The MGM Grand Las Vegas is a staple! It was centrally located to everything that I wanted to be near. This visit I attended the Usher residency at the Park MGM. The rooms were clean and nice

Again! Good location, good prices, nice rooms , cool structure! They also have a great rewards program that I suggest signing up for the minute you arrive! The staff is very nice and helpful! The building has everything you need to get you're night started! Convenience store with large beers and other drinks at a good price

I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it

It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports

I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not

I’d say for cleanliness I’d give it a 4 out 5 in the pyramid. I’ve seen the shows and exhibits there and have enjoyed them. The good across the resort Is good

They provide cleaning wipes for wiping down the machines and hand sanitizer. I also went to Aria Spa to get a massage. I forgot to specify my preference for a female masseuse; and was assigned a male

Long check-in lines, early check-out, and no proper café for breakfast — we had to settle for fast food. On the plus side, the ****** is non-smoking. The hotel is huge, so be prepared for a lot of walking

Classic Las Vagas. Great hotel

Beautiful gardens that are worth the time to walk through. Table limits are pretty high in the casino, and the games aren't too great, so find somewhere else to play

The casino to visit while at Vegas. Dancing waters and much more. It is the definition of elegance

We didn't visit the lobby to ask for physical cards to access the room. They have a spa and pool area too. The bathroom pipes need some maintenance but, in general is a good place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds

A more mature property that has a great location for hockey and football games. Looking forward to exploring some more. Walkways to other places are cool

All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean

The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door

The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show

First trip to Las Vegas, enjoyed staying at Mandalay Bay. The Pool / Beach club was perfect for my trip. 

We got a higher floor room with pools view, it was a wonderful trip.

The room is ok. Mostly families staying here with kids. Wouldn’t recommend for the Vegas parties. The hotel charges for daily parking. $20 a day. That’s where they get you, plus the resort fees.

I come to Las Vegas 3 to 5 times a year for business and personal. Usually Palazzo was out of my budget but this time I got a great rate. Best hotel in the ***** also with outstanding view of Sphear

Everything is wonderful, but the housekeeping started swiping the card to enter my room about 11 a. when I was sleeping, which really scared me and made me a little bit uncomfortable

Rooms are spacious, facilities are great. Service could be better, I arrived after check out time (3pm) and the room wasn't ready until 5pm.

The Palazzo is my number one hotel choice in Las Vegas. Friendly, restaurants

My room was very clean and spacious. Had a very nice view of the Sphere.

I had Suite room, it was so big and well furnished

The pool and the service are quite good, however it has so much chemicals that it gave us skin allergies. The restaurants are not good, I do not recommend them

There's a little bit of mold on the ceilings and the fact a place that makes this much bank can't do like plenty of hotels and have large bottles of nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner wall mounted in the shower is pathetic

Staff was super friendly we were getting married. They even gave us a food comp since we were there to get married. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the beds were great

This place takes in most likely millions in profit a day from people gambling away their money, but they penny pinch, rather than putting it back into the building and giving the guests a better experience

Carpet was pretty gross, ancient inputs for the TV, no pen or paper, no cable management spoken behind the TV, dusty. Bathroom had a makeup mirror with no working light

Toilet had some goofy flush system that didn't work that great and required multiple flushes for anything. Staff was the highlight and everyone was very friendly

Quick and hassle free check in - lot of amenities, shops and great pool area. We also had a great view of the Sphere from our room which was spectacular.

Went for a week with friends, pool area nice but small for the size of the hotel, it doesn’t open until 10am and by 10:30 there were no sun beds left. Location a little off the ***** 15 minutes walk

The pool is closed during winter seasons, and the gym is only open from 6am to 8pm

Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

Hotel smells very good when you walk inside, the reception were so friendly and enthusiastic felt very welcomed

Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe

On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable

You have to walk through the ****** to get to the pool area (they also do not allow water bottle from outside to the pool). The ****** area is bit dark and old appearing

We can walk to Danny's and the hotel also has CVS on the ground floor where we can buy snacks, sandwiches and beverages at regular prices. Check in and check out was good. All the hotel staff were helpful and polite

Negative aspects are zero coffee making facilities, a trip to Star Bucks every morning is rather painful, I guess that’s my creature habits when waking up. Enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely

the hotel is in a good location near a mall and has a free parking. I don't like nor use ****** , so don't know about it. it had a clean large bathroom

Of course you can valet, but if you want to do free self parking, you will need to haul all of you luggage from the garage, walking through a bridge, down the escalator/elevator, walking through the ****** area, to the front desk to check in

Fantastic modern hotel with a modern and spacious room and incredible pools

 Had a very fun evening at Delilah’s (live entertainment in a swanky 1920s styled room), elegant sushi/tapas at Mizumi, and tasty late night grub at the Cafe Teatro (I think I went at 3 am and there were still making fresh sandwiches)

The room is huge and the facilities are excellent with Alexa control. The view is good. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and excellent. I love this hotel very much. Will come back again if I stay at Las Vegas.

  The room was comfortable and the view from the 58th floor was breathtaking.   Had a massage at the spa which was also very nice.  I highly recommended it for a refreshing way to start your day after a long night

I will not rate the price because it is expensive and my stay was employer paid. Staff are very kind and patient that shows the hotel has very good and continues trainings also, taking care of the staff very well

It is like a 12 mins walk to the hub of Vegas *****, but I liked it as it was a bit quieter. The hotel lobby, cafes, restaurants everything is very nice, clean, well maintained. All the staffs are very well behaved

The pools are all leisure pools, so you can barely swim in it, but a 200% for leisure. They also offered us champagne as it was our anniversary

Gym and swimming pool area were also very well maintained. Will definately stay the same hotel next time come to Las vegas

Other than the food, I have enjoyed the rest of what Riojas to offer. From the pools to gambling it's still a fun place to visit

They do offer a digital check out but it is better to speak to someone in person. The hotel itself is far from the ***** so would require driving or some alternative transportation (Ex: uber)

The room was impeccably clean, and the view was breathtaking. Despite being located off the *****, its proximity to attractions and reasonable pricing made it an excellent value. Overall, my stay was exceptional.

Our room was overbooked so they offered us an upgrade. We've been to a lot of hotels in the area and were incredibly impressed. We still enjoy hotels without casinos because we have children, but this was very manageable

Location is very accessible and very convenient. Staff were also very helpful and approachable. The show offered in the hotel, Rouge is also amazing.

Great location on Freemont street. Resort had great restaurants and shops. We didn't get to use the pool because of weather, but it looked like it would be fun.

Kids loved the pool which has a slide..❤️ and the shark tank was really cool

Bed was really comfortable, came with a useable fridge and even included some free bottled waters. The only drawback from this room is it had no view. Apparently they gave us the only room that the window was blocked

I can't speak for the pool, or the food, because most of what we ate was at the promenade

Big and spacious clean room that can fit 2-4 pax. Convenient if you are not driving as there's the bus and monorail nearby the hotel. Note that toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided.

Prime location. Close to everything. Housekeeping was amazing. We upgraded our room and the view was good. I wish there's more time to use the pool.

They had to do a verification with me, only because we had a personal circumstance, but my wife would’ve had to come down and wait again. This hotel is in the middle of the strip and many things to do nearby

That happened to me and I had to go all the way back down into that long line and wait. If you are not on the reservation they may not give you permission to replace the keys

The location and rooms are nice. Although all rooms are still decent. Be careful not to demagnetize your room keys. Do not put it with your phone or wallet

Check in for 3 nights, no room make up, no fresh towel, front desk said....you have to request daily room making service. Very disappointed

We were in Vegas for a baseball tournament. I was worried because we were traveling with a one year old and our two older boys (7 & 12). South Point was the perfect place. It had everything for everyone

Excellent service as usual ,rooms exceptionally clean. Staff great the Coronado cafe good value and good food. Love the choice of 3 different heights for pillows in the bedrooms. Comfy mattress.

We didn’t have to worry about going out for dinner or entertainment. It had something for everyone. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Fun I will use it again The self-parking area is convenient I chose this place because it is close to LAS airport and the rental car center

Great hotel, with good location with fun activities. Good food. bowing, move theaters, shops and move.

But if you just wanna chill and waste money inside the hotel it's a great choice since it has lots of pricey brand shops, casinos and overpriced restaurants. They charge 40 or 50 bucks for an extra mini fridge

Well it was pretty enjoyable just that we couldnt use the fridge. The gym is pretty nice.

Everything at Encore was far above our expectations. The property, the staff, the room, the view, the pool(s), the multiple restaurants and endless luxury shops means that you never have to leave

We have been fortunate in that we have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and ,to us, the Encore is the best! The service is impeccable and every single employee is knowledgeable and so unbelievably polite and courteous

Truly thankful to those special offers. Encore is super luxury, very good service, helpful staff, we had booked day tour during our stay in Vegas and they even walked with us to the pickup point

Self Check-in is fast and easy however there is some issue with my registered credit card which is not reflected during check-in, and this resulted in a long wait time as I was not notified of this issue until I personally checked with the hotel staff

The hotel was in a great location on the *****. Room was clean and large in size. The room was lacking water and a kettle however we knew this in advance so we were able to purchase what we needed

Sealing between connecting rooms is not great as I can smell cigarettes smoke from the other room. Basic in-room amenities such as hand wash, shampoo and body wash are provided which is great
