair. Food - Overall, very good but you will pay the price. I suggest you walk over to the mall to explore other cheaper grinds. We really loved our stay at the GHK and will absolutely stay again. If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to book club access! It was well worth it. All the staff at the club and front desk were so accommodating. We did have one issue with concierge, but I do feel like management did all that they could to make amends. We will absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I prefer staying at Outriggers of the same type of condo categories. Aston rooms are somewhat consistent, and aged. I prefer some of their properties over others. In all, value wise, I'd go for something a little better. Day of checkout, they really need you to get out. Just saying.

The room that we rented was a single bedroom with a king bed. Bathroom is large with double sinks and a walk in shower. Living room has a love seat sofa, couple of comfy end chairs with a large foot rest. Dining room has a square table with 4 comfy chairs. Accommodations were great. Folks working were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to good snorkling and good food. The main pool was very nice. We struggled with the pool key at first and had to get a new one. Its a bit confusing to walk around the resort because all the paths are twisty. We could hear the road from our room which other people did complain about, but it wasn’t a big deal...

We stayed here before and likely gave it 5 star. It's a little bit 9f a gamble if which unit you will get. First I was always signed up as a A list member but they had no record of that anymore. I stayed here the last three years a A-list member. Members get some perks such as gift and often upgraded unit. Our condo was very nice this year but I asked if I could be moved. So much better than a teeny tiny hotel room! The furniture may be a bit outdated, and the place could use a refresher overall, but we loved the place overall. I would absolutely me back.

Great location. Big rooms with a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer inside the room - this was a huge bonus for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Labor Day week. The hotel was pleasantly quiet, and securing parking was a breeze thanks to the provided parking pass. Absolutely beautiful hotel!! We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our room was large, spacious with a kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking supplies, a large beautiful bathroom, and a large balcony with an oversized sliding door that allowed the outdoors inside. We were within very close walking distance of 2/3 pools, none of which ever felt overly crowded or rowdy...

We haven't even concluded our stay and I already am giving Koloa Landing five stars. Truly an incredible experience. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The cleaning crew deserves huge props- on the days we took our "do not disturb" sign off the door, they freshen up our room perfectly and I saw various members of the cleaning staff around grounds meticulously cleaning hallways, rooms...

Koloa Landing Resort has great staff, excellent pools and very nice rooms. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the grill, the sunsets and the turtles in the bay. What a great location in Kauai. Oh and the kids activities were excellent! The welcome gift and scavenger hunt was awesome!

This was a really cool resort for families and couples alike. The main pool really is awesome, but there are also some other pools that are quieter if that's what you're looking for. The room was really nice and clean, and it felt very new and luxurious. The location is near some great beaches, shops, and restaurants. It was a great stay!

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm. Unit was fully equipped with everything you can think of, very clean and working properly. Manager was very responsive and very helpful. Very short walk to the beach , on the sunny side of the island. I would definitely stay there again!

Hideaway Cove is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Poipu. A very beautiful place to call home for a few days and it’s made even better by the hospitality from Herb. Very comfortable with lots of extras. If this is available to rent, which I doubt is very often, go ahead and book it!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was like staying at a friend's house. Very spacious, very clean, and well cared for. The location was ideal - we rented a Jeep but walked to almost everywhere in the Poipu Beach area. It was our first time in Kauai and the owners were very helpful in identifying local things to do and experience, and even helping to set some up via their contacts.

Awesome location, getting to the beach is so quick and easy! The rooms are always in great condition and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, it’s the perfect getaway spot ☺️

All of the rooms here are unique and have something special. Keep your eye out for it, or it may easily be missed. :)

Beautiful spot, and a great 2br garden condo. The compound is very quiet, few use the pool. If you're looking for a bit more action, the resort 'next door' has a nice beach bar. A longer walk east is Poipu Beach, or to the west is a outdoor mall with restaurants and beachwear and such.

Parrish is doing an excellent job managing Poipu Kapili. We’ve stayed here for decades (should have bought a condo here!). March of 2023 I was diagnosed with covid on day we were scheduled to fly home. Couldn’t fly for five days. Parrish put us up in cottage they manage, and even offered to grocery shop for us. My wife and I just stayed in #32 at the Poipu Kapili and it was a terrific experience. There is a wonderful view out the living room veranda of the beautiful grounds, including the swimming pool and beyond that the waves breaking on the ocean (see picture). We used the veranda and the raised patio furniture every morning for breakfast as it got the day started reminding us of the beauty of living...

Very nice resort! Apparently these units are privately owned and Parrish manages them. The townhouse is on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. A full bath and a pull out couch downstairs. Fully loaded kitchen. There are even chairs and sand toys for the beach. One nice bonus that I found was a collection of books. So far it's all good and next trip to HawIi, I'll look at Parrish...

SO HAPPY! Amazingly beautiful here. I'm amazed at all the things here in the condo were able to use. There are boogie boards, tennis rackets and toys for my son's. The grounds and pool are so well kept. The supplied BBQ'S provided are brand new. Truly perfect. Perfect beaches real close too. A perfect 10!
