I wish I could remember the woman's name that checked us in, but she was fantastic! She made my birthday weekend amazing by upgrading our room. I am very appreciative! This hotel smells the best on the strip. The bars here are cool too!

Pretty new, room is spacious and clean. they got Byredo shampoo, body wash and hand wash, but no coffee machine in room. I don’t see many shopping options there and it’s quick a walk to the main strip area

This post is mainly for my encounter with the front desk associate, Pam.

I was helped by Pam at the front desk tonight, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her kindness and patience. She went above and beyond to support me, showing incredible understanding and compassion when I needed it most. Since it was my first time ever staying on the property, which had been recommended by my travel concierge, Pam spent a long time trying to upgrade me or find the perfect room to make my stay special. She called multiple other properties to see if they can accommodate a room upgrade. Even when the manager on duty that night wasn’t as kind nor even help make an effort in getting me a better room, Pam maintained positive and stayed helpful the entire time towards me, which meant so much. What Pam didn’t know was that I had just received difficult news from my doctor, and her empathy truly restored my faith in humanity. Thank you, Pam, for reminding me that kindness exists in the world. You made a lasting difference for me that day. I wish there were more people in the world like her. She had the best customer service !!

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel for a week to celebrate my birthday with friends in Las Vegas, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Nique, the hospitable receptionist, made me feel incredibly welcomed. She went above and beyond, and as a gesture for my birthday, she checked me into a room with a fantastic view overlooking the pool—a wonderful touch that truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The room itself was stunning, with excellent amenities, beautiful decor, and one of the most immaculate bathrooms I’ve encountered in hotels. Housekeeping was superb, and each day, the room was spotless and beautifully refreshed. And not to mention, the gym was well equipped,
The hotel ambiance is simply lovely, filled with stylish decor that creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff coordinating taxis right at the entrance were always there to help with a smile, making transportation seamless and stress-free.

We were really blown away by the ambiance and design of the entire resort. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on it. We had a Starbucks and paid over $50! Luckily for me, I won it back on the slots there. The cashless system sounds great, but the line to activate my account was ridiculously long! Their signature globe is truly one of a kind.
